The room was clean and quiet. Cool little hotel in a cool little town. The staff was awesome.

Good place to stop for an overnight. Comfortable beds, great shower, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Only downside is that some of the public areas smelled a bit musty, but not in the room.

Acceptable place to sleep. Not the nicest rooms, but better than others in the area at the same price point. Breakfast isn't served until 7am but it's decent. Waffles, sausage, eggs, as well as quick things like cereal and bagels.

The rooms are very nice and clean the staff was very friendly. But just be aware if you pay with cash they make you pay a deposit of 100. Dollars so if you break anything they can keep the deposit. That was the only issue.

This was a great value for the mo ey. The room was well appointed for $75. The fridge was little noisey but I slept great and woke up refreshed in the morning. I highly recommend if your car breaks down traveling near Grand Island and you need a place to stay for the night. Thank you for the suggestion Robert from Lone Tree Towing. You are the best.

Bathroom in room had urine splatters on the floor. AC was set to 65 degrees and barely cooled the room down. At 8 am the cleaning staff walked in on us sleeping. When entering and exiting the motel the front desk worker never greeted us. My uncle had a second room and his shampoo had been half used. Would not recommend this place at all.

You'd think that in this modern day there wouldn't be chain hotels that don't have elevators. You'd also think that "24-hour indoor pool" means the pool is open all the time. It closes at 10. It wasn't gross and it was cheap enough. Not accessible for families with disabled people. The option to get accessible rooms was not present.

It needs remodeling real bad, rooms are small and out dated, some of the staff wasn't friendly, I'll never go back.

I’m all the hotels I have stayed in this was the most comfortable bed ever. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again if I’m ever in the area again.

Stayed overnight befor leaving early for a morning flight. Good value for the price. Was a horribly cold night outside, so I was very pleased that the heater was more than adequate to keep the room toasty warm.

The room is really small and the bathroom is really small. There was only a shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was gross and they ran out of stuff before 7am even came. And wouldnt make any new stuff. They have an unneeded lamp by one of the beds that is leaning over and is broke. They also didn't shovel the snow so that people could walk on the sidewalk to their cars or drive on the road cause they didn't plow or anything.

Accused us of stealing a radio and power strip from the room. We are being charged $100. Shower doors did not close and we were moved to 4 different rooms because we complained.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and good breakfast. However, first room we stated in was hot. The ac unit was broken. We were moved to a second unit, unfortunately on the 2nd floor. I'm no spring chicken anymore with multiple health issues and we specifically needed a ground floor room. We asked or help getting our bags upstairs, none could be provided. Finally, the coffee maker didn't work in the second room. Just the kinds of things that take the smile off a weary travelers face.

Nice hotel but me and a few friends got bit up from bed bugs at this location they kept saying we were lying like we don't have evidenent and killed multiple bugs on toilet paper they won't even look at the before and after pictures of the bed bugs no refund no nothing! Just kept saying they don't have it. This will definitely go to the big boss. Now I can't rent from them because we now know they have bed bugs.

Price was excellent for what we experienced. Rooms were clean and seemed recently updated. Staff was friendly and helpful, and provides half a dozen extra pillows upon request. Meal had great selection including proteins (hard boiled eggs, hot sausages, yogurt without excessive sugar) and fruits alongside the standard starchy/pastry fare. Desk clerk even gave my kids older style key cards when they were disappointed about having to return the RFID ones. If I ever find myself in Grand Island again, I'll book this hotel for sure.

Rooms were above what I expected for the price. Staff was excellent, which is what brought them from 4 stars to 5. Furnishings were all recent and the facility was clean.

Had a very great week the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good with many options and the pool was great.

We arrived late at night after a long drive and everything in the room was wet because the humidity was so high and hallway was not air conditioned with the AC on high when we checked in. After a brief discussion with the front desk they eventually moved us to another room. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the fresh paint job seems to be rather poor in quality.

It was OK for overnight stay. Don't expect to use pool or hot tub in summer as they open the windows when it is already 90 plus outside. Not only do you get all the nasty humidity you swim in bathtub warm water.

We are on a school trip so we get a variety of places, and that was the best place I have stayed in! The pillows were clean, the room was spotless, and the shower was great! I would live there all the time if I could. Then in the morning, the breakfast they serve was delicious. Lastly the man at the front desk was very very nice!

Decent pool. Small appliances in rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast/dining area.

Good for the price, comfy pillows. Hot breakfast was pretty good. Only wish the TV was higher up. Oh the drain in bath tub could drain faster or we just couldn't figure out how to get it to drain. Otherwise great for the price.

The location of the hotel is awesome. The pool was small, but it worked great for what we needed. The free breakfast was tasty. The bathroom presented a bit of a challenge, because there was no bathtub (only a shower) for my children to use. Overall a good hotel at a reasonable price.

Rooms have been updated nicely. They are a little small for the amount of furniture in the room, so it seemed a little cramped. Beds were decent, but a little too firm.

We had to stay because mt son was having surgery so this was a last minute booking. I was very pleased with tje price. The room was very nice size. We had two queen bedmicrowave and a small refrig in tje room. The pool was great. Staff was very helpful amd friendly. Breakfast in the morning, and everything was very clean. If I need to stay again I definitely will choose them again. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel at a great price. My only complaint is whoever prepares breakfast needs to stop chopping the scrambled eggs into tiny particles.

I pressed the five stars by accident! Should be maybe three stars. The other reviewers make this place sound like an unusually good deal. I don't agree. The experience was fine, but nothing outstanding. I thought our king room was very small. Hardly any surfaces to put stuff on. It was clean and functional. The breakfast was just your typical motel breakfast. Didn't think it was such of a good value, all told.

The staff and breakfast was decently 5 out of 5 stars for shure. The room was nice and quit and the fact of having a desk in our room was defiantly nice.

The staff is always very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to any and all travelers. They go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. They should become a model for the other hotels in the chain. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is well trained and very sincere to make certain that they met all my needs. Again, great hotel.

Had all the amenities we needed. Quiet, comfortable bed and room. Microwave and refrigerator are a must when traveling.

Just tried to set up a direct bill with my school, but the manager wouldn't let me because they "already had too many accounts. " I don't think that's a thing. He suggested I stay at the Comfort Inn. Will do! Update: he called me back and yelled at me and called me a racist over and over and told me he had the right to refuse service to anyone. Very confused.

Way rude. Here now. Will never come back. We came here a long time ago and loved it. Guess a lot has changed. There is a party happening down the hall, I'm a mom of three kids we are laying in the beds. WE get a call from the front desk about a complaint… PLEASE! I own a business and after checking in… I can't wait to check out! Come on people… Don't like your job… Get another one!
