Beautiful view, and a nice rustic room.

We loved this place! You can’t hear your neighbors like you would in a hotel. Our room was super clean, the bed was soft, and the shower was as hot. We also had a great view. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome!

The combination of lodging, convience store and fuel station is a perfect combination for visiting the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean and inviting.

Love the Elk Refuge across the street. I even have a video of a deer that came to the hotel the night I was there. Spectacular views. Definitely the BEST place to stay in Jackson.

Beautiful, extremely affordable rooms with a fantastic view of the National Elk Refuge and just miles from downtown Jackson! The highlight of Flat Creek Inn was Doreen who works at the mart. Her friendly personality and heartwarming smile made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Jackson area!

Great hotel for doing all the fun things in the Jackson area. Whether it's skiing the slopes, visiting the parks, or fly fishing the Snake, Flat Creek has you covered. The owners and staff are great people that care.

Our 4th time staying at the flat creek inn and it is by far our favorite! It is so conveniently located… and there are always nice little unique touches :) and above all it’s comfortable and quiet :) we will be back ;)

Flat Creek Inn met all our needs while staying in Jackson for 1 night. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The price was good and the location was out of town, but close to Jackson Town Square. They supplied a food carrier for breakfast goodies to go. Very pleased with our stay and would go back again.

Stayed for 5 nights while visiting Jackson, Yellowstone, and Grand Tetons. Great stay. Location is near airport and a short drive from downtown. On main highway but not too noisy for sleeping. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Convenient to have the gas station and mart on site. My only suggestion would be for the motel to look into a new mattress for the room we were in. It was well worn. Everything else was great! Would visit again.

Fair price for the area. Rooms were clean and efficient. Good internet. Location wasn't great for accessing Jackson stuff, and the store doesn't sell alcohol, but it's on the right side of town if you want to get to the parks without fighting traffic.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and was pleasantly surprised by its value. It exceeded my expectations. My room was clean, didn't have the typical budget hotel aroma, and had lots of free goodies. Earplugs, hot chocolate, extra cups, bottled water etc. The gas station next door was convenient for last minute snacks. The blinds kept the room nice and dark, made it great for sleeping in. View from front door was beautiful.

The hotel was decent and the view was amazing! One room we had ended up having issues with the AC, but we let Tanner know and he took care of it no problem! Wonderful staff and for a great price! Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

The views from this hotel are great. From your window, you see the hill/mountain side. However, unlike other hotels it isn't close enough to the main part of town to be in walking distance so you'll need to drive back and fight for a parking spot and the traffic. When we got checked in at the hotel, our room was okay (minus a light that one person in our party thought we got fixed but later started flickering again) but the DirectTV didn't work until we asked the front desk to fix. While there was no breakfast, they did allow you to have free coffee from their store. We did know that this was what we were getting, but for the price that this hotel cost, it was not very impressive.

There were big stains on our room floors and the room smelled quite bad but that's what you kind of expect from a Motel. Price was reasonable and staff was friendly.

We loved this hotel! Perfect location for us. Out of town enough to be quiet, but close to everything. The room was great, everything outside and in very clean. They even scrub the deck! Coffee maker in the room with great coffee, but also free coffee for guests in the Mart. Friendly staff. We will be back.

Flat creek inn is amazing for the price. We had cathedral ceilings, a comfortable bed, and could not hear our neighbors. I would highly recommend this inn.

I absolutely love the flat creek inn and would highly recommend! It’s alittle more rustic then some of the luxury hotels in town/resort, but it’s clean, comfortable, affordable, and most importantly has an amazing view! See elk right out the front door and a family of deer right out the back! Thank you Kyle for making sure customer service is 100% all the time!

You cannot beat the view when you stay here! Will absolutely stay here again when I visit Jackson Hole in the future.

Loved this place! My room had the softest bed, so I slept perfectly. It’s right across the street from an elk refuge and it was fun to wake up and see them out the window.

My husbands car had a tire issue and Kyle and his staff were quick to offer their help. Kyle went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful. Flat Creek is a friendly and helpful stop in Jackson :-)

We have stayed here twice now for 3 week and had no problems at all For the money hard to beat in JH Plus in the winter you can't get a better view of the elk on the refuge!

I have stayed at this Inn on numerous occasions. I love the place. My first stay there was 17 years ago. Then again a couple of years later when I spend almost an entire month there. I returned recently and the rooms have been upgraded and the staff is wonderful. I wanted to extend my visit due to the weather and they did everything they could to accommodate me even though they had a full house. I highly recommend this Inn. Also when I walked in the room it was so clean and nicely set up. Even the towels were folded like a five star hotel. Love it.

We love staying at the Flat Creek Inn! It is the most convenient hotel to the park at a great rate! We are always met with a smile by staff that are ready to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and furnished nicely with necessities. I love that they offer free coffee and hot cocoa in the mini mart too. Our recent stay came with a free front row viewing of a moose out for a morning stroll.

Completely dropped the ball on my reservation and that of my sister-in-law. Fortunately, the manager made good, but after we showed him our written confirmation. Nice location, friendly staff, great view and the best all you want all day hotel coffee and tea. Only 2 miles from downtown Jackson.

I was in the beginning portion of a 36-day road trip, and when I got to Jackson things had already gotten kinda rough. I had forgotten my laptop charging cord and had cracked the screen to my phone before I left. I decided not to worry about getting the screen replaced since it still worked just fine and the screen was still perfectly viewable, but I didn't think about how that would make it so that the phone was no longer waterproof. Not realizing this, I took the phone into String Lake in the Tetons which was the beginning of that phone's end. When I arrived at Flat Creek Inn, I was pretty stressed since my phone was my navigator, camera, music, email etc etc etc. The staff did everything they could to help me out offering ideas of how to deal with the water damage to my phone, letting me use their Wi-Fi with the bit of battery that I still had left on my laptop so that I could map my route and write in down on paper. They also let me use their phone to call people that I was meeting up with including my step-Dad who's hotel room I was headed to that night in Brigham City, UT, and it was great to let him know that I was running several hours late and might be later if I got lost. To boot they also had the rice that I put into a ziplock bag with my phone to begin the water removal process which ended up being successful enough after another day or so to get that phone to last me until it's replacement arrived.

A clean, comfy room walking distance from Jackson. We were given loads of info about the area when we checked in, including free helpful hiking maps and a dining guide. Everyone was friendly. Loved our stay.

Stayed here several times. Great location and views! We have a kitchen in our room so we can prepare our own food. Nice soft linens and towels. And pet friendly!

We stayed here for one night in June. The room is clean and spacious. The owner provided free coffee. We enjoyed the stay here. There is 5 minutes drive to Jackson downtown. But the price is good enough to choose here. Will definitely come back. The room also has refrigerator and coffee machine, that is super nice!

This motel is right off the highway; but surprisingly the noise was not bad. They are nice and clean, conveniently located with a gas station and mini mart next to them. They have good A/C and the place was quiet. I did not hear the neighbors at all.

Stayed here, 4 nights, July 22-26/2016. Since unable to find lodging in Teton, Nat. Park, this motel was the next best alternative as located within reasonable driving distance to either the Moran entrance or the Moose entrance. A 2 story motel, we stayed on the first floor in the section farthest from the office and store, so relatively quiet. Nice view of the Elk refuge and surrounding hills across the street, but never saw any elk. Room clean, though furniture a little shabby, bed too soft, freezer needed defrosting, housekeeping a little careless, after we had been there a couple of nights ie: did not replace coffee packets or sugar and creamer packets, or the beverage cups and we had to call for them. Tea bags were not available, had to buy my own. Did not wipe up a dried spill on the kitchen sink counter so one assumes counter was not wiped. However nice to have a frig and microwave and convenience of sink for light meal prep. Staff and management pleasant and accommodating. Paid. $ 199.00/per night plus 8% tax. Don't know if this is on a par with rate of similar lodging in the area or not.

Very good place to stay — — away from the crowds (and prices) in Jackson. Convenient, just off the main road from the Tetons to Jackson. Not fancy but clean with comfortable beds and a good shower. Convenient parking. Friendly check-in and easy check-out. A good place to stay.

Room with a beautiful view. Very close to a fuel station. Clean and tidy. Disappointed they did not offer free breakfast.

This place was clean, people are extremely friendly and helpful the rooms had a fridge & microwave. You get all the coffee and hot chocolate you want 24/7 as well as ice which is a plus. The only down side is that it's not really that close in the middle of the town and it's not really walking distance either. Other than that it's lovely.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Flat Creek Inn. Our room was very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. I loved the convenience of having a gas station close by. It’s the perfect distance from town…just a few minutes away but you get more of the country feel. The view from the front is absolutely beautiful overlooking the elk refuge and the mountains. I think the Jackson Hole area is one of the prettiest places on earth. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again. Would definitely recommend.

Clean rooms, good rates, free coffee and hot chocolate and a great location. Only a couple of minutes away from Jackson, but in return you get a great view of the mountains.

We enjoyed the "Stay and Sleigh" special on Valentine's day. Quite a bargain. The breakfast from the mart was really good. The sleigh ride reservation was made for us by the Flat Creek Inn. Our room was clean and quiet. Not too fancy, but very nice considering the bargain rate. When we got back home I realized I'd left my Kindle on the bed. The Inn mailed it back to me right away. So happy!

We stayed at the Flat Creek Inn for 6 nights and found the room and service to be superb! It's the closest motel to Grand Teton National Park, and right across from the National Elk Refuge. Close enough to Jackson for convenience of shopping and dining, but far enough away from the busyness of the town. Really appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room, and the flat-screen TV with hundreds of channels. Reasonable rate and nicely re-decorated since the last time we stayed here. Our accommodation of choice when we come to the Tetons! :)

Can't recommend this place enough for those visiting Grand Teton National Park. It's a short drive to the park entrance or downtown Jackson, and you have a stunning view of the National Elk Refuge right across the road. The rates are reasonable for Jackson, and the rooms are big and cozy for the price. Amenties are pretty basic, but they do offer free coffee for guests in the shop. We switched motels halfway through our trip to be closer to downtown for a wedding, but wished we had remained because the other place was smaller and more expensive, which seemed to be the norm. We loved Flat Creek Inn!

Stayed in the Flat Creek Inn for a few days while hiking in Grand Teton National Park. It is very close to the airport, Jackson, and the park. It isn't anything super special, but it is clean, comfortable, quiet, secure, and well priced. The staff was all nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

The only way to experience Jackson! Wake up in the morning to clouds coming over Sleeping Indian and get yourself a complimentary hot drink from the attached gas station. The Inn is just outside of town, so you don't have to listen to everyone's late night parties. Don't let the price scare you, it is one the most affordable prices for a summer night in Jackson.

We chose to stay here due to proximity to Grand Teton N. P because we were about to embark on a 3 night backpacking trip in the park and wanted some stress free comfort prior to that. Room was about 85 degrees at 7 pm (nearing end of August). Air conditioning was broken. Front desk worker said they'd try and fix it "when they have time" and advises me to open the window because it gets cool enough at night. Screen on window is bent / not covering window. Fiance is not happy with highway noise / lack of security due to window opening onto common walkway. All other hotels are booked by this point it's past 9 PM and all other hotels (under $300) are booked and we are hot and crabby, and still nothing from the front desk. "King" bed is two twin beds pushed together with a mattress topper but was still very firm. Location is ideal, but I find the room condition / service to be very much lacking for the price. I'm wishing that I had either camped in Grand Teton N. P. Or went a little further into town for a nicer establishment with less hassle. I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing night.

MY favorite thing about the hotel is that it is just outside of town. The traffic is horrible in town, and the parking is even worse. So being able to avoid all of that by staying in a huge hotel 2 minutes outside of Jackson is the best thing you can do to avoid a stressful vacation. The view is amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Ill be staying here again for sure.

Awesome experience. The staff was awesome. Rooms were very clean. The view from this hotel is the best around. Also it was nice to stay there because unlike the other hotels in there, parking is not a problem at all. I have stayed in a few hotels in Jackson, but staying there was by far my best experience there. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at Flat Creek Inn this past weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Our room was very clean and appeared to have just been remodeled. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. It was convenient to have a food mart and gas station attached to the hotel so we didn't have to travel far if we needed to get gas, snacks, or other necessary needs. I was a huge fan of the hotel's location. It is just outside of Jackson City, so parking was not an issue, and there was not much noise at night. There is also a fantastic view right outside of your door. All in all, I highly recommend this Inn for those visiting Jackson, or passing through on their way to Yellowstone.
