Good location, decent breakfast, rooms were comfortable. Little lady at the front desk had a very strong accent. We could not understand her. Hotel had a slight rancid smell throughout. Was fine for the cost.

The service was a bit better than I have come to expect. That could have rated a fourth star. The property is in general good repair, though a couple of minor items kept the property from receiving that fourth star. Screws on a door closer pulled from the door and not repaired and several doors which squeaked badly… including the one to my room.

The rooms are very clean. The maintenance is somewhat deferred, not the worst I've seen, but definitely would benefit from some improvements. Beds are comfortable but not the most comfortable. Cable TV was very limited on channels. Pool, hot tub and breakfast were all good. Above average but I've also seen better. All in all, this is a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable price.

T's an awesome feeling when I call to book a room that they know who I am. I feel comfortable knowing I'm welcome to use the lobby to relax as well as the room. The grandkids love the swimming pool. I nitpick cleanliness and it has always met my standards. Keep up the amazing work. It's appreciated! Much appreciated. Like.

Well, the hotel was decently clean. And the pool and hot tub were nice and a lot of fun for the kids. The hot tub had a lot of sand in it, which I thought was weird. Located on the North end of town, large parking lot. Everything else was very subpar. We got a room with 2 queen beds and specified we had 4 people, and there was only 3 large towels in the room. The back door entrance to the hotel was completely missing the lock, allowing anyone entry. The Pepsi vending machine drinks were barely cold (not the hotels fault), and the two nearest ice machines were broken, (hotels fault). We got in late and all the restaurants in town were closed, so we were forced to what the hotel had to offer, Red Baron single pizzas for $3 each, which they only had two of. Also, they were covered in ice and freezer burned. The TV guide is not correct. There is no fan in the bathroom. A minor inconvenience, but the room keys don't specify which way to insert, and I would always insert it upside down, forcing a second attempt. Continental breakfast was meh. Eggs were gone when I got there, took approximately 20 minutes for more. There was no meat option. Orange juice was good though. Also, I was asked twice by housekeeping in the hallways, before 10am, when I would be checking out so they could clean our room. Check out time is noon, btw.

Was a very nice baymont and we were very happy with check in, they found we have free room on our rewards, everyone was very nice and clean rooms. The staff was very knowledgeable and the free breakfast is a nice bonus.

The hotel is not the place for a peaceful night's sleep. The walls are thin and so both TV and conversations in neighboring rooms can easily be overheard. The staff are only functional at best. Coffee sachets and toilet paper were not replaced when rooms were serviced and I chose to take breakfast elsewhere.

Nice motel in small town, room and pillows are comfortable, pool was amazing, breakfast was very nice and fresh, I love the lemonade they have at front there is very nice. Frontdeak staffs was very friendly&helpfull.

Really quiet, no traffic noise. Comfy bed and pillows, room was clean. Nice exercise room and pool area. The view out our window was a stream and a pond. The staff was extremely helpful. The hot tub was just what we needed after long drive. The cookies were delicious! We just love Baymont Inn & suites…

It was passable for the price. The bed was the best part. During check-in, I didn't get any information volunteered to me and had to ask about everything, which was annoying. The check-in lady was also chatting about her weekend with the pool maintenance man while checking me in. I guess I don't look like I speak Spanish, pero, te equivocas! The pillows were absurdly small. The TV was not HD. The whole hotel smelled strongly like perfume.

Rooms were clean. It would be nice if they added a little bit to their breakfast, some fruit or yogurt. The pool was a little chilly and the hot tub was cold.

Stayed for a week. Breakfast at 6? Yeah right. Had breakfast one time and I had to wait until seven. Place stinks of vinegar. Room was ok. Dirty shower curtain. Booked and paid online and I got the third degree from the lady who checked me in about whybdidnt I call them directly. Well because I did and you quoted me more than 100 dollars than I paid online.

Stayed one night, service was great. Girlfriend loved the jaccuzi tub, we went for a dip in the hot tub which was also very nice. Only drawbacks were a non-functioning microwave which wasnt a big deal. The pillows on the beds however leave alot to be desired.

Very nice staff, pet friendly… huge jacuzzi tub was a welcomed touch after 30 hours on the road.

Checked in late to a very unhelpful and rude young man that seemed put out by having to deal with us. Had a 3rd floor room and were not told/instructed that there was an elevator at the opposite end of the building, so carried everything up the stairs (good thing we were able bodied). Room was clean, bed comfortable. Thus one of the stars. ~ T. V. Selection nothing but news and sports basically. Had read that the breakfast was well worth it… well… maybe if the unhelpful young man had actually made the effort to do his job. There was no water, the ice machine was not functioning, limited bread & pastries put out. Waffle maker not turned on for use, no napkins, no creamer… basically he wasn't worried about guests having the 'included' breakfast. Another young lady did come in near the end of our said breakfast and started putting together what seemed to be what SHOULD have originally been part of the morning. She was pleasant and making an honest effort, thus the 2nd star. So, that being said. If you are lucky enough to stay a night when the young man who can't be bothered to do anything isn't working, it might be worth the nights sleep.

Not happy at all. When we got there after traveling more than a thousand miles, we were told we didn't have a reservation that I had a confirmation number for and that I booked for a wedding months in advance in a block of rooms reserved by the bride and groom. Finally, they found a room for us and it was creepy. There were people hanging out outside smoking the whole time we were there. We left earlier in the morning and came back mid afternoon… the room still hadn't been cleaned. The cleaning people just came back in from outside and seemed overwhelmed so I just gave them my dirty towels and asked for fresh ones and made my own bed. The breakfast was horrible and we went somewhere else to eat. The tables and chairs in the dining area needed cleaning badly. There are other choices in this town, don't stay here!

Extremely upset with the costumer service at this hotel. Will never come back. I had came back from eating lunch when I saw an employee standing at my door to rudly tell me they needed more information cause they didn't do it right the first time.

The room was immaculate, everything was so clean and the staff was really nice. The inside had a pool and hot tub as well. I will definitely be staying here Everytime I visit!

Clean, well-kept facility with nice pool and hot tub, and lots of options for breakfast. We also loved the hot tub in our room!

Room was clean and great. We stayed here for 2 nights. Sometimes we could here the noise from outside. Breakfast is being served. View was also great.

Clean and comfortable but neglected Positives: (1) The room was clean. (2) The bed was comfortable, the linens were nice including towels. (3) The shower water pressure was great with plentiful hot water. (4) Staff was friendly and professional Negatives: (1) shower curtain was dirty and moldy (2) toilet paper was cheap cheap cheap (not a place to cut money) (3) coffee was horrific (4) phone message light was stuck on (even after unplugging) (5) 3rd floor ice machine was not working (told it was because someone filled ice chest, but it didn't work for 3 days) (6) One of the locks on an external door had been removed and was laying on the ground outside the building for a couple days. (7) Obviously no one walks the building. There was a furniture cushion lying outside near a door for several days. (8) Outside trash is not emptied regularly (9) Room had a strong perfume/freshner odor (still evident after I left windows open for 3 days and fan on for most of it)

Very nice hotel and breakfast made my day by giving me the TV controller for the breakfast room and we got rid of the FOX news! Do not patronize places that play FOX news in their public places!

Everything about this place was top notch. The gentlemen who checked my boyfriend and I in the evening was very friendly, room was very clean, hot tub was amazing, would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast had a variety of food as well! The price is budget friendly, anywhere else you'd pay double for that kind of room. Nice job baymont.

The Hotel is very clean and the decor fits in well for a small town in Wyoming. The staff is the best and very helpful with a smile at all times. They have a great pool and hot tub. The breakfast is good and all you can eat. The room furniture is some of the best and comfortable.

This hotel is beautifully decorated with a western theme, new and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is very relaxing. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the mattresses are comfortable. You would never know this is a Baymont Inn! Affordable prices!
