First time visitor to this part of Wyoming. Very comfortable room and well maintained. Made numerous trips to Yellowstone Park. Day trips to the Grand Tetons, West Yellowstone and Red Lodge. Very close to the Cody nite rodeo. Would recommend this place.

The best part about this hotel is the LOVELY woman at the counter. Got a 2 queen room. With dog. (I may have this confused with another place, I'll check and see. Price for dog was $25 if I remember right. Expensive for such a little town). There was a recliner in the room. Old and broken down, but could still use it. breakfast was the same stuff at every other hotel with free breakfast. IOW, don't bother, get coffee and go. Fridge in room with freezer. There is NO WI-FI in town. Free or otherwise. Just know that.

Spent 3 nights, pretty good. Only complaint was intermittent internet service and very slow when it was working. Nice clean room, comfy bed, continental breakfast.

Stephen at the front desk greeted us warmly even though it was negative whatever outside. And he saved our New Year's Eve by being one of the few hotels staffed that evening. He even told me where I could get a pair of boots like his locally when I admired them :) really very pleasant. Our housekeeper was polite as well. Thank you. All the best to you in 2018.

The owners there are amazing! I went there at a bad point of my life death of my father. They were the most caring, concern, gracious people I have come across. On top of everything else the hotel is immaculate the rest of the staff is so friendly. They made me feel like I was family. I will for sure go back and tell everybody I know just to stay there even if they live in Cody…!

My husband and I stayed at this super 8 for a couple of nights with our large dog a few nights ago. The service was excellent, all the staff we encountered was very nice. They were putting in new furniture in some of the rooms. We got a Standard Queen bed room, the room had a mini-fridge, microwave, lazyboy, and a TV. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was okay, not the most comfortable but it did the trick. This hotel has a nice little dog run in the back/side of the hotel. The breakfast was small but it was okay, no waffle maker but they put out plain eggo style waffles. Breakfast hours are from 6 to 10am, there is also a coffee station that is open all day long, and the hotel has complementary microwave popcorn for you to pop at the lobby all day. I really liked it here and would definitely stay here again.

We just spent the night at this motel and can’t say enough good about our stay. Pet friendly, reasonable rate, comfortable bed and clean room. The hot shower was super and they served a spread at breakfast complete with coffee and juice. It felt very homey and festive with a beautiful Christmas tree, decorations and music. The staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

There absolutely no amenities. The staff is rude. And the breakfast is not good. There is cereal, bread with pranut butter, hard-boiled eggs which I got a bad one that made me sick, and Eggo waffles wich are soggy. The breakfast wouldn't be so bad if the price reflected it but you pay as much here as any other hotel in town that has a much better spread. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Had it not been for my company already paying for the room and full I would not have stayed.

Everything in the area was pricy due to the city being a gateway to Yellowstone. However, in comparison to the other hotels in its price range, the Super8 wasn't too bad. We did extensive research into where to stay the night, and everything was either in the $100 range, or the $300+ range, there wasn't a whole lot in between. For the $100 range, again based on comparison, it was good. The hotel was very very old, the rooms had low ceilings and worn out everything. The overwhelming musty, stuffy smell was a bit uninviting throughout the hotel and room, but once you got over that it was fine. There is NO ELEVATOR, which seems to be the norm out west for some reason, so stay on the first floor if possible! The breakfast was mediocre, and in a very very small area, but it was free so you can't complain too much as a lot of others offer no breakfast! The hotel could use some clear updates but, overall we had a decent stay for one night. The staff was excellent and accommodating, even before we secured our reservation. Like I said, for the price range, it was good. If you want better, pay 2x-3x more! Also, most other hotels in the same price range had the motel-like outside door access. The Super8 was one of the few with indoor access, not outdoor, which was a major plus for us…

Room was comfortable and clean. No choice of floor using Wyndham points. One of the further rooms from the elevator. Breakfast was adequate. Would go again if close by. The price made it all quite reasonable.

Internet didn't work properly. The mattress was old. The room was clean and plain. Continental breakfast included hard boiled eggs, eggo waffles, toast, English muffin, cereal, and oatmeal. Pet friendly. Good enough for one night.

Upon checking in about 1 A. M. Or so asked the desk clerk of there was a 24 hour place to eat he said no but so very personable offering us all kinds of food he had available. It was a typical super 8 motel clean, bed was actually soft for a super 8! Everyone we talked to that worked there was super nice and very accommodating! Would stay again.

Great space for reasonably priced and pet friendly lodging. The place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. No frills, but clean and well priced. There were two places with dog bag dispensers and places for dog waste. The breakfast selection was limited, but that set-up was clean and great for the price.

Clean hotel. Staff was nice. Keys were a bit funky to open the doors. Breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other Super 8 hotels. No eggs or biscuits and gravy.

Our truck broke down in Cody nice people around where we broke drove us here. The person on duty was very nice and gave us a discount not much but a little is a lot when you short money.

What an amazing stay I had at the Super 8 in Cody, WY. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but the staff was incredible! Steve at the front desk gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. We did just about everything he suggested, and it was great! We will definitely be coming back to Cody and when we do we will be staying at the Super 8!

Check in was easy. The room was clean, and included a mini fridge, TV, and safe. Breakfast was basic but tasty.

Great customer service and great room.

Basic, clean hotel room. They let us bring our cats inside which was great with our cross country move. However, or cost over $140 the night we stayed. Even with a mark up for location it seemed a bit ridiculous. I don't expect a hotel to be cheap in a place like Cody but that was really exorbitant.

Great find! After a long day of travelling we pulled into the Super 8 in Cody, Wyoming and we are very pleased that we did so. The front desk attendants were very nice, personable and knowledgeable of the area. The price was a travelers bargain for a double clean room with all of the amenities of home and they opened their arms to our dog that was traveling with us for no extra charge. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and the breakfast lady is sure to put a smile on your face with her quirky hats. I highly recommend a nights stay at Super 8 if you are passing through Cody, Wyoming as we know that we will be back.

Upon check in we told them I was in a ankle cast and could not climb stairs. They told us a pack of lies and then gave us a room on the 2nd floor at the far end where you had to climb a flight of steps to get to the motel. They have no elevator. The price with pet fee was 180. Dollars, much higher than advertised my wife told them this was unacceptable and we wanted a refund, they promsed to return funds to my card but never did. We paid for a room we never set foot in. The staff was not friendly nor helpful in in any way to and elderly crippled man. I have stayed in motel 8 many times in the past but now I try to find another place first.

Much better than the terrible Super 8 in Keystone. The service was nice, the breakfast was good. No complaints.

Fantastic, friendly service. We stayed for the fourth of July and Saw the fireworks from the parking lot. The manager decorated and provide red white and blue cookies and truly cared about all his guests. The friendliest hotel I have stayed at.

The room was so small we could barely turn around and it smelled musty. On the plus side, it was close to the park.

$175.00 for two queen beds. No atmosphere. Pillows on a shelf at the end of the room, an ironing board hanging out in the open, along with the iron. The curtain was hanging off. I had to put it back up to keep the light out. Not that clean. Toilet stool was very short, It was like sitting on the floor. I guess super 8 dosen't need my business any more. I try to stay positive, But there were none.

Myself and three friends rolled up here on our harleys after a trip down from Yellowstone late one afternoon this september 09. We were accross from the UK on a biking vacation and needed a bed and shower, we had stopped in Super 8 hotels before and found them to be comfortable and on the whole clean as was this one. If you are expecting 5 star luxury the these are not for you, they are what they are, roadside motels and adequate for the price. I would certainly stay in one again as after a long day on a hog you are pleased to get in anywhere.
