Older hotel with some updates. If you need something close to the Mayo it is great for that. A very short walk.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding value. Rooms feel modern enough. Very good attention to cleanliness.

The place seemed nice, clean, and friendly, but my son and I had to open the windows, we were having severe allergies there, not sure why. It was not polin, we were fine outside.

Nice clean rooms. Great access to underground subway (walkway) to the mayo clinic. Free parking.

It was nice, they gave us a different room when the one we had didn't work, very nice.

31/2 stars no rack for even one piece of luggage in room. Eating area presentation is designed to reduce consumption. Very small coffee cups, food quality on 1 — 10 scale =31/2 presentation area tight and uncomfortable. Bath drain fully open but does not drain, ankle deep in bathwater. Room is nice enough and it is comfortable enough. Ok for lower price.

The wheelchair accessible room was big but the bathroom was impossible for a non-walking person.

Building is older (for this reason, outlet complaints? Silly) yet inside has been nicely renovated. Rooms are just what we needed during hospital stay… close to hospital, clean and a safe place to lay our heads. Great staff in hotel and resturant, so accommodating. Given its' convenient location, the price is incredibly reasonable.

Clean hotel, but a few FYI's… 1. TV in our room, horrible. Very blurry/pixilated and just plain awful (720) 2. If you have a CPAP — you will not have a light next to your bed. There are 2 plugs in on the entire wall by the bed (which are located BEHIND the mattress) you must MOVE the mattress to plug anything in there. 3. If you have a phone/computer to plug in, don't plan on having them next to you, you will have to plug them in by the desk/across the room. 4. Bed-old, not updated in a long time. 5. No breakfast/they give you a coupon for the restaurant attached but… This is a clean room and right across from the hospital. It is cheaper, but if I had to stay longer then 1-2 days I personally would not stay here. For $30 more, you can stay in another hotel, directly across from the hospital also. The 2 stars are only because it was clean and location.

These folks are great. Had a minor issue and they upgraded us to a suite. Very kind and very competent. Nice rooms and very close to hospital.

While this hotel is not the flashy new building and rooms, it makes up for it in convenience and the courteous staff. The Brentwood is located directly across from the hospital, offers parking in their lot with your room, and provides a clean comfortable room with a refrigerator and microwave for those trying to save on costs while staying close to a family member. The staff is extremely friendly, and goes the extra mile to accommodate their guests. The room is more than worth the price!

Great, excellent beds, good location!

Very nice hotel that is convently located across from the hospital. Clean quite room that had been remodeled. Also was a very reasonable price. You get a discount and coupon for the attached restaurant that will pay for one full breakfast.
