It is unfortunate that a had a poor experience at this hotel August 1-3. I expressed my displeasure through a survey that was sent to me after my stay. I was contacted August 10 by a representative Carlena Diaz claiming to be the front office supervisor. She said she understood the stay I experienced was unfortunate. She volunteered that I would receive points onto my Marriott Bonvoy account for a free night stay. She said it was Saturday and a manager was off so I it would take a few days staying it would be complete within the week. 2 weeks after this conversation no points were added. I contacted Ms Diaz again on August 24 and she said they don’t get to this section very often and she apologized. She said she would contact the manager and get the points added. Today is Monday September 3. It has been 3.5 weeks since my original contact with Ms Diaz and still no points have been added. I would not recommend this hotel. The customer service does not follow through on what they promise. With the poor nights stay I experienced there are plenty of other hotel brands that would offer better service.

I am really pleased with this hotel. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be back! :) Thank you for the great stay so far, Im very impressed.

Hotel was not as expected per the ratings I found and the pictures posted of this place. The outside of the hotel is rough looking but the rooms were remodeled decent. The walls are pretty thin. The pool area was poor which was our main reason for going. The pool itself was fine, hot tub water was green so not sure if that was due to the chemicals or something else. There were holes in the ceiling accompanied by some random pieces of wood holding up random parts of the ceilin…g, rust around the hot tub and a big hole in one of the pillars with what looked like exposed electrical (? ) or something. They do have a big breakfast bar with your standard hotel breakfast foods. The kids had fun which was our goal but I wouldn’t book here again. I typically do not write reviews but I was disappointed in this hotel after seeing a 4.6 rating on other sites. I felt deceived. I would give this hotel a 2.5-3 tops.

I’m very satisfied so far, staff is great our room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Years ago when they first opened my wife ended up in the hospital in Burnsville just down the road. The staff treated my kids like their own, fed them, watched them at the pool, etc. To help us out. 10 stars.

I wanted my suite to face the beautiful lake behind the hotel. I rejected the first two suites that was given to me. I finally fell in love with the third one. Throughout all this, the front desk person was wonderful. She didn’t get flustered in any way. I’m not usually picky, but I was on this occasion, and I was accommodated without any qualms.
Kudos to the lady at the front desk!

This is are go to place when we are in the twin cities! The staff take great care of you and make sure you have what you need. You are close to both down St. Paul and Minneapolis and with the shuttle service the airport and Mall of America is only a short ride if you don't want to drive.

We had a great stay! The room was wonderful; spacious with comfortable beds. The salt water pool was a nice surprise. Breakfast was nice. Lauren at the front desk is, hands down, the most exceptional customer service staff person I have ever encountered. Thank you!

I am very impressed with everything except our room we booked on line was a suite and we got here and got put in a handicap room. The manager was not very helpful on getting the room we paid for. But I tell you what that room was still very nice 2 queens and a pull out couch and a small area with sink and microwave. So the room was not bad at all just gave it 4/5 stars because of the manager that night. But the young blond women who checked us in was amazing. Friendly and helpful with the area of Eagan on places to eat and what to do. She was nice and gave us coupons to eat at some local places. And great building all around in a nice neighborhood, nice hot breakfast, nice pool and hot tub that walks out to a beautiful outdoor deck area with chairs and a grill. And finally all comments about the elevator I will sum it up its not fancy or its not out dated. Its a nice elevator it gets the job done. People be happy this place has one. Its a elevator OK. But thanks to everyone here except a little disappointed with the way the manager was but yeah we will for sure come back.
