I was woken up at 7am by the manager knocking on my door demanding payment even though I had made full payment at check in. I had to fumble around my room in a half asleep stupor to find my receipt to prove that I paid. He then realized it was a different room that owed money. Also the room I was in was next to a smoking room, and the smoke drifted into my room and reeked of stale smoke. I ended my stay prematurely and found room elsewhere.

Needs tlc, older pkace for the high price and the owners aren't real friendly.

Cozy and clean place to stay far enough away from the highway to be pretty quiet. We could hear the music/tv in the next room very clearly but other than that it was a very nice stay.

Not great. Bed was only a double. Lights didn't work. Felt very old.

Nice… Clean Motel, EXCELLENT Wi-Fi Speed, Outside Area is Very Inviting with Picnic Table and Shaded Area if you have a Dog.

It's a clean room with a passable bed and decent shower. No frills, a bit expensive for what you get, but one of the cheaper places around. Very run down and tired looking, but if all you need is a clean place with a bed, shower, and cast iron bottle opener on the bathroom wall, and you don't plan on spending any time here other than sleeping, then this place fits the bill.

Cheap. Sheets had definitely not been washed as they were obviously dirty and had sand and dirt in them. Friendly service. Pretty sure I heard mice in the wall in the middle of the night but did not see a trace of them. You get what you pay for.

The rooms are nice enough for the price bathroom was very small. The TV was very fuzzy I called and asked about that they blamed the weather. Not to sure if I believe that but anyway nothing fancy but will do in a pinch.

The owners or managers, Dee and Sonia, are great… This is sort of a no frills place. It is clean, well serviced… Plenty of towels and hot water… You park in front of your room. There is electricity outside fit your boat… We stayed a week and would have stayed longer if we could.

Is chingon the motel I liked and 2 people were 77 dollars very good.

Older quaint, strip motel that is updated, nicely decorated, very clean — with Wi-Fi that is easy and nice digital TV. All windows updated and open. Your car is right outside your room. And very quiet. Will use again for overnight trip to Alexandria.

Service was adequate. Room was tasteful, but outdated. Room was clean, but not immaculate. Considering the price and location I would give the Skyline Motel 2.5 out of 5 stars.

We arrived after 1a. M. And the owner greeted us. My experience privately owned motels are not always available late. The room was Very clean, remodeled, no bugs, no carpet which is nice b/c it keeps smells away.
