Rent for entertainment purposes only wait staff was remarkable and on top of things outdoor patio was comfortable and open lots of seating and DJ was amazing.

Decent priced drinks, good staff. The only thing is the vibe of the whole place is pretty weird. Needs updating.

Stayed here overnight with my wife. Its a great hotel for the price. King room was spacious. I'd give it a 5 star but rooms needs some updating. The window area esp needs serious cleaning. Just other small details but in general, its tolerable. I'd stay here again.

Bathroom tub was dirty. I cleaned it myself. 2 of my pillows were dirty. Not enough towels. Staff is friendly and continental breakfast was good but the whole place is ridiculously outdated. Will never come back. I know its a 2 star hotel but it is more of a motel quality.

Loved it! Stayed while attending a convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at The Dow. Nice and clean room, great breakfast. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy.

What a dump. The rooms are straight out of the 70's, no updates, no hot breakfast, no laundry facility. The rate should be $70 a night for what you get.

Very nice hotel, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The rainmaker bar and grill they have inside is amazing, I'll definitely be going back.

Location was very convenient for a wedding at the horizon center with shuttles to and from. Rooms were nice and clean.

The place was great for staying the night if that's all you're looking for. Their shuttle service left several of my wedding guests stranded at the hotel and they're continental breakfast was subpar. Rainmakers was good for dinner drinks and to play pool/darts. So a thoroughly mixed experience.

For getting the "romance runaway" I felt it wasn't worth it. About the only good thing the rooms were clean and the food was pretty good. For the package it is way over priced you get 2 lindor chocolates in the two glasses for the champane. Also wasn't told when we started to order that we had to use all $40 in one sitting… (Had it out on the table in plain view even asked if we could use the whole $14 that was left when we get back from the event) I am thankful for the ride to the event and back that was very nice. The hotel isn't terrible but it's very out dated the rooms were small and for paying a $129 for a night I feel it was a rip off. The beds weren't have comfortable, there is worse but it wasn't very soft. It's not worth it to get the "romance runaway" it's way over priced for what little you get…

Excellent Service. Rooms are Clean and Smell clean. Housekeeping is on top of things. Love the Breakfast and the Bar for Adults is o good environment. And most of All… No Bed Bugs. Lol we recommended place to our friends.

We stayed in a suite. It had everything we needed. The beds were not to hard or soft. And there was a jacuzzi tube. The breakfast was small, but better then most continental.

This place is great, affordable, convenient and comfortable. Got a great rate on week stay, cost the same as 1 night on south beach. Thank you Levi! The breakfast hours are awesome, till 10am. The bar is a total added bonus, Erica will hook you up! And not to be forgotten is Stephanie at the front desk, thank you all so much for your hospitality! Cheers!

We have been doing our Christmas parties here for quite a few years now. The wasn't staff is always absolutely amazing! We couldn't ask for a better group of girls to take care of all of us. The food always delicious and the set up is always perfect. They are always full of smiles even though you running back and forth all night as much as they do, they have to be dreading the next hand up as they have hands full of plates. They smile on and make us feel so welcomed. We couldn't ask for a better place to go.

Great stay, clean rooms. A little dated but Beautifully decorated. Breakfast is a definite plus. Very comfortable and quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Traveling with a bus group from Toronto, Ontario; this is our 3rd time staying here. Clean, spacious rooms. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next yearly visit.

I have stayed at the Ramada several times during the last two years. I have no issue with the cleanliness or decor of the hotel. The rooms are nice and always clean. I would also have to say that all of my interactions with the Ramada staff have always been pleasant. They assisted me in reserving a group of rooms for my daughter's wedding and gave us really affordable rates. My two complaints from my most recent stay are these: the Wi-Fi in the hotel is horrible. I was not able to get any signal, and ended up eating all of my data. It was very frustrating. Secondly, prior to checking out this morning, my boyfriend went to the front desk to see if a phone charger had been turned in. My mother had checked out the day before and left hers in her room. She had called and stated we would be checking the front desk to see if housekeeping had turned it in. When my boyfriend approached the front desk to inquire, he was greeted by a young man who looked unshaven and was wearing a wrinkled button down shirt. When he was asked about the charger, he appeared less than enthused to go back and check the lost and found. He returned about 30 seconds later stating nothing had been turned in. I have a really difficult time believing phone chargers don't get turned in daily. God knows how many times I have absent mindedly have forgotten my own. Seems really weird. I just found the attendant's attitude really off putting.

Very nice motel, service! The wood work is outstanding in craftsmanship! All around in lobby and stairwells, banister. They do have shuttle service as well. Reasonable priced!

They had no clear directions for the breakfast area. The room looks like it was out of the 1990s. But our stay was satisfactory.

The experience here is underwhelming in general. The rooms are outdated, but I did find the bed to be comfortable. The temperature throughout the building is all over the place, either being hot and stuffy or very cold. The breakfast area was cozy but a bit odd in how it was set up. I had an enjoyable time there drinking coffee. Right at 10:00am when the area closed they started breaking down and taking everything away, which is fine, but then they started reaching over our table to clean everything off of it while we were still chatting. We left for breakfast and came back (before noon) planning on getting ready in our room, but they had the door open cleaning it even though we hadn't checked out yet. The price was okay for what we got, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, from the friendly front desk staff to the comfy beds to the really beautiful woodwork and chandeliers. And they had an excellent breakfast in the morning (thank you to the helpful guests who pointed me in the right direction! ). The Wi-Fi was set up weird with more than a dozen individual access points but worked just fine.

The room itself was OK. It was a bit dated but didn't expect a lot for the price. The sink in the bathroom barely drained and there was a decent sized spider crawling around the room and on the A/C. I informed the front desk about both issues and they didn't seem to care at all. There is a breakfast which wasn't too bad, again considering the price of the room. The milk in the fridge they provide for breakfast had expired two days prior. Probably would avoid this place unless you can get a great deal.

We just stayed from July 13 to 15, 2016. The women and men that work at the hotel had been very helpful understanding and made sure that our needs had been met. We stayed there do to mom having open heart surgery. Rooms clean, very nice place to go.

Hotel portion was fine. This review is concerning the bar. The wait staff is clueless, although nice. Our server didn't know that the happy hour included today (friday) and then had no idea what craft beers were on draft. She said "bud, Labatt, etc. " Finally she said they had a Bell's as part of the 16 oz $4 deal. After 10 minutes she brought it out and it was a 25 oz which I was charged $7 for. When I asked her she said that Bell's actually wasn't part of the deal. She did offer to refund part of the charge for the Bud that my MIL got because she also overcharged that one, but made no attempt to make up my overcharge.

BEWARE! I stayed here in November 2015 for one night. In the morning, I hear vacuuming at 8:30am in the room next door, banging doors, cleaning women talking. And I get a call at 9am on the phone. I didn't answer but I'm quite sure it was an "accidental call" from front desk to try to wake me up (don't worry I was awake. ) When I opened the door to check out; a cleaning woman was standing in the doorway of the room next to me and asked "you're checking out? " Yes, I can't leave fast enough. Terrible. Check out wasn't until 11am. Do not go here!

The room was big and set up nicely. The breakfast room can get crowded but a decent breakfast selection.

Overall a good experience. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our suite was huge too, but some of the furnishings were dated. The free continental breakfast was very nice also. The reason for only four stars was the walls were thin and you could hear conversations in the neighboring rooms with ease as well as the traffic outside.

We got there and half the hotel had no power. Fortunately my room did, but the cable was out and so was the Internet. Can't blame Ramada for the cable and Internet, there was a massive snowstorm that knocked out power for over 3, 000 people and the cable company. The room was nice and clean, the water hot, and had all the basic amenities. I would stay again.

Area is not too bad, for being in Saginaw. I wouldn't leave valuables in my car, but I was. One identify my car would still be there in the morning. Rooms were clean, and the linens were nice. Decor was a bit outdated, and our room still had a CRT television. We came with a group of three other couples, and there was a nice meeting area with a few couches that we could all sit and talk at. Front desk assistant was very courteous at both check in and check out. Not the fanciest hotel, but I would stay here again and I would feel comfortable having my family here.

The night manager did not communicate to us that when we reported a broken air conditioner, they reserved us another room. Because of this, the maintenance man entered our room in the morning without knocking. In addition, the night manager did not seem to want to be there that evening.

Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff makes our stay away from home feel like home.

Great place to get away! Shuttle service to area events is so convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

I stayed one night because my child was in covenant hospital which humbled me I guess. Because when I checked in the toilet was plugged and against everything I normally would say I did it I mean I took tg e plunger the man at the desk handed me and plunged it. I know I'm a plumber by trade so I was most qualified but really its your toilet not mine.

It's ok but the bed are hard, pillows are flat, shower/bath takes a long time to get warm really could not get hot water the Jetted tub has low presser and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.

Stayed for a long stay definitely a good choice and should consider for competitive rates.

Had a good experience. Friendly staff. Internet speeds are decent (D3.08, U0.99). Shuttle available for shared activities if you're coming here for interviews at least. I liked my stay. Earliest check-in is 3pm. Would recommend to others.
