Clean, comfortable, kind and affordable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and the couches were inviting. Games to borrow are available, as well as a breakfast area. The room was well cleaned and organized. Towel and tissue folding in the bathroom gave a cute impression and the beds were made up in a fun way. Really enjoyed my stay. Was certainly a clean room and definitely affordable.

I was happy with my stay until a couple hours after check out. I left a personal item in the room (absolutely 100% positive I left it) I called shortly after check out to let them know I left it. The front desk took a "message" for housekeeping and said they would call me "if" they found it. I called them back and they claimed it was not left in the room. Now the item was not expensive, however, it was a matter of convenience for me while traveling. So just a heads up, if housekeeping will stoop to that level over a common item left behind MAKE SURE you don't leave anything of value. I stay there on occasion for company business. Rest assured it will be the last time. It's not the monetary value, it's the principle. Done with them.

Great service. They are very good about having dogs and getting us a room that is either on the ground floor or near a door so we can easily let our dogs out as needed. We stay here often snd it is one of our favorite places to stay.

The staff was fantastic. The room was great. The room had extra plugins for all of my electronics. It was conveniently located by event I was attending.

They tried very hard to accommodate our every need and made our stay a wonderful experience.

Preface: I work overnights so I sleep during the day. While I get the very little sleep that I can in between shifts, the housekeepers love to ignore the "do not disturb"/"I'm sleeping after a 16 hour over night shift" sign on the doors. 3 days in a row now that has happened.

Absolute garbage customer service. We arrived after a long day of traveling just need 3 to 4 hours of rest at 630am and I was told I would have to pay an early check in fee of $25 even though I would be gone well before the regular check out. Don't waste your time here went down the road got a room for a discounted rate since wasn't gonna be there too long and no early check in. Cross super 8 off the list of places to stay anywhere.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, and great service all around. Really impressed by the people running this hotel.

This is my fav spot to stay in casper. I get a good rate place is really clean n quiet. Also get a spot to park my big rig. Breakfast is decent.

So the staff here was so nice I can't even believe it from the night staff all the way to the morning staff they were just bright shiny Smiley people. The continental breakfast is amazing and lacking for nothing. They didn't just have cold cereal they had sausage gravy orange juice, I don't know what kind it is but it's really amazing. You can make your own fresh waffles and they have this huge green patch available for your do do is business. 1 Thing I will say is don't count on the computer in the lobby we were unsuccessful in getting anything to load correctly. However the staff was again "Johnny on the spot" and offered for me to email my plane itinerary to them directly and then they printed it from their front desk area. Very accommodating all the way around.

I've stayed here a few times for business, mostly due to location. In general everything has been fine, with some of the expected low-rate motel issues (e. G. When I checked in this time, the trash in my room hadn't been emptied from the last guest). Otherwise, everything had been clean, the staff have been pleasant and polite, and the continental breakfast is one of the better ones I've had.

Room was clean and had really neat artwork. There was milk juice and cereal available 24/7. The clerk was very nice and helpful. The hotel has an old exterior design but is remodeled inside. I definitely recommend this place.

This place was very clean and very friendly! Ran into the maintenance person walking around picking up cigarette butts in the parking area. I would recommend others staying here.

The staff was so friendly, the location was amazing. With breakfast in the morning and the veggies and popcorn at night my husband and I hardly had to buy food for the week. I thought it was easy to find. The rooms are typical and nothing fancy but for the price you can't expect fancy. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Our stay was nice. The front lobby was clean and clear. The front desk lady was super amazing and helpful. There were veggies set up and pop corn made for those who wanted it. Most likely we stay again if we come threw Casper again.

We booked a room My husband had a stroke 2 months ago they put us on the 3rd floor NO ELEVATOR. We struggled getting our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There are no other exits for emergencies. EVERYTHING is through the front entrance. Front desk was not very friendly. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was hard to find and the entrance is up a pretty steep incline. The rooms were on the cheaper end and more affordable but you definitely get what you pay for here. Staff was usually friendly.

Super 8 west is great! Debt is an amazing manager. Feel like family everytime I'm there.

This is a follow up on my tripadvisor review, my wife left her camera in the room and when I stopped back by 5 days later they had found it and told me they mailed it C. O. D. I received the camera today! Thanks a million to all the HONEST staff this place has, and the breakfast and snacks were a big plus after a long day! I WILL BE BACK, 1 of the best staffs we have ever ran across at any hotel/motel, Thanks again Debbie Fox for everything!
