The Hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The room was spacious and very clean. They have an outdoor lounge area with beautiful flowers. My dog had a blast playing in the Courtyard and my Granddaughter loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was great and check out is 12pm instead of 11am so we had a little extra time before we had to leave the cloud (their beds) we were in! It was super quiet so much so that the Manager said we had a noise complaint that our TV was too loud. Not bad if the only complaint is thin walls or maybe it was just grumpy neighbors. I will definitely be back to this Hotel. I'm looking forward to having drinks and dinner at the cool Bar/Restaurant attached to it we didn't have enough time this trip. Thank you Comfort Inn for making our stay 5 star.

Much better than I was expecting for a 2 star hotel! Beds were super comfy, staff was friendly, and breakfast was tasty. Walls were pretty thin as I could hear my kid screaming down the hallway, and the pool area was pretty bare. However, for the price I'd definitely be going back!

Very clean, easy to register with comfortable rooms. The morning breakfast was very good and the wait staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend.

Besides the ass hat that set off the fire alarm during our stay, this place is perfect. Restaurant on site and close enough to amenities, the pool is well kept, and staff there is super friendly! Excellent place, would check availability here before elsewhere.

This was a nice hotel. We stayed here for my son's baseball tourney and they were very accommodating. The kids had a great time in the pool while the adults had a few beverages. They had a bar and grill connected to the hotel. The water pressure water pressure in the shower was good. The rooms were a fair price and they had a decent continental breakfast.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but rather ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel called Lucky's. The restaurant was very good. My daughter then had to use the hotel bathroom. What we saw of the hotel front desk and public bathroom it looked like a decent hotel. The location is pretty good is you are going to be in the NW suburbs.

The outside doesn't look like much but the inside has been updated more recently and so it is very nice and comfortable. We had an issue with our room which the staff were able to fix promptly. There's the usual morning breakfast options with a nice little dining area. There is also a restaurant (with bar) attached to the hotel. Overall I would say nice place to stay for the price!

VERY nicely kept. Beds are ok, decent breakfast. Nice pool and gym area. Also very nice is arcade games near the pool/gym area. As they say in the brochures, absolutely no smoker smell in these rooms. My allergies were of no concern while there as well. The housekeeping guy is outstanding! He was even training in another employee and was still extremely helpful and courteous, he probably deserves a raise.

Loved this place! We have stopped at 5 hotels on this road trip so far and this one was by far the best! Very clean. Nice rooms. Pool/hot tub area was great! They have some arcade games for kids by the pool as well. My kids didn't want to leave this hotel. The man that did housekeeping for our room was great! We didn't have him do much except trash, but by watching him work in the other rooms he was great, very thorough and does a fantastic job. All the staff members were very friendly as well. This place overall was fantastic!

Great hotel! I stay at this hotel often for business and have had great stays every time. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast had a decent selection. The staff was willing to help when I needed something.

Nice and clean motel no where near anything you want to see or do. The pool area is faboulus. It will surprise you. Maybe it won't, if you last stayed at a water park resort. Our room had a great view of the dumpster in the parking lot. I took lots of pictures. You don't see that everyday. Ample free parking.

Nice place to stay. They are currently hosting the hockey nationals tournament so the place is a bit filled in. They make sure the place is clean and they have a restaurant inside. They serve free breakfast everyday from 6:30-10:30. I would suggest avoiding their eggs and the bacon. Other than that, it is a nice place.

This motel had big shoes to fill as we just came from a motel in Duluth's Canal Park. With a view of the lake from our room. Good luck Comfort Inn. Needless to say we were let down. Hugely small rooms and views of the parking lot. With that, the pool area was really nice and big. The motel itself is clean. That counts for something. Sorta.

The second I walked into my room I was comfortable! The gentalman at the front desk was super nice and helpful! If I come back to Minneapolis I will definitely stay here.

Decent hotel, but showing it's age on the outside, though the rooms looked to be updated recently and they were clean. Receptionist was friendly and courteous. If you're hungry they've got decent eats as there's a restaurant called "Lucky 13's" attached. It has all the standard pub fare along with a good to decent selection of tap beers. If that doesn't tickle your fancy there's a ton of other places within a mile. If I need a place to stay in the Plymouth area I'd lay my head here again.

Cobwebs all over the ceilings and walls, tub and shower stained disgusting yellow. Breakfast was cold. Staff was super rude, absolutely never again.

Stayed for meetings at a nearby business, so location was good. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, no complaints about breakfast. Rate was better than many nearby hotels. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

Room was nice and clean. Quiet hotel. Nice breakfast. Check in was not ok. Double charged and the girl was unhelpful. Day staff was more helpful and credited my card.

We attended a work gathering in the meeting rooms. Nicely appointed with a separate single stall unisex bath for the guests. Plenty of space and bar service. Good meal, catered by Lucky's 13. I would recommend to any colleague looking to host a gathering.

Off the road aways so you don't have to hear the drone of cars all night long. Nice room, good breakfast. I was happy with this hotel, especially for the price.

Clean hallways. Next to bar/restaurant. Can be noisy. Easy for delivery staff to get in and out of. Not easily found. Address brings you someplace near it. Not to it. (New development blocking front view)

Went to Lucky 13 and thought the food was good. The beer selection was actually pretty good. I would say they had as many special/mircro brews on tap as most places would have normal beer on tap.

I live in Wisconsin and I have to come to Plymouth MN every couple months for business meetings. This hotel is very clean, quite and very friendly employees. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. There is a bar and grill attached to the hotel that. Gets kinda lound… but this is still a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the events we had to attend. Super close to everything and the free parking on site was great. King bed room was pretty comfortable and mostly clean. Bathroom wall looked like it could use a fresh coat of paint but otherwise we didn't have issues. Breakfast buffet was small, but had a decent selection. Having the restaurant attached was a plus for late night drinks and apps!

Very bad experience. One night they don't even clean the room. And when I consern they only can say we are sorry.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. The whole hotel looked updated and was in great shape. They also gave me a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Will definitely be staying again in the future.

If I could I would take all the hallway/meeting room furniture and put it in my hotel ;) love your style! I used the hot tub, it was hot and felt amazing. I love the little bench we had to sit on in the room and the couch too. Rooms were great and the fact that I had a room with a walk out patio and didn't even know it was a great bonus. Can't forget the food from Lucky 13s which was attached to the hotel. The breakfast was typical not bad not greatjust not greatly stocked. I will def. Be back when I'm in the cities. Thanks for a great stay! Oh, did I mention the front desk gal was amazing and friendly?!

Very clean and lots of space all around. Great for teams. The WPFC girls team loved the pool and patio. Restaurant is great too. Food was awesome!. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking lot too.

Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was good and the gentleman that worked there took care to keep it stocked throughout the hours it was open. Hotel was clean. Exercise room was on the small side but had good mix of machines and weights. Pool looked fine. Only issue we had was the air conditioner. Extremely noisy and not real efficient. Made a good night's sleep hard to achieve.

I worked in the hotel industry for 4 years & stayed here for the Renaissance Festival & loved it! My room was very clean & the beds were amazing! I have a bad back/neck & it was heavenly sleeping in their beds! Breakfast was great! Lots of choices & they refilled everything quickly. We didn't use the pool due to time, but it looked & smelt clean. Will definitely stay again!

We came for a sad occasion but the hotel was so wonderful with accommodations to keep our group of friends together. The rooms were extremely quiet. Lucky 13 restaurant was attached so we ate there and didn't have to travel for dinner. We used an open lounge area to visit. The pool and jacuzzi were great as well! If I am back in the area, I would stay again!

1. We did not receive clean towels even when we went to the front desk. We understand that the hotel is trying to "go green", but once you use one of their towels to shower, it's soaking wet and not ready to be used multiple times. We had 4 people sharing a room, so we need 4 sets of towels. We had to ask twice to finally receive clean towels. Then once we received them, we noticed we got two bath mats and two hand towels, which was not what we asked for. It's disappointing to ask multiple times for towels and still not get what you need. 
 2. The $10 charge per night for the cot was disappointing as well. We understand the charge for the bed per night, but it was the most uncomfortable cot ever. I know a cot won't be like sleeping on a cloud, but you lay your hand on it and you can feel the wires and springs right through the thin sheet. Picture sleeping on that for three nights and your back is really messed up the next day. The springs dig so hard into your back and you can't even make if comfortable because the blanket and sheet they give you are so thin. 
 3. Also, I was disgusted by the bug problem we had in our room. The cot I slept on was by the window. When we were getting ready to leave, I thought I might take a look at the window sill to see if anything was open since bugs had come in. Instead I noted spider webs and it was so gross. Later, I found the black bug that landed on my face when I was trying to sleep in our bathroom on the last day.

Trying to check in 90 minutes early… they have no idea when rooms will be available. The housekeeping "inspector" is running around the hotel according to the desk clerk and she has no way of reaching him or knowing when he will update the computer with rooms available. Can't even tell us if rooms will be available at 3pm. Major fail! We will NEVER stay here again.

I'd recommend not being near an exit, as they don't have anything on their doors that prevent them from slamming.

Pleasant staff, nice rooms, and a decent attached restaurant. Bed are mediocre, and my room smelled stale at first.

Need to know what customer service means saw the maid put clean towels on the floor I was disappointed not staying there again.

Our seminar was comfortable. The right temperature and well decorated rooms and facilities.

I stayed here 3 nights. My first 2 rooms had minor issues, and the staff was very helpful in getting me into a new room. The hotel is pretty remote, if you don't have a car Lucky's can be a godsend, but it does get boring. There are a few arcade games to kill the time, but most are not in working order.

Everyone was very polite. Rooms nice. Beds very comfortable. The only thing that was odd was the outlets in the bathroom were all the way to the left of the sink. You had to stand in a little space between the toilet and the sink to do your hair. Usually the outlets are on the right, away from the toilets. Still highly recommend.

I was charged for two nights when I left the hotel on Saturday morning at 7am. I had the hotel for 1 night. I called and they said that I hadn't checked out by checkout time when I clearly did. I got my receipt and all. Then the lady on the phone said we tried calling you however when confirming phone number they had it wrong in the system. She tried to tell me the cleaning lady said I was still in there after checkout time. I asked if she knocked and the lady on the phone said yes but no answer! Yes, because I had left at 7am. I have called there three times now and left voicemails for the manager and no call back or refund. This is the worst hotel experience I have had! Double charged. No follow up to calls. Wrong information in system. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want to get charged twice and terrible customer service. There are much better places to stay in Plymouth.

This by far worse comfort inn ever stayed at. Rooms are totally outdated. Desperately needs to be remodel. From the early 1990s Waterfall fixture in bathroom and the dish t. V. Which loses signal when it rains hard. And the breakfast is a joke, food poisoning after eating, think was a egg. The internet post a $113.00 rate and quoted by phone the same amount. But the receipt states a $140.00 charge big difference. And why the $1.00 charge for the safe if not using it. No other hotel does this. Only people stay here are the drunks from lucky 13th bar next door too afraid to drive home.

On Valentine's Day 2015, my son and I could not find a motel or hotel to stay in; everything was booked and our car was having problems. We decided to try one last place to stay before heading back towards St. Cloud and hoping we would make it. Not only did the kind gentleman have a room he was holding for "walk in's" but he was so sympathetic to our situation and able to provide us a room right away. The room was extremely clean and inviting, as were the hallways and all public areas. We slept well and there were no parties or unsupervised/crazy kids running around. We were not only impressed with the professional but personable service that evening but the following morning as well. Having the Pub connected to the restaurant was also an added plus; usually food is so-so at such places or simply run of the mill; the food was absolutely top notch and so was the service. Thanks to Comfort Inn staff, for the pride you must take in your job duties because it shows! And thank you also for making a very stressful day/evening into a wonderful stay for this family.
