The rooms were small. The restrooms met the new comfort inn standards but the rooms were far behind. The doors needed to be pulled closed as it seems like they had layers of carpet over carpet which didn't allow the doors to close automatically. The refrigerator and microwave were not in all rooms and had to be requested if needed. The Continental breakfast was in a separate building through the gift shop.

This is NOT a resort, not anywhere close to it. Including the word resort is extremely misleading and led to a huge disappointment for my husband and I on our ten year wedding anniversary. The rooms are old, they have updated some amenities but once again it is NOT A RESORT. So disappointed.

The hotel rooms are a nice, comfortable and well decorated. Jesse was a wonderful service guy, in the beginning of the night he brought us pillows and blankets that we requested. Then around 11:30 we had a overflowing problem with our toilet and Jesse was quick to bring towels and a mop to fix the situation. He had everything back to normal with in a few minutes. Thanks Jesse!

Very nice place! stayed here for 2 nights. Given it s cody, nothing is too far from this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very inconvenient access to the pool or guest laundry. Breakfast was delicious once we found it.

Stayed here 3 nights rooms clean but breakfast is same everyday. Be ready for links and scrambked eggs. This gets old never bacon my 4th day went elsewhere to eat.

Mold in a/c unit, my allergies acting up. Lovely rooms and friendly staff.

Recent establishment hotel close to the city centre with many restaurants nearby. Quiet Hotel for the back building.
Typical Comfort US, 2 king size beds, flat screen TV, micro wave, table and iron, coffee maker. No refrigerator.
Sufficient electrical outlets including 2 at the night table and two USB (rare enough to report it).
Free Wifi.
Very clean room. Bathroom with large shower very convenient.
Laundry, beverage vending machines. Computer at the reception.
Great breakfast and in large room.

I’ve stayed here three times in the past month, and it’s clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is ZERO water pressure in the showers!

Penny, the General Manager of the hotel, helped us with everything we needed and was the nicest person I have ever worked with. She answered all of our questions and didn't hesitate to make us more comfortable.

The room was nice… stayed in a suite. There was no refrigerato or micro wave, but as we were leaving, I mentioned that and was told they would have brought them if we'd asked. (Why didn't they say that when we ck'd in? ) Love the people supplying the breakfast! Breakfast is in the gift shop building in summer, nut moves to inn during winter. Close to restaurants. Ate at Bubba's BBQ… pretty good! Lots of food for the price. Service was great! All in all, wonderful stay. :-)

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. During this stay the breakfast was in another building we had to walk to. There was no refrigerator in the room. Mostly quiet and nice little town.

Room was nice, but not cool when our bus driver is needing sleep and 8am the house cleaner is trying profusely to get into the room. Knocking and swipping her key, thankfully the door which is screwed up wouldn't let her in. I open the door and she was in shock someone in the room.

The Comfort Inn is part of a larger complex with three hotels. During tourist season, which lasts until October 1st, breakfast is served in another building. You have to walk through a long gift shop to get to the breakfast room. Our single king size bed room had a sitting chair but no refrigerator or microwave.

Friendly arrival customer service agent. We asked for an early check in, got our room, the room overwhelmed us with a mold smell, they changed our room upon request. It was an okay room. Very small but adequate. Small, quaint town.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and gave good directions. Good place to stay on the way to Yellowstone.

Free hot breakfast in a quaint old building. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. As always, rooms were clean.

We stayed in the Buffalo Bill Cabins. The rooms are smallish but the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the cabin was serviced which I did not expect. Good location as well. Very happy with our experience.

Clean place, friendly staff. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because of the weird setup of having rooms on both sides of the doors and one door didn't have a lock on it. However, that said, we did love that it slept 6 people!

You MUST ASK or they give you an inflated rate. 4 of us on a motorcycle trip and they told us all they had was 2 rooms with 2 queens each for 180 per night EACH. In parking lot the maid said she heard us asking about rooms and if we did stay additional nights, we should ask for the cabin with 4 queen beds ALL for only 179. She said they would ONLY have offered it if we were leaving to check out something else. Will post on trip advisor AND look up owner on Manta This is a 49 to 69 dollar room. Period.

October 2014 Definately recommend this hotel! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and free breakfast was very good.

Exceptional staff. The folks at the front counter really made us feel welcome. The room was clean, equipped in current style and conveniences, good mattress with a nice assortment of pillows. Quiet stay even though the hotel was near capacity. The two people attending to the complimentary breakfast (cereal, waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, pastries, coffee, juice) went out of their way to talk with every guest. Definitely a positive experience.
