Loved this place! Rooms are very modern and beds so comfortable! Staff was also very friendly.

I've stayed here in the past and it was great. However this last time, we weren't able to check in until after 4:00 (Check in is supposed to be at 3). Google says they have free Wi-Fi, but from what I could tell you have to pay for it. Rooms were only ok — decor not great and outdated. Went to use the shower in the morning, but some weird dark stuff had come up the drains of the shower and the sink. On the up side, the staff was nice. I hope this hotel can do better in the future.

Our room was lovely. Especially appreciated the sound machine included and they brought a fan up promptly when we called for it. The check in was late but our breakfasts were comped in return. The most convenient place to stay when seeing a show at the Orpheum.

Stunning hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. There are beautiful art pieces all over the hallways, in your room, and a gallery in the main floor. Our suitIe was also furnished with gorgeous modern pieces. I will definitely stay again!

Great room, excellent amenities. Very high standard across all levels of service. The art collection was a little subpage but stay came with passes to the Walker Art Center. Would recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Husband and I spent a night here right after our wedding, and the entire experience was wonderful. Location is prime within walking distance to lots of awesome restaurants. Room was clean, comfy, and very stylish. It was large with a whole seating area, huge shower, and I loved the decor! Great staff and service. 10/10 would recommend. We will be staying here again!

Artsy/fancy hotel. Wi-Fi is not free (even though listed next to bath towels on the TripAdvisor website) unless you're an SPG member (which is free). Fridge in my room didn't work. A/C when it switched on/off sounded like someone in the room clicking a 3-ring binder closed. Shower flow was barely reasonable. The place was otherwise very cool and the staff was great. Sadly, there was enough to make me question a future stay.

Nice, large rooms in a great location with comfy beds and an attentive staff. They are within walking distance to shops, tons of restaurants, bars, and great nightlife. The hotel is beautiful, and they have a great patio outdoors where you can drink and soak in the sun. The rooms are stylishly decorated with high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, heated floors in the bathroom, and the most amazing rainfall showerhead. The soaking tub is also ridiculously amazing. Two negatives: they charge $100 deposit plus $25 cleaning fee per day for dogs and parking is $42 per night.

Decent hotel with a nice bar/restaurant. Hit the library downstairs, very cozy!

Husband, dog and I stayed here this weekend. The only positives: it's in a great location, it was clean and the valet service was great. Our reality was nothing like the pictures on the website; it was TINY. The hallways were lit with fluorescent red and blue lights, they played a 24-hr techno "song" non-stop and the people were pretentious. Drunk kids screaming in the hallway at 1am, a club thumping somewhere nearby, and an elevator lit by red and blue lights.

Best hotel downtown Minneapolis, everything was fabulous as soon as I stepped in the door. It was my birthday and they made me feel so welcomed. I was treated with royalty like a celebrity. The front desk was awesome. Very knowledgeable as well. I want to go back and stay again just because they were so great to me.

This is a great hotel in central Minneapolis. Great decor with an artistic feel. Room was spacious and the packed mini bar was very tempting. The only small issue is that there is no parking at the hotel, but there is a public parking garage very close by.

Modern rooms with heated floor bathrooms! Nice staff that welcomed me with hot chocolate & Bailey's when I checked in. Only downside is the restaurant (Mercy) was open but never staffed in the morning when I went in to get breakfast, so I ended up going elsewhere to eat.

Love the room sizes and service! So beautiful! The Mercy restaurant in the hotel is wonderful fir dinner and brunch!

Need to upgrade internet connection and TV services, besides that maybe the most beautiful I have ever stayed in.

Flew into town to attend a Vikings Game. Stayed at Le Mèridien, location is great and within walking distance of most things or short cab rides. Rooms are very modern and have a awesome atmosphere. The hotel staff was awesome and always quick with any requests. As well as helpful with things to do nearby.

Friendly front desk staff. Cool partnership with local art museum. Gym small but new and clean. Restaurant has top rated food. Was in the luxury suite which was very large with an awesome bathroom (heated tile floor, tv, tub by window and massive 18x30 rain shower). Lobby small and limited amenities. Center of downtown.

Nice quality hotel, not great, but good.

The hotel was lacking many things, but mostly customer service. After leaving a few items in the room, I had to call 4 times to finally hear that the housekeepers hadn’t found anything “yet”. The hotel is small, yet it was too much trouble for Steve or Jason (the gentlemen that answered the phone) to check on the items. Parking is very overpriced as well at $42/day. Personally, I’d recommend saying at the Hilton 2 blocks away. Many more amenities for the price point.

The hotel is in a good spot downtown within walking distance of plenty hot spots in the area and close proximity to all public transportation. The rooms are nice however the beds and pillows are too soft feel like I need some more firmness but that is a personal preference. I do love the walk in rainfall shower. Staff has been extremely friendly as well.

The pacu fish ribs are excellent! The staff is extremely friendly and there is almost no wait time for your drink. Excellent.

Valet and check-in was a very smooth process. Our room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Hung out at the fire pits after our concert and our server was extremely nice and accommodating even though we were clearly extending his night. Overall nothing negative to stay.

We had 3 people sleeping and they gave us a king bed with no cot or pull out couch. Otherwise it was awesome though. Very clean, best shower I've ever used. This is definitely going to be the only place I stay when I'm in MN.

Definitely will stay here again. The outdoor patio is great. I liked the attention to detail when it came to art; like, the curated elevator music, video installation in the hallway. Red lights at night are kind of tacky and juvenile though.

The hotel is eccentric. The design is too modern for me and a bit sterile. It reminds me of a cold office with a bed. Overall it's an okay hotel but I saw so much praise for it and was disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful people, wonderful leadership. Our high school juniors' prom pics were rained out and The Chambers pulled thru with very short notice, allowing 40 17 year olds and their parents the use of a beautiful floor to ceiling windowed room for an hour. Above and beyond! Thank you, you made the day!

The Le Meridien Chambers is one of the best if not the best hotel in downtown Minneapolis. It is conveniently located in the Theater District. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly and the art is intriguing. I would recommend Le Meridien Chambers to anyone.

Very modern style, elegant, big rooms. Bathroom really spacious with TV and huge shower. Complementary quality coffee. Very clean. No free Wi-Fi. However it was perfectly stated during the booking process, so mine is more a suggestion that a complaint. The rooms on the back street have no view at all.

Room looked nice, but was small and no hd channels, or free internet, or other basic ammenities for the price you pay.

Had a really great time at Le Meridien. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was reasonable, clean and quite. The art in the hotel is a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

More focused on aesthetics than comfort. Lots of corners cut and essentials skimped on, seemingly to make room for things like a stylish but impractical sink and a large shower that was prone to flooding. Could do with less focus on the art gallery aspect and more on getting the fundamentals right.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff is friendly, the room's are clean, the hotel is very unique, and the bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. There was a very nice bar and restaurant downstairs also. Great experience.

This hotel was a great break from the norm. It's not often that you walk down a hallway of a hotel to stop in your tracks to observe the art work. Very creative. My room was spacious and very accommodating to the things that I look for in being away from home. The staff are eager to assist you with your needs. It's always great when you have people assisting you that know how to elevate your questions! As a tip… need to get away? Visit their restaurant's library! That is all.

This is the best hotel in Minneapolis — — for those who value excellent service, stylish understated elegance, and the many little things major mass market hotels seem unable to deliver. From the valets to front desk through the housekeeping staff, service and excellence are abundant here. 5 stars.

This hotel is such a refreshing change of pace for downtown hotels. It is only a handful of floors tall and is a much more intimate experience. There is built in character throughout the lobby and rooms thanks to the unique art on display. Service and comfort was top notch.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and were very pleased. The beds are very comfortable, I only wish that they had rooms with two beds as there are three of us that travel together, but other than that we loved it. The bar and restaurant are excellent, we always have had good, friendly service. I also loved the french style organic menu that we had for breakfast.

Went to a party in the 5th floor reception room. Very nice atmosphere, great panoramic views, and friendly wait staff.

The check-in staff were not very helpful and not friendly. The room was nice and modern. The only room issue was that there were a couple of stains on the bedding. Overall the experience did not match up to the price.

Very beautiful hotel, very clean and very comfortable bed and very quiet. HOWEVER some of the staff were very unprofessional and rude to me and my kids. If this hotel does not welcome children in their hotel, then it should be stated on the website otherwise I wouldve booked something more "family friendly" for them.

Delightful and lovely. Front desk, bar, people — all a delight. Exceeded my expectations — I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I am back in Minneapolis. Thank you for taking such great care of me. My experience was that of having partners fully invested in me and what I was up to in town. Brilliant.

Best thing about this hotel. Was the staff. Other than that. Won't stay again. Everything overpriced. $3 buck for M&M's wth, I had three drinks $45 bucks. Ouch, $12.95 a day for Wi-Fi. Woo wee. Rooms were pretty bed was comfy. Quite. Staff were the saving grace. Guy named Jason was awesome at the front desk. All the front desk people were great. Got us up for our long flight back to Japan. Area was nice, room just wasn't big enough, but no harm no foul. Oh and the cleaning lady. I would hire her in a minute. Thank you hope the tip was enough. For the prices you charge I hope your paying your people well, they are the saving grace for this Hotel.

HOUSE KEEPING STEALS AND MANAGEMENT DROPS THE BALL! My wife and I checked into our room around 6pm and notice the mini fridge didn't work. We call down to the front desk and they tell us they will send a replacement right up. We wait 30 min and decide we are leaving to go out that night and will just tell the front desk to not worry about the fridge. As we are leaving the room a 30 year old ish very friendly house keeping woman says are you in room 204 I have a fridge for you. We said yes and needed to get going so we agreed to let her put it in there in 5 minutes after she got it from the surplus closet. (Whats the harm right? Housekeeping has access to the room anyways when we aren't there) She seemed like a normal nice honest person so didn't think about it at all. We go out have a blast come back around 10pm and go to bed. The next morning when we get up to leave my wife can't find her purse anyway. The room isn't that big so after 20 minutes of looking we started to suspect it was that housekeeper. So my wife calls on here credit card to see if there was any activity. Of course the card has been used 7 times in the last 12 hrs. (None by us) Lucky for us I had my wife's ID for cocktails the night before but in order to make room for it in my money clip I took out my Target Red Card. I call on that of course it was used an hour prior to my calling.

I had a nice stay here in June 2013. I found the place by sorting Google Hotel Finder's Minneapolis results by number of stars. This hotel came up either first or second on the list, which made me think "OK, this is the best place in Minneapolis. " I didn't think the hotel was so amazing as to be the best of a mid-sized city with so many corporate headquarters in it, but I thought it was a very solid experience overall. My room was clean and bright and airy and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The view of the city was interesting. The best part of the stay was breakfast at the new restaurant Marin.

Beautiful property. Poorly managed and needs at least one less star. They 'lost' our items, questioned whether we knew the complete inventory, then 'magically' and immediately surfaced the items when offered the option of police involvement. As a platinum member, I am flummoxed and stunned that this picturesque property is run like a chicken shack.

The new DAmicos does not fit the hotels style. As a local to Minneapolis the Chambers was often my treat for a wonderful evening of dining and drinks. Upon making a reservation last min for a visiting friend from out of town I was excited to show her one of my favorite places in Minneapolis. After being seated and handed menus a shock came over me. "What happened to the menu"! The server explained thats a common question as it seems many are not pleased with the change. After looking over the menu we found nothing that looked like it was anything different from Bucas or a number of other mid range Italian restaurants in the city. We ordered a drink to at least leave a tip for the server and then departed. I will not return to the Chambers and feel a bit bad about that. 112 Eatery has taken the top spot in my book.
