AC wasn't working. Front desk showed me in the wrong room, so at 355am someone else tried to get in my room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Well the one on Denmark isn't bad, but it isn't great either. The other one off of Pilot Knob was a little better but I would consider these extended stays to be the average kinda hotels, maybe slightly above average but then again they are set up for longer stays than most hotels are. The beds aren't bad, but they could be way better. I can't imagine sleeping on those things for an extended period of time without getting any back problems. For an extended stay, you'd think they would go for better beds for people that stay there longer than a night or two. The locations aren't bad, although I definitely prefer the pilot knob one's location. But that could be because of all the trees lol. Service at the pilot knob location was great, but I was also only there for one night. The one on Denmark I've visited occasionally, and as far as I can tell the service there isn't as good or professional. Things will break and don't get fixed in a timely manner, for one. Whether it's the laundry room, amenities in the rooms, and I don't know what they use to clean but it always leaves things kinda sticky! For the price of these rooms, you'd think it would be a little nicer. I've been to hotels for around the price of these extended stays and they were much nicer! If I had to give a star rating for what I think of extended stay hotels… I'd probably give it a 2 or a 2.5.

I am extremely disappointed in my stay with you. I made reservations at your Eagan, MN location. More specifically Eagan South location. We arrive around 10:30pm. The guy behind the counter told us to wait while he checked on our room. 15 minutes later he comes back and finishes checking us in. To what was supposed to be a non smoking room. The room smelled as if someone had just smoked in the room. We asked to be moved to a room that hadn’t been smoked in. At this point the guy had left and there were 2 females behind the counter. The one claiming to be the manager was wearing a top that her breast were literally falling out of. But that is a complete side bar. The second room we were given again had been smoked in, had trash and cigarette ashes and butts floating in the toilet. I go back downstairs and ask for a room that has not been smoked in. They said they didn’t have one and gave me the option of transferring my reservation to the other Eagan location, Eagan North. So we go to the other location, was told everything transferred over but they needed a card for incidentals. So instead of giving them the original card I gave them my bank card and was told I would not be charged anything on my bank card. We go to the 3rd room. We get in this room and the bed sheets were not clean there was hair and crumbs all over the bed. Instead of having housekeeping change the sheets they moved us again. The 4th room was actually clean, yet the bathtub drain was taking hours to drain.

I was shocked by the nice size of the room and that we had a kitchenette! Great price and location.

Very quiet business center. Small space but could really get some things done. They have 3-4 washers and dryers there which I needed badly. No wait or line to use them. It costs me just as much to go to the laundry mst as it does to get one night here and do my laundry. Only makes sense to come here.

Love this place! Nicest staff I've met at any hotel and we stay every week for work somewhere! Highly recommend!

Very good place to stay, inbuilt gym has a treadmill and elliptical machine. Coin operated Laundry facility available. Complimentary breakfast provided with muffin, nutrition bars, coffee, tea, oats drink. Housekeeping service is done once in a week. Friendly reception where they assist you to get a taxi booked or any assistance. Coin operated vending machines for drinks and eatables near reception. Perfect for a short or long stay where you have kitchen and utensils provided. Great service.

Good hotel to stay. Very nice studio suit. Great kitchen apparels. You can cook whatever you want. Good view from room window. Laundry facility is there. Good bathroom facilities. They do provide bathing bar, facial bars, lotions shampoos etc. Cons is that though they mentioned a complimentary breakfast will be provided, nothing was given apart from an oat bar or a muffin!

Lots of hiccups during our stay and our room key never worked so the front desk had to escort us to our room to open and then lock the door. They were very nice but a huge inconvenience when coming and going for Superbowl activities.

Double charged me for a one day stay. Did not have a receipt for me when I checked out. Their staff did have a clue how to pull up my reservation even when I gave them my reservation number!

Started off rough from the start. We walked in the door and the front desk clerk was walking (frantically) to help another guest. 10 minutes later he comes back and checks us in… or tries too. He explains that the key system is not working so he has to let everyone into their rooms manually. He initially puts us on the second floor. He gets the door open and turns right back around and shuts it. I was able to see in when he opened it and it had definitely not been cleaned. He then informs us that none of the housekeeping has shown up today. Apologizes and takes back down to the second floor. We wait for him (10 more minutes) to check on another room for us. He gives us the okay and takes us to a clean room. Nice kitchen and closet, fairly clean overall. Im a pillow person and their pillows are absolutely terrible.

Clean rooms, nice staff, comfy beds, stovetop, microwave, fridge cabinets. Awesome place!

Clean well-put-together convenient the staff was incredibly accommodating when there was a problem with Priceline who had lost my reservation could but not be more impressed it's like it was like staying at some five star thank you Extended Stay America North well done.

I check in and check right back out, I got the room off hot wire So was no reason to even try to get a refund. Room was dirty, Had dried up vomit of something on the floor by refrigerator door. Bathroom towels need to be replaced with new ones, They were dirty looking. They had a kitchenette area but no dishes. You had to order them. Was told for sanitary reasons. Never heard that one before. Oh yeah and the floor was very sticky. Never again. Totally waste of money.

This place offers the slowest internet I have yet to see. It's a whopping 0.8 mb per second so it is impossible to watch anything using the internet service they provide. You are able to upgrade for a 2x speed (so they claim) it for 5 dollars a day. The carpet looks like it has lip stick all over it that nobody bothered to clean what appears to be cigarette burns in random spots Stove top is crooked so it's frustrating to cook.

The hotel is pretty worn and my room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Since the chain is upgrading its facilities across the country, I'm guessing this one will eventually be on the list. On the plus side, there's a small fitness room with new treadmill and elliptical machines, and there's a business center. There's also a BBQ and picnic area out front. Overall, good experience. If come back.

Have you own little to cook food that will save you more money when you are traveling out of town, or an quick get way.

Room could have been cleaner and better maintained. No coffee maker in room. Works for a place to sleep for the night.

I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly. And accommodating. I would stay here again! And I even extended my stay while staying. 5 star service for the price of a 2-3 star.

The gentleman who checked me in was a great young man but the hotel and the room in it's self left a lot to be desired. The phone had some sticky goo on it so I had to pry it off to answer it when the front desk called. The rooms were old and outdated. In the lobby they said it was a none smoke hotel but as I walked through the halls and my room I could definitely smell that smokers had a clear presence there. I've stayed at other extended stay americas and felt much better about the hotel… this location left a lot to be desired.

Good and nice place to stay. But don't expect a good breakfast from here.

The room seemed hastily put together. Only 1 bed side table and the bed was so close to the wall that my husband was unable to get out of bed without either crawling over me or squeezing between the bed and ac unit. The bed was so uncomfortable that after 3 hours there we checked out and found another hotel to stay at for the night. The room was poorly maintained. Simple things like the lamp shade was torn the toilet seat was loose as well as the freezer handle. While on the second floor the down button for the elevator was broken you have to push the up button to call the elevator. These maintenance problems are too easy to fix for me to just look passed them. A simple screwdriver and viola fixed. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay here.

Just up the road from a shopping plaza with stores and restaurants in case you need anything. Friendly and curteous staff. I was given a room that had an unpleasant smell and when I asked for some air fresher they instead moved me to a new room. The start was great.

It was ok. The rooms smell alittle. Hallways smell like trash.

I checked in here with my 10 year old son 3/16/16, we were at the Mall of America when I realized I didn't have my debit card and the hotel I originally booked refused to let me check in without my card (understandable). In a panic, I called my parents and my dad booked this motel through hotwire. We arrived and the front desk agent Kevin was very polite and courteous. Kevin gave us our keys and we went to our room. I took the blankets off the bed and their was a very large noticeable yellow crusty stain and pubic hair everywhere. We went to tell Kevin at the desk who gave us another room. We again went to our room and I checked the bed again, this time there were BLOOD drops all over the blanket (not the comforter the blanket below it). There was also a feminine pad in the bathroom garbage. At this point I looked at my son and his face showed sheer disappointment. At this point I decided we had no choice but to cut our trip short and leave to drive home 3 1/2 hours in the pitch dark with deer everywhere. I let the front desk man know again about the 2nd room. He apologized but did not offer anything else. Disgusted. Don't stay here!

Really nice and cheap 77 bucks for a king suite! The room was nice the bathroom small but for the price what can you say. I've never paid that low for a room with a kitchen and king bed before. And the girl at front desk was soooo nice!
