Will, Celine, and the motel staff go out of their way to make sure the rooms are clean, neat, and beautifully decorated and set up. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, smells nice. One block from downtown Sundance and close to local restaurants.

We stayed at the Arrowhead during the Winter Festival. The room was very clean, well organized and comfortable. It was within walking distance to downtown Sundance. We will definitely stay here again and appreciate that it is pet-friendly. The continental breakfast was good, too.

Updated rooms with towels folded into animals, new shower heads, new flooring. This place is certainly well taken care of. A pleasant surprise. Would recommend if staying near devil's tower.

Owners make the most of an older motel. The little touches (animal towels and candy bars) were super cute. We had requested the need for a possible cot at the time of reservation (2 months prior). Owner called the morning of our stay to confirm and had the cot all set up and ready for us at check in. Room was very clean.

Clean, friendly, far nicer than the price would imply! This is a perfect example of blending the old with new. On our 10 day trip with a new hotel each night, this was far and away my favorite place to stay. Freshly painted, modern decor, clean, Will was awesomely service oriented. Bill talked with me during breakfast like we were old friends. Next summer our vacation starts at Arrowhead! Thank you for superior service in a clean welcoming environment that was so low priced. Highly recommend!

Quaint, quirky and very clean little motel, 2nd time staying here, owners were friendly and walks you through the room. Shows you where to eat near the motel. Definitely will stay again.

Called around Midnight, no other hotels or motels avalable, this was the only one left in Sundance, Will was very kind, reserving a room for us and making sure it wasn't taken, he made a 2 person room into a 4 Person family room. Will was a very nice man and he helped us every bit of the way. When we got our room, it was way better than we expected. We absolutely loved the "Towel Animals" This is by far the best motel I've ever personally stayed at! The most friendly person in the world to take care of us, and a must stay if you're coming in late and need a place to stay.

Horrible experience. Reserved our room weeks ahead and confirmed the booking and they gave away our room because we didn’t answer a phone call that we never received. Might I add there’s spotty service in devils tower. When the receptionist came out they were very rude and had no sense of decency. Don’t waste your time making a reservation here cause honestly they won’t honor it. If I could give 0 stars I would. worst services/experience ever.

We had a good room with a comfortable mattress and pillows. We were greeted by pillows folded into the shapes of swans and elephants. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of fruit.

Staff are very nice and the rooms are very clean and comfortable for a single person or a couple. Lts of TV channels! Bathrooms are very clean too.

This is a humble motel and I didn't expect much out of it for it being small. The outward appearance is a bit deceiving however. The rooms were very nice for what they were with unexpected "towel animals. " We didn't expect hardly anything to be at breakfast but the actually had my favorite muffins, fresh fruit, and sausage biscuits among other things. I enjoyed our stay even though it was short, and the owner was also a very nice man and we enjoyed talking with him at breakfast.

Love this place! Clean, neat, comfortable! 60's motel with modern look. Stay here, you'll see what I mean! It isn't expensive at all! In the words of the Terminator — I'll be back!

This hotel is well loved. The owners go out of the way to make you feel happy. From the moment you check in they say anything you need let us know. The room is very clean and shines with thought attention. From the very comfy bed to nice towels and great shower head. My husband and I travel a great deal and have stayed at 5 star to 3 star hotels. I say this is 5 star with the amount of detail and thought. Thank you Arrowhead Motel.

Very nice inexpensive hotel. Friendly staff. Room is small but just fine for two. Interior very nice. New owners are working on exterior improvements. Could use a bigger area for the breakfast and a few more choices. We would definitely come stay again when visiting the Tower.

Really nice owners. Motel is from 1950s, but they just bought and are remodeling. Beds very comfortable and new. Bathrooms in process of remodeling. Provide breakfast. Would be 5 stars if hairdryer in rooms and towels thicker.

The manager is extremely friendly, provided top notch customer service. Clean and inviting room (feels like home) for an amazingly affordable price. The origami towels are a unique touch and it's very quiet. The manager also recommended the newly opened Jon J's restaurant (formerly ARO) located right across the street that has the most delicious food (their chili is so good) at affordable prices, too. Will definitely stay again if we stop back in Sundance in the future.

Small, simple rooms, not many amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

This place us well managed and maintained. Very clean, great shower presure. If you are passing through to go to the black hills, devil's tower or Sturgis this is the place to stay.

The service was excellent. The room was clean and they had a good breakfast. I would highly reccomend staying here. You can't beat the price.

My crew of 4 were just passing through on the way to the Canadian border. We got 2 rooms. This was and is the cutest hotel we have ever seen and traveling all over the U. S. We've seen a few. Nice and quaint and CLEAN! It was about 8pm, everthing around it was closing unfortunately, but the restaurant around the corner was open. (good stuff too) the owner (s) did a marvelous job decorating. You can tell they put serious effort into this business. It's in Sundance, Wy. To top it off Between the Arrowhead and the town itself. WHAT A TREAT! You WILL this place. Guaranteed! Pet friendly toowoof!

These guys are my neighbors, but the work they have done is incredible. Can't even tell it's the same place! If I didn't live in Sundance, I would stay here. Convenient to walk to the museum, shopping, eating, and the patk.

The Arrowhead Motel and the two gentlemen that own the Arrowhead Motel have put their heart and soul into one of Sundance, Wyomings newest hidden secrets! Absolutely the best service, price, accommodations, and I have made two new friends! There are some people you don't know and you end up thinking you have known them forever. This summer, we were to stay in Sundance for one evening. That evening turned into a week at the Arrowhead without prior reservations due to health issues with my mom. Will and Bill went out of their way making sure our entire group in the family had a place to stay each night, keeping the cost within our budget… they did everything they could by rearranging their room assignments meant for others so that they could accommodate fitting us in each night. Two of the most friendly, genuinely concerned people I have met! The rooms were clean, roomy and nicely decorated. I have stayed at a wide variety of motels and I rate this motel absolutely my place! We will definitely be back and this will be our first place always! As they say in the military guys, "Bravo Zulu" or Great Job!

June 2016 Very clean and comfortable and a good value. Under new ownership and improvements are ongoing.

While talking to the owners I found they bought the motel in May. I was told that improvements were ongoing, witch was noticeable. I found the establishment clean and the bed comfortable. Some more improvements need to be made, but I'm sure it will happen. I would stay there again. Be ready for some impressive towel origami.

It's very clean room and price is affordable.
