It was a place to sleep, but not much more. The hotel hasn't recovered from when they allowed smoking, it retains an old smoky odor. Breakfast was good. I didn't try out the hot tub, but it seemed clean and working.

Room smelled like sewer. Towel rack was broken and laying behind toilet. Dirty carpets. Booked for two nights. The next day found out that the project I was on was ending early. Called at 1230 to checkout and see if I could pay a late checkout fee. The manager was very rude and would not allow checkout. Was charged full price for extra day. Internet was slow and kept kicking out. Reception computers couldnt even pull up my reservation when checking in. DONT STAY HERE unless in dire need.

Upon arriving at this hotel we found both beds the sheets were dirty and had not been changed between hotel guests, The very next day the maid never showed up to check our room and there was no Do Not Disturb note on the door. The hotel clerk gave us towels, We were up at 4:30 AM to get to our clinic. I left a note that day to please service our room and change the sheets. Well she never changed the sheets. The maids were all gone after we returned from our clinic. We talked the hotel clerk. She gave us sheets and we changed our own sheets. How very unprofessional this hotel is, I would not recommedn this hotel and stay clear of it… I give this hotel and F,,,,,,,,

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Over priced for that region. There was a college graduation and soccer tournament going on at the time. Paid $167.00, including tax, for each night. I consider this to be price gouging. The hot tub needed cleaning and didn't work very well.

Room was very clean and nice staff was very helpful and very accomodating. Will stay in again when in Sheridan Wy.

Quite nice. Clean and in good condition. No bad smells. Don't get too excited about the provided hot breakfast, but it's better than nothing.

Make sure you will indeed need the reservation or you will not be refunded even with enough notice. Called to cancel with almost 2 months notice yet still was charged and was not going to be issued a refund for the room. Have never had this experience with any other hotel I’ve booked at and had to cancel and will be taking business elsewhere.

Very very quiet, clean. Rooms comfortable. Pillows & beds very comfy. Staff very pleasant & helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Price was very good. Excellent value for your dollar!.

Jason, at Quality Inn Sheridan, is a very helpful and friendly Manager. He went way out of his way to help me with my stay. I would recommend anyone to stay at this Quality Inn because of him!

Great motel. Very clean and above normal breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give negative stars. Because this hotel would get all of them. 1 there's no elevator. 2 my toilet was clogged (not by me) and instead of someone employed at the hotel fixing it, I had to do it. So disgusted. I will NEVER stay here or at any quality inn ever again. Oh, the internet sucks too.

Below average. Backtracked on advertised rate, no laundry or laundry service, and didn't fix things in the room after it was brought to their attention. Okay for stopping through, but if you're staying for more than a night, go into town a bit for better accommodations.

Hotel a little off of the beaten path. Rooms were well furnished. The breakfast was hot and ready by 6 am. Good selection for breakfast choices. I would stay here again.

Decent, Average to be sure. Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous. Minor things (keys not always working, below average breakfast, no pool) make this choice of hotel just 3 stars. I would not go out of my way to stay away, but I would also look for same priced alternatives if I were to visit the area again.

Nice beds. Our microwave didn't work. Other people in our group didn't have a microwave in their room, & some had a microwave but were missing a coffee pot. One of the rooms in our group had a musty smell & the carpet was damp near the door. There wasn't another double room on the first floor so they just lived with the smell. No pool or hot tub but the had a "whirl pool" which is essentially a large hot tub with warm water instead of hot. My toddler still enjoyed it. We appreciated the outside entrance for our room but not all rooms had an outside entrance. The staff called every room in our group to relay a message regarding our event, which was very much appreciated.

Nice rooms. They accommodated my request for a bottom story room. Love the beds. I would stay here again.

The stay was fine. Breakfast was not great, there were only a couple things worth eating.

Basic hotel. Clean, but not quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. Breakfast could have been better. Hot tub only, no pool.

Pillows were weird. Small square throw pillow-esque things that are flat. Friendly staff though.

The hotel is decent, the people are friendly. The pillows were a little odd, they were quite small, like couch pillows, and I had a hard time positioning them. The pillows also did not have any pillow cases on them which I've never been to a hotel that didn't use pillow cases. Overall experience was good though.

I stayed here while I was passing through Sheridan for work. This Quality Inn has great decor, the rooms are clean and comfortable, they have a great hot breakfast, and the manager & staff were awesome. Thanks!

Nothing extraordinary about this hotel but it was clean. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower head is low but had good pressure.

We found this hotel to be just plain odd. The weird room key was our first surprise. Lack of an elevator, although not a problem for us, could cause others problems. We couldn't get our room to cool down at all. The ancient air conditioner was completely busted up so that all the air blew directly at the floor. The room was extremely dated. We could barely get the room door to close because the locking bar was so mangled. The bathroom was cramped, and we had to awkwardly climb around the door because the bathroom size didn't allow for the door to fully open. At breakfast, we couldn't find anyone to resupply the buffet, and no one could be found at the front desk. So we ate what was available for 30 minutes. As we were getting up to leave, someone finally came out with fresh food.

Don't let the outside fool you, the rooms where nice. Clean bathroom, desk and a great TV. Convenient location. Overall, it wasthe perfect place to stay on a roadtrip.

No pool but thats ok. Hot tub smelled BAD! got out after 2 mins and had to shower. Air conditioner was broken and had to get a different room but didnt get hassled over it.

For its class, this was a very nice hotel and a good value "for the area". We got the double queen room (no kings in facility) which was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. We asked for the ground floor on the backside so we were away from any potential traffic noise. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also very pleasantly surprised with the nice breakfast layout. No complaints here. We would stay here again any time and recommend it highly.
