The bed was like sleeping on a rock literally. After all everything else was wonderful from the service to the variety of different options presented for breakfast. I would have to know they changed the bed to come back however.

A wonderful clean beautiful place to stay! We had some car trouble and Dale (on site staff engineer) helped us out! Fabulous guy and all other staff are so kind! Definitely a rate of 10!

We made a same day reservation and arriced after 7pm. The hostess was very accommodating and solicitous. She informed us about choices for dining and gave us coupons for discount. Our beds were clean and fresh smelling as was the room. Breakfast was sumptuous.

I haven't been to a hotel in awhile, but we needed a place to stay during an unexpected delay on our road trip. I called for reservations, and they were able to get us a nice room for a decent price. We checked in at 11 pm and everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, breakfast had more than enough choices for everyone. Good stay!

Overall the hotel is great. Perfect location in the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The amenities are good. The gym is the best I've seen in a hotel that's not a high end hotel. Didn't use the pool or the spa. The employee's are all nice and welcoming. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the beds are too hard for some in my group.

The rooms are decent but the walls are paper thin. I could hear the TV next door all night but that's not really the hotels fault. Waitress in the happy hour was amazing. Extremely nice and worked really hard. I think her name was Cindy.

Overall nice and clean hotel consistent with Marriott chain. Breakfast is consistent with all similar hotels. Staff are very nice and friendly. The bed I recently slept on in Room 400 reminded me of my college mattress — old, lumpy, and very used. That’s ridiculous for a hotel like this one to have those old mattresses. Will stay in this hotel again because it is overall appeal.

Wonderful people at the desk that were so helpful and super nice! Made for a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are great quality, the pool is a nice size for a hotel plus a hot tub, and they have disney junior! There's never kid shows on at night but with disney junior there's always a kids show on — very nice if you're travelling with kids! Felt very clean! Loved our stay!

Looks brand new (Mar/18). The amenities are great: pool, gym, sauna. The free breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen at a Fairfield. I only stayed one night, and my room was huge for today’s hotel standards. Only downside I found is that the marketplace for after hours is super small. Not really much there. However, there are restaurants within walking distance, including a Buffalo Wild Wings across the parking lot.

Nice, clean, spacious… decent breakfast. We didn’t utilize the pool so cannot comment on that. The only thing I would say is if you turn in early… you will hear your immediate neighbors. The reason is the large tv’s in the rooms… viewing movies… super nice, going to sleep… not so much… thin walls!

Clean rooms. Pool was nice. The breakfast was great. We drive from MN to CO. I will stop here again.

Awesome hotel to stay at. They have always been accommodating and helpful. I've enjoyed staying there and will continue to use them. 530-700 PM is happy hour and provides a good break. Thee contential breakfast is always good.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool was small, but nice for the kids. Breakfast was excellent and a very clean area. I didn't like the feather pillow (very big), but I think they do offer another kind.

Attending a conference in Grand Island Nebraska and staying here at the Fairfield Inn. Excellent staff and clean comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. His name Sandy treated US racistly because we spoke to him in Spanish even though she is Hispanic and we are American citizens. He thought that we don't speak English.

Got stranded in Grand Island due to car troubles while traveling back home from the holidays to Colorado from Illinois. We called in the evening and Mandy was wonderful. She asked if we were all ok while we were booking our room (we were getting repairs made in town but it was after hours so we had to stay the night) and she was able to get us a room that evening. The room was very clean and modern, TV had Netflix capabilities and there was already a fridge in the room. Breakfast was complimentary in the morning and was very good. They had a nice variety and it was well presented and very clean as well! Would recommend anyone staying here!

Stayed for 3 nights ROOM Very clean, Beds very comfortable, Quiet, updated, shower was very nice. STAFF Very professional and polite. Every employee I interacted with was very nice and helpful. AMENITIES pool was clean and temp was great Hot Tub wad clean and very relaxing Work out room wa clean and in great working order Breakfast was one of the best I have had. Great shopping and resturants close by BUILDING Very Clean inside and out. Updated Plenty of parking in front snd around back. Located in a great area of town Quiet Only negative I can think of is that it is so far in from the interstate.

We stayed here last month during the Junk Jaunt for two nights. We had to pay 20.00 per night extra to use debit card, with the understanding it would be credited back to us. We have called twice to see why they haven't given us the refund… a month later… and they tell us it's the banks fault! Won't be staying there again. The issue has been resolved.

This Fairfield inn was Way more comfortable than my 4 nights this week with a regular Marriott. Roomier room, more comfortable bed, cheaper!

The people who work here are very professional and thorough. The rooms were clean and put together nicely as well. Not a wrinkle on the sheets. Big tv, adequate lighting, clean bathrooms. So white I was almost scared to touch anything.

We came to enjoy an evening with my husband that is working her in Grand Island. They do not allow beverages of any sort in the pool area. Security came in multiple times to reinforce the policy. They sit at the front desk watching the cameras and come immediately in to make you toss it. Staying late this morning so my kids can swim. Sitting enjoying watching them swim and drink a coffee while I read the paper and in comes the security guard to make me throw it out. I understand not being allowed glass bottles but the one area of the hotel we came to kick back and relax at we were not able to. We will NEVER stay here again! SO DISAPPOINTING!

My family stayed here while attending a large family reunion. Very nice, helpful and accomdating employees, great accommodations! My family always enjoy using this facility!

Check-in was disconcerting. I'm a Marriott Silver Elite and have never received a lecture like this at check-in. No tailgaiting. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. And so on. Then asked to sign a form acknowledging I understood. Of course. That didn't stop the 400 pound gorrilla in the room above us from doing jumping jacks at 530am, but Hey, what can you do. Paper thin walls. Zero parking. Beds we're fine. Location close to food.

Clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast was great and had a lot of solid options. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in Grand island. The rooms are large and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great as well.

The service was excellent! Everyone on staff, no matter if they were at the desk or passing by me to go clean a room, greeted me and seemed genuinely kind. The room I stayed in was very clean and had a great layout as far as furniture, plus the TV had a great picture and I loved that it had Netflix and Hulu already connected so it was all good to go! Plus the breakfast bar was one of the best I've ever seen, with fresh bacon, eggs that actually tasted real and not straight out of a container, and plenty of beverage options with great coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, as with most Marriott properties. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and amenities were quality. The front desk provided a coupon for a free appetizer at the restaurant were had dinner at.

Rude staff, unwilling to accommodate their guests. I love the Marriott brands, but will never stay here again.

A nice hotel in a semi convenient location. The rooms are nice and the morning breakfast was pleasant. The pool and hot tub lived up to the expectations, but the fitness center is still next to nothing. The place still gives off that Vibe of someone being there before you.

Room is very nice, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, pool and fitness room were well kept. Only bad was having to pay for "high speed Internet" that wasn't very high speed and the air conditioner is rather loud in the room.

Tasty turkey sandwich with pecans & cranberry sauce, curry chicken & rice soup, and spinach & lettuce salad. Friendly & good service. Very pleasant decor & atmosphere.

Love it the service the room was so clean had a great time at the pool I slept like a baby the fresh homemade all you can eat breakfast in the morning I felt right at home I was able to have a great workout. I would love to come back.

We have had our family reunion there two years in a row. They are accommodating, rooms are clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to recommend them. The breakfast was really good and plenty of choices. The staff are friendly. The front desk is professional and expedient. Love this place!

Great staff, very clean and nice rooms, nice to see security roving multiple times, amenities certainly made me feel as though I was getting what I paid for. Great stay. Can't wait to go back.

Clean, decent breakfast, comfy beds, spacious rooms, nice staff, pool was warm, workout room sucks but what hotel workout room doesn't… the price per night was only $2 more than comfort Inn which isn't half as nice as Fairfield.

The room was okay as was the facility. But watch out for the Pool Police! No beverages allowed inside the pool area. Not even a bottle of water. They literally do "rounds" every 15 to 30 minutes, in which time they come in to lecture their paying guests. It really made what could have been a relaxing experience an experience where guests felt like they were kids again. Check out Holiday Inn next door where you can have beverages in the pool area harassment free!
