I am a travel Nurse, I requested two days to have my room clean and the housekeepers did not do it. They lied and said, they I had my do not disturb sign on the door. I had a bunch of trash and dirty towels pile up in the room.

Nice place. Only stayed 1 night on our way through but it was clean spacious and helpful staff. It also helps they had fresh baked cookies when we arrived, haha.

We reserved online because of good reviews and we weren't disappointed! We were greeted with a smile and fresh cookies. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good both mornings. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you all!

This place was awesome! The room was completely updated and very nice. It actually felt clean where a lot of hotels feel used and kind of gross. We will stay here again if we are ever in Grand Island again.

Amazing place to stay. We were only passing through but we had a great stay. I would most definitely stay again. Amazing breakfast as well lots to choose from sausage eggs biscuits and gravy and the room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is passing through or staying for longer.

This place was beautiful, clean, spacious and friendly. Loved the mini kitchen in the room with 2 burners and full size fridge, barbeque grill for guest use and hot breakfast. Everything our family needed for a comfortable night's sleep mid way on our travels. We'll be back.

The manager of this place is a joke. We were owed a free nights stay for a previous problem the last time we stayed. We live over 2 hours away and showed up to check in and they said we don’t have any reservations for that name … then they were completely booked and we couldn’t even get a room there. We have three young kids and had no place to stay until we found another hotel. I have every single email from her saying that she would give us our free night for the day we chose and even got reservation reminder emails. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Awesome suite with small kitchen. Very clean, close to lots of food options. Would highly recommend.

Prices were extremely reasonable for a suite room. Bed were comfortable and the rooms were well-appointed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I give them higher marks than the Hilton that I stayed at later in the trip!

One of the best room I’ve ever had. There’s everything you might be able to need. It looks more like a mini house than a room. Price’s low! They don’t have a swimming pool. They have a fitness room even though is not that good. Everything else is excellent. Couldn’t have better a better stop.

Super friendly staff, very very clean. Nice and quiet, rooms are big and nice and clean. Breakfast is good!

Might be my first 5-start for a hotel other than one that had earned a 5-star and 5-diamond rating from the big boys. This place has awesome beds and quality furnishings and fixtures. I highly recommend it!

Home away from home! I stay away from 350 days a year. This is the best room I have had so far. I am here for 3 weeks maybe longer. My check in was amazingly fast and friendly. I will be staying here again. The room is clean. Bed is so comphy I get a good days sleep. I am working the night shift and I have never been woken up due to noise. I would give 10 stars! Thank you for an awesome stay in Grand Island.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was more than we expected. The breakfast was very good. We will stay here again good job everyone.

We stayed at this location for a week on business. A few things you must know. Our 2 queen beds in room 317 we're very stiff. House keeping is non existing. Now remember this is a Extended Stay hotel but they do offer to empty your trash but you must request the service. We did and many days it was never emptied. We also requested dishwashing detergent but the front desk person said they were out. This location has guest laundry at 1.50 for washer and 2.00 for dryer. The washing machines are small so plan ahead. They do have a gas barbecue but it is at a location that you have to walk all the way around the building for access. It is also very dirty and if you use their spatula and tongs you will have to wash from the previous user. Breakfast is adequate with ok coffee. During our stay we felt more of an inconvenience than a guest. Next year when we return for our week trip we will not be returning to this location. For the cost of 120.00 per night with tax it is not worth the cost.

Reserved online but the hotel did not have the reservations. It took a long time to check in and get everything figured out. Rooms were move but not as described. Would be great for people staying multiple nights as it had a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster.

Nice little hotel. Our room was a single non smoking queen, and it was well appointed. It was basically a tiny studio apartment with a cook top and such. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were modern and well kept. I had never been in a room with a kitchen in it. The price was very reasonable. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint was that one morning the breakfast was cold. They do have a fitness room, but it would be nice if they had a pool area.

It was fine. There were a couple of nitpicking items about things that were missing from the room, like shampoo and a laundry bag. But for the price this was a great location.

We were just bunking there as a group on a long trip so we were only there for the best and hot showers. Both were excellent. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing but it was decent and better than gas station food. Not enough to lose a star. Overall a great place to stay at a great price.

My location in Grand Island, NE was out of necessity. The town has a strong odor at nights… sewer? Otherwise it was well located in town near plenty of food choices. It is a few miles from the highway which was also bit annoying, but the trade-off is you are near the food. Rooms were clean. Slightly larger then standard room. Has a microwave, kitchen counter, and toaster. In addition to standards there is a foldout couch for kids. Breakfast included, free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and friendly staff.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The room comes with nearly a full kitchen (no oven) and dishes. There's a nice "manager's reception" everynight​ that includes free drinks and appetizers.

I'm here on a work assignment til June so far the food and service has been good. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any and all questions one thing I do not like is not being allowed in the room while housekeeping is in there. Call me paranoid but I just don't trust people.

This is a comfortable place to stay. It clean, and has a nice managers reception during the week. The cardio equiemt was well kept and the staff was nice.

The room was fantastic! Clean and spacious! Very high ceilings made it feel even bigger. Our family of 6 fit quite comfortably! The only complaint I would have was the pantry. We checked in quite late and wanted to feed the kids something better than the snacks we had in the car on the way down. The selection of soup and frozen meals was good, but the brand of milk they had tasted like the plastic it was in.

It wasn't quite as nice as the Marriott we usually stay at in town but it was very clean and perfectly nice. The kitchen had a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, plates, and pots and pans. Breakfast in the morning was great, and our room was half the price of other hotels in the area. We will be staying again.

June 2016, family of 6: This was our first time staying in a Mainstays Suites. We were pleasantly surprised and wish we knew about it before.

We were nicley supried by happy hour.
We had a nice room with everything you could want in a kitchen and descent breakfast. Cute little town, we went to the godfathers pizza north of the hotel where we got a good deal on a salad and some great pizza. Be sure to wash the bugs of your window at the shell gas station.

Very spacious and well appointed rooms. Beds were excellent, average breakfast included at no charge. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was very courteous. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was extremely accomodating. We stayed in a beautiful room that included two queen beds, a full bath, kitchen, dinning table, pull out couch, and ample space in the room for my little ones to stretch their legs. I am Traveling across the US with my three children and to be able to find something so comfortable was a treat. It is also in close proximity to local eateries and off I 80 enough to be quieter. We throughouly enjoyed our stay here and will return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As vendors at the Nebraska State Fair, we spent 12 nights here. During our stay, my vehicle was broken into. The position of the cameras was no help at all, which is understandable. However, the fact that NO ONE came out from the hotel to see if we needed anything, didn't offer to call the police or anything was unbelievable. Then to hear that the owner/GM was across the parking lot at the Rodeway in was unbelievable. What poor poor customer service. On multiple occasions, we would come back and the door to our room would be slightly ajar.
