Location was convenient, right off the freeway, in the middle of nowhere when it was time to stop for the night. Breakfast was good, with a make your own waffle, fruit, bagels and bread, and cereal options. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Carpets were clean, no bed bugs, no bugs in the below-ground room, and staff was friendly if hard to understand. Shower was near impossible to turn on. Pull the lever so hard you think you're going to break it, then you'll get a trickle of water. Wifi is easily hackable, so use a VPN when here.

The place was disgusting, the phone doesnt work, there were no towels, and the service was horrible. They are not nice or friendly at all. I felt like an unwelcome guest.

Eh, shower curtain had black stains, towels had holes, bedding comforter was dirty, blanket had a hole in it. Halls smell like smoke. Kind of a turn off. Refrigerator has spills inside. Man at the front was eating food while checking me in. Not very professional. I’m not very picky as I did time active duty and slept in some crappy conditions, and I’m giving them a 2/5. Would be a 1.5 if I could. Decent location but I will go with comfort inn or holiday inn express next year.

Good location right off the highway. However the non smoking room smelled like smoke, probably because they put smoking and non smoking alternating right next to each other for some reason. I enjoyed the hot chocolate/cappuccino machine but wish it would have been available all day, not just at breakfast time.

Very nice hotel nicely updated good amenities good price nice clean room.

Just got here for the second night. We are staying for a week. Room wasn't cleaned at all today. No clean towels. Bed not made. Might have just been an off day, my room got overlooked… not sure. Breakfast did start at 6 am. Average breakfast for this chain. Really no place in walking distance for a beer and dinner.

Room was dirty. Lady was rude. Won't be staying here again.

Service is pretty good but room quality is low even for a budget hotel.

Clean rooms. Breakfast is very limited. Has to sponge bathe as the shower mechanism did not work. I feel the shower has had many problems in the past, as there is a very visible sign as to how to work it.

The hotel felt sketchy overall, as well as the man working the front desk. The breakfast was extremely limited and we decided to just buy food somewhere else. None of the staff spoke English very well and weren't very polite or helpful. It was alright to crash at for a few hours instead of driving 11 hours straight, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I made reservations but that was the only good thing I can say. From the moment I walked in the lady at the front desk was rude, mean and very unprofessional. I walked out without even staying there. I can not put into words how up set I was because I have never it my life been treated so so bad.

I spent last evening March 21st at the Super 8 Motel in Worthington Minnesota. My stay there was great the rooms were clean the check in was easy and friendly the coffee was good in the morning they also had a nice breakfast. I travel a lot and I would recommend the super 8 in Worthington any time.

Nice room. Reasonably priced. Felt safe. Breakfast options were sparce and the coffee was bad.

Bed was so worn it had a big hole in middle of mattress to roll into. Breakfast area was set up for a nice breakfast… but that was for looks only… only cold cereal. This place is a blight on Super 8 great reputation.

Well I'm a delivery driver so when I go into their I always see that it's at least somewhat picked up it's definitely no where near Four Star or three star it's definitely a 2-star hotel but it's nothing to complain about the people are friendly the rooms are decently clean the bed is nice and the sheets are always clean so that's the Plus and it's in a great spot for everyone to deliver to it it's nice and easy to get to.

We had an ok time at the Super 8. Found hair in the bathroom and on the bed, overall the place just didn't seem very clean. After reading reviews about bedbugs I checked my mattress and didn't find any trace of bedbugs, so there's that. The price was right and the staff seemed friendly enough, you get what you pay for I guess.

Wouldn't honor on line price. Place virtually empty, wouldn't budge on the price, told us to go elsewhere. (And honest we're a normal family on a road trip, not scary or crazy or anything)

So show up and go to check in. The place looked shotty at best. We start checking In and they end up charging my brothers credit card without his authorization instead of asking if he wanted to pay cash (He specifically looked if he could pay cash when he booked). This whole ordeal took about 20-25 min. Frustrated we leave without checking out the room, to go enjoy our thanksgiving. We show up around 10 pm or so to go to our room we get up there and the 2 queen bed room we booked turned out to be 2 full size beds. So my brother goes up to the front desk and tries to get the situation resolved. The attendant basically told my brother you can take the difference in money back or you can leave. So basically they tried to pull the old bait and switch on us. We ended up getting a refund and left. I suggest finding a better hotel. Plenty In town.

We were very disappointed here; there was hair all over our bed, the breakfast was very plain and the dining area was dirty. The customer service didn't seem to care about maintaining a good experience for customers. For what we got, this hotel is extremely over-priced.

Front desk staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. That is the only good thing I have to say. Refrigerator in room was dirty with previous persons items. Pillowcases on the bed had not been changed. (Had other persons hair on them). Outlet in bathroom doesn't work even when you try to reset it. Towels had not been changed. Nasty!

I only gave this place one star because it wouldn't let me post with No stars. I give this place no stars though hands down. This smelled like a musky basement. The room had hair all over bathroom and also under the covers in the bed. I woke up with bites on my arm. If you are looking for a sanitary relaxing place where you feel comfortable this is not the place for you.

Major bed bug problem. Told staff they moved is to another room. That room had them too. Asked owner for a refund and they told me no and to leave. So just be aware. This is my first negative review ever. If I could have rated them a zero I would have.

The place was extremely well kept for an older property. The management was great and I enjoyed the conversation with the front desk. Very welcoming. I would suggest staying not the top floor as you can hear the footsteps above you. No elevator but oh well I still enjoyed it for an older property.

I enjoyed my stay and the people were very loving. There was a disagreement that one of the customers before I checked in was having with the front desk. The front desk and the manager handled the situation beautifully and respectfully. I was extremely happy.

Stayed here while my house was being renovated. Its a great alternative to the pricey hotels. Value was great. Rooms were clean and updated. Location couldn't have been better it was right off the interstate 90. They even had make your own Belgian Waffles. A true Gem in the rough. Quiet stay.

Perfect location, clean rooms, better price and high speed Wi-Fi that's all I needed. The real images of this property is with red Pictures. It seems like recently fully renovated property. I was travelling with my family and we stopped by at this Motel. Its right off I-90. They have huge parking space and ground. They also provide breakfast of good quality. The rooms are very clean. Perfect motel to say for Visitors.

It's was a great stay, the rooms were nice and the bathroom shower head was really cool. Great service and no problems.

The customer service completely SUCKS. Had a big truck parked outside and needed to go to the er. Went to the front desk to ask if dropping the trailer for a few hours was ok, no one there but a sign that said away from the desk, pick up the phone. I didn't even get the chance to finish asking before I was rudely told no and hung up on. Won't be coming back here.

Clean room. Nice people and good price. I would stay here again.

I love this place. The ownership are kindhearted people. The first time we went we had to make a stop because of the unsafe driving conditions due to the fog. They were very nice and down to earth people. The next morning I helped the wife get down something from a high shelf. Fast forward approx. Two months and we were again needing to stay in Worthington because of my wife's health. We were in the other end of town and trying to find a hotel that wasn't trying to charge 100+ for a Friday night room. We finally decided to try this Super 8 again and see what would happen. The wife recognized me after two months of not seeing my face and she gave us the normal weekday rate of 65 just because she recognized me! They will treat you good! The hotel is nice and quiet and they let us get coffee well after the morning breakfast was over. They are certainly goodhearted nice business people. Plus, it is nice to see the actual ownership working and interacting with their customers.

Terrible I have stayed at a lot of super 8s and even 5 star hotels in Vegas and this one you have to be 22 to get a room not 21 like some places not 18 like 90% of hotels but 22 it's unbelievable.

Janky. Plus they accidentally double charged us and snapped out when we called them on it.

These stupid scammers charged my card 250 dollars becuz my room was dirty cuz they refused to let my kids eat breakfest at 9:02 am so I tore up paper and dumped coffee grounds on the tables. I will be sueing them for my money I had my card on file for "if I smoked in the room" which I didnt do. Do not stay here they will steal your money and are rude assholes.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I have never seen a hotel with smoking and nonsmoking rooms right next to each other. Plus they do room service at like 7 or 8 in the morning. They are expesive and the people working there are rude. Stay at one of the other hotels in worthington is my suggestion don't stay here.

Unbelievably bad. Non-smoking room smelled badly of smoke. Air conditioning ran, could not keep the room cooled. Should have paid attention to previous posting. Stay away. Time for Super 8 to pull name plate. Nothing about experience was Super.
