My family and I used Spring Creek Ranch for a two-hour horseback ride. I have to say it was the best horseback ride we’ve experienced on all of our trips to Jackson Hole. The scenery was gorgeous! The horses were well-trained and well-behaved. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved our ride and we will definitely go through Spring Creek Ranch for all of our future rides.

Thank you so much to everyone at Spring Creek Ranch for the horseback riding experience! It was BEAUTIFUL and so well organized. Our wrangler (I’m so sorry, I forget his name! ) was wonderful, and he was so nice to my 9 year old niece while riding. Super extra special shout out to the women working that day — wranglers and office staff — who took my autistic 6 year old nephew under their wing while he waited with my dad for the rest of us to finish our trail ride. He had SO MUCH FUN with the girls, and they treated him and my dad with such kindness. Not everyone is like that, so I always want to send praise when praise is deserved! Can’t wait to come back again one day! Highly, highly recommend!

Stunning views from our room and the restaurant. The food at The Granary was amazing and enjoyed the Anniversary special that was set up in our room of flowers, champagne, and chocolate. Really the only negative part about our stay was the guy at the front desk (when we checked in) seemed completely miserable and he gave us some wrong information saying we could put our robes on and walk to the hot tub. When we walked by the hot tub it was completely torn apart and being remodeled.

Love this area. Scenery is breathtaking.

When paying for a place like this you’re paying for the entire experience not just a place to sleep, the views were amazing, cute rustic feel cabins, but absolutely horrible customer service!

Great view but the accommodations are tear down and start al over with the great land. Old and needs a modern aesthetic. The Old West vibe with log cabin design is antiquated. You’ll feel like you’re stepping back into 1980 when it was built. Prime property but poor planning as our fireplace blocks the greatest view!

We did not stay at the ranch, but we did a trail ride and it was wonderful! We were 3; myself, my husband and daughter. Our wrangler Emily took us on a lovely trail over the mountain with amazing views of the valley and the Tetons. I would love to return and stay at the Ranch.

The trail was just challenging enough for newbies. Our guide was patient and well-qualified. The view was simply breathtaking!

Our stay in Jackson Hole has been amazing! We highly recommend staying at Spring Creek Ranch! Between the friendly staff and the beautiful suite, we are life long fans!

Im utterly appalled by the service! Had to complain twice to get our room cleaned… after 2 days of no service. After second complaint we received clean towels, and thats it. Our bed remained unmade. Our room service plates didnt get cleared away until over 24 hours later, when I eventually just left them outside. We have tried on 3 separate occasions to book a tour with concierge, who has never been available. We gave up. Its a stunning setting, with so much potential, but it needs some serious management focus on the basics.

I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting the Grand Teton NP during a 1 month tour of our country. Out of that entire month staying at many places in 21 different states Spring Creek Ranch was my absolute favorite place to spend the night and for down time. It is quiet, peaceful, serene and the view is absolutely spectacular. I’ve never stayed anywhere with such a beautiful view, it is amazing. Were I able to build a house on this very hill, it is the only place I’ve been that I would literally leave my home in the Georgia countryside to move to… well, here and the north rim of the Grand Canyon! You won’t regret your stay here, I can assure you of that.

The horseback riding was fun and relaxing. Especially after a long hard hike. Horses seemed well trained and our mix experience group had no problems. They do offer helmets if you want at no extra charge and remember to book ahead and make a reservation.

I stayed at Spring Creek overnight on business earlier this week, and have done so multiple times in the past three years. As always, the room was well kept and clean, hot water was quick to run in the shower, and the staff was friendly, and many even remembered me from past visits. I ate dinner and breakfast in the Granary restaurant on Spring Creek's property, and the meal comfortably surpassed my expectations. Spring Creek will certainly be my go-to for comfortable stays in Jackson. The views are incredible, the staff is excellent, and the rooms are precisely what I hope for.

Did the 2 hour trail ride and absolutely loved it! It was my first time on a horse and I had so much fun. Gorgeous views of the Tetons, National Elk Refuge, and Jackson Hole. The staff were very friendly and our host Kipp (I think that's what his name was) was great. Highly recommend if in the area!

My mom is handicapped and the couple at the front desk went over and beyond to get her comfortable and accommodate her. Lovely place, nice pool and hot tubs. The view was spectacular. I recommend the horseback riding.

We held a client’s sales incentive at SCR last week, and it was awesome! The staff went above and beyond to make sure the guests had everything they needed. As I walked around the room during the final night’s awards banquet, I heard many individuals saying that this was the best awards trip they had ever taken! There were so many activities to enjoy, or the couples could simply relax, ‘unplug, ’ and enjoy personal time. It’s not the Four Seasons. It’s a ranch! But it is one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever experienced and the scenery and views can’t be beat. I highly recommend Spring Creek Ranch!

I like this place a lot I go on details here I never pay my only problem is it's too noisy when workers are working on other cabins it's a very nice place beautiful view like I said I never pay for this my company pays for this so I loved it here is a beautiful view.

Beautiful location and perfect weather. Not crowded during the off season so it really felt like a getaway. There is a free shuttle that takes you into town and picks you up, so should you choose to have a few brews, you'll have a safe ride back. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and our shuttle driver was particularly entertaining. The view from the room was really pretty. The decor in our room had a very homey lodge feel to it. We loved the wood fireplace, double sinks, and king bed in our suite. The washer and dryer were a bonus, amd the staff even had laundry detergent already available to us in our room. A little outdated, but cozy nontheless.

This is a tough review. I really don't want anyone to come here because it's my new sanctuary. From the moment I passed through the entrance, amazing things happened. Moose welcomed us. Mule deer sat for photos. Ground squirrels ran across our path to the main house. That's were the staff made sure we felt like family. It was like coming home. They built us a huge fire outside in front of the mountains so we could warm up after relaxing in a hot tub. After that, the coyotes sang us to sleep and the Aspen trees kept a watchful eye until morning. This place is magic.
The off season provides a different view of this place. Lots of things are closed. Many activities are unavailable, but it gives you a chance to chat with the locals and find out their favorite spots to eat and play. Spring Creek is minutes from town so we drove back and forth for food and tours.
No computers, no video games, no cell phones, and my kids still think this is the best time they have ever had.

The buffet meals were excellent. Chef Burke is exceptional.

The views from our 2 bed 2 bath townhome (Harvest Dance) were breathtaking. It was like having a home, supplying any and all needs. Coffee on your patio overlooking the Tetons made it perfect. The on site staff went out of there way to for us. What a joy it was to have firewood cut and stacked for our fireplace. Located so close to town, but far enough away to get away. The spa, pool, gym, trails, and restaurant were perfect.

This is one of the coolest spots in Jackson Hole with a huge unrestricted view of the cathedral group of the Tetons. The amenities are also top notch with great meeting spots for groups and the rooms which are actually cabins are so picturesque. The restaurant there is also one of the very best in the entire valley.

Best views in the valley! BUT Our unit was tired and worn out and in desperate need of upgrades. Outdated lighting, thermostat, a $50 TV on a dresser. Worst of all we had to move to a new unit because chimney flashing had come loose and was banging in the wind keeping us up all night. I cannot comprehend why such an exclusive real estate location is allowed to deteriorate other than cheap greedy property owners. A true shame and one than management better address soon.

We enjoyed our 2 days break in Jackson, WY. The room we stayed in opened to a beautiful view of the snow capped Teton Mountain range. Entire lodge was decorated beautifully, with unique themes in each room. The restaurant also has spectacular views. The food was good. This would definitely be the place we would come back to next time in Jackson.

We had room 2206 which I called our "room with a view". The view was amazing, but the room needs work. Bed was very uncomfortable, microwave was on the floor, coffee cup had a large coffee stained crack in it and even after room was cleaned same cup put back as if it was a new clean cup! They appear to just rinse out the same cup instead of replacing them. Fireplace wouldn't burn, no kindling. NO grab bar in the bathtub. Many broken tiles on the floor. Rooms are locked with regular keys passed from one customer to the next, not rekeyed. No safe in room. Wall heaters did keep the room warm. View was beautiful, but Spring Creek Ranch needs work. Oh, and for those who are like me and pack up the house when you go on vacation… it's a chore getting it to the room and then back to the car.

Beautiful views and great horse back riding. My only negative is that the guest bath floors were not clean, nor the rug. There was hair on both the rug and tile floor. A little updating (paint, floor, etc) would do wonders for guest reviews and happiness too.

Undoubtedly the best place to go for an incredibly scenic view of Wyoming! The landscape is gorgeous, the horses are gentle and confident on the trails, and our rambler guide Randi was experienced and so friendly. I would highly recommend Spring Creek Ranch.

SCR is a nice place, not cheap, but here's the thing: they put us in a room that was mediocre, at best. It was a lower room with a beautiful view, but you could hear every move above us, we did not sleep well the first night. The vanity counter had an old fridge under it, and the counter was hot, all items on the counter were at 75 degrees. The bathroom was very old. The room had very little storage, was dark (40 watt bulbs), and you could not park in front, you had to carry your bags about 200 feet. After the first night I called the desk and told them to find us another room, which they did. But why not put us in the better room to start with? Also, there is nothing on their website re: free breakfasts. They told us we had free breakfasts, but many others did not, so that was piecemeal. SO: demand their best room, one with parking and demand free breakfasts. And, SCR, remodel your older units.

Incredible place. Very warm and secluded atmosphere yet only a couple miles from downtown Jackson. Each room is in a rustic wood cabin with it's own wood burning fireplace. Fresh cut wood is outside every front door — Unbelievable views of the valley and Tetons. Great restaurant, food was excellent. Views never get old.

Gorgeous panoramic views and very comfortable accomodations. The rustic looking cabins contain very nice beds, A/C, fireplaces, and a rather substandard coffee maker.

We had a one hour horse ride. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the ride was great. The views were fantastic.

Spring Creek Ranch is my go-to place for lodging in Jackson Hole. The staff is always polite, professional, and very helpful. The wide variety of room options always provides a comfortable stay, no matter how many people are in my party. If you're not sure where to stay on your next visit, I'd definitely recommend giving Spring Creek a chance!

All in one. Since our wedding was located where none of our family was, we were looking for an all in one location, from ceremony, to reception, to lodging, to family activities; they had it all. Cindy was my main contact and she was basically like my wedding planner. The process was so simple and they accommodated us in all ways possible. With the hotels, they match the lowest price I found in town, just so my guests could stay up at the ranch. I loved my ceremony, which was on the wrap around deck, and all of our pictures have the Teton Valley in the background. Might be a little bias, but best location ever!

The homes and the views are amazing. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready upon arrival so we had to wait on the lobby well over an hour. Several other guests also had to wait even longer than we did. When we finally got to our house, beds were unmade, bathrooms were dirty and the entire house was generally not ready. It took another hour for a cleaning crew to come back through our room. All things considered, it was a minor inconvenience and we are really enjoying our time here. We came her for the scenery and activities and we are getting plenty of each.

This was our first trip to Wyoming. We spent a week here last September. It was incredible! The property was absolutely beautiful and had stunning views of the Tetons! We stayed in a 3 BR town home, which was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We used the concierge service to book the Best of Tetons and Best of Yellowstone tours. Our tour guide/naturalist Lindsey went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! She took us to some beautiful spots that we would never have found on our own. Her knowledge and experience made it easy for us to sit back, relax, and enjoy our trip! We also booked the Paddles and Saddles tour. Our horseback ride was gorgeous and our guide did a great job of explaining the area. The float tour down the snake river was also amazing! We saw at least a dozen bald eagles! The only downside to our experience at Spring Creek was the Granary Restaurant. We were disappointed in both the food and the service.

The place and the views were beautiful, but the customer service was awful. Check in was at 4, but they we weren't able to get in until 5:30. The staff weren't sorry at all. Once, we got to our condo, some of the issues we had: drain didn't work in the bathroom, dirty towels, the bathroom shower knob did not work, the pull out bed in the couch was broken. The staff didn't comp us anything and didn't really seem to care. For the amount of money that we spent, I would expect them to bend over backwards for us. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Rustic but well kept, the Spring Creek Ranch was a great stay in Jackson, WY. I stayed during the icy winter. The ranch made sure that the firewood pile outside my cabin remained stacked tall for my week long stay. The ranch is in close proximity to several great ski resorts. Wild elk would linger on the ranch throughout the day.

Great place with beautiful views. Nice pool, tennis courts, horseback riding for a fee, whirlpool (not hot enough or jets powerful enough) spa and massage for fee, steam room downstairs. Our unit had a washer and dryer but nobody told us so we used a laundry mat in town. It is a little ways from town but you are there for the view. Overall great place.

Hamish and I enjoyed our "Stay-cation" very much at Spring Creek Ranch. We had a wonderful room with a real wood burning fireplace, an amazing dinner and breakfast at the Granary Restaurant. I was all part of the Local's Special that they run every fall and spring. We will definitely be back again.

I stay here every year and will keep coming back. The food is amazing and the views are not too bad either ;) The employees are very accommodating and always willing to help you with anything. The rooms are perfect for the atmosphere and you feel as if you are in your own little cabin with your fireplace going. I can't say enough about this place and I highly recommend it. See you all next year.

Amazing view from our room, area and the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The bar is great too and of course an amazing view. Sunset is unbelievable. They offer free shuttle service to the ski resorts, villages and downtown. It's a must while staying in Jackson, WY.
