This is one of the worst places to stay in the area. We got there at about 11:30 pm. The man at the desk was very rude and barely spoke English (or so he acted like he didn’t. He wouldn’t answer any questions at all) The room was gross. The heat wasn’t on and took hours to finally warm the room. There was someone else’s long hair all over the bedding and shower walls. Hair stuck in chips in the walls. Most of the bathroom was rusted. If you want to bring roaches and bedbugs home, than this is the place to for you. Pick anywhere else. Anywhere. Also, there’s absolutely no refunds allowed. Even how horrible it was we can’t get our money back.

I would not even rate this hotel, it was AWFUL, smelled bad, looked like something you see in a horror movie, floors dirty, and even tho the sign said non smoking room it smelled musty n Smokey, there were scetchy people by the hotel, it looked like the health department should stop by.

It was the worst experience. The room smelled musty, the chairs & carpet was so nasty couldn't sit in chairs or walk barefooted. I had to go to wawa to wash my face and brush my teeth. Granted I was only staying one night but it was the pits. They told me it was 3-star it should be rated 0 star. I truly believe that someone should go to these hotels before accepting their word for it.

Room was clean and efficient for a good night stay!

The staff is totally ignorant and unhelpful, they barely speak English. The rooms have cockroaches, and in two days found 4 millipede crawling on the floors. The bathrooms are stained, stink, and flat out disgusting. The maids are worthless. The parking lot stinks of rotten garbage because the dumpster is always over full and spilling into the parking lot. There are open drug deals in the parking lot all day and all night. Trucks running right outside the rooms all night every night. There is no maintenance, the building is literally falling apart. It's not all bad though, 711 is right across the lot and they just got a new TV. Hah. Stay anywhere but here.

This place was an absolute dump, so much so in fact there were two dumpster just outside the rooms that it smelled like a dump too. It is locationed in a very sketchy neighborhood. There are bars on the front office windows and a bullet proof glass at check-in counter. I told the front desk clerk that I was not gonna stay there because of the condition and he told me cancellation penalty was one nights stay. We were only staying one night. I called expedia and they contacting hotel and front desk clerk refused to refund my money. He charged my card $113. So word to the wise DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely horrible place. Beware beware.

I stay here and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary yes the English was bad, but my room was clean, much better then the review on this place said.

The Wi-Fi never stayed connected worms would crawl in the room not enough of plug outlets. They have roach problems more than just a little bit. Had a roach crawl on me and my husband our last day there! Disgusting!

Some rooms stinks, and that old tv. I will shop around next time.

Great Place to bang your Battle Buddy or Battle Buddies Wives.

Great new rooms and has really picked up from the last time I had stayed here. I recommend it. It is a great for service and 711 so close to buy food and all goods.

I stop @ this 7/11 everymorning very clean and theirs no loitering.

DO NOT STAY HERE theres a reason why its so cheap! If I could get less than 1 star I would! My friend and I were planning on going the 4th of july weekend and its close to fort eustis making the reservation was simple we made them around the middle of may to ensure we'd get in so we called yesterday just to check on the reservations the guy who answered the phone had a heavy accent plus he was talking fast so after a couple of times of asking him to repeat himself he hung up we called again he hung up again we called a 3rd time and asked if there was someone else to speak to and he said no call again at 10 tomorrow then he kept saying there were no more vacancies when we tried to tell him we already had reservations and he kept on saying no vacancies so we told him to cancel our reservations and he said ok done didn't ask for name or anything so we called today at 10 guess who answered? Same guy finally got our reservations cancelled after him trying to refuse and saying no one called last night all I gave him was my first name and he said ok its cancelled (didn't get last name confirmation number or anything) and don't try to stay here again. Trust me I don't want to! Terrible service! I'd suggest just sucking it up and going to holiday inn express or mulberry inn they're right next door.

Used to be a great military lodging until it started getting ran by Air Force Inn lodging. Booked a suite for me and my family. In September and when I arrived mid October they had raised the room rate nearly $10 a night and did not bother to tell me anything while I was booking the room or afterwards until I arrived and checked in. They also stopped servicing the rooms on Saturdays, they no longer have a continental breakfast, and the free Wi-Fi Internet is very slow even at excellent signal. So they raised their room rates a substantial amount and lowered the quality of the their service.
