It’s fun. It is being renovated and gaining new technology. Extremely wide selection of slots. Pick your poison! Table games are okay and usually interactive. Some slots are oddly placed and almost literally out of view. Unless. You have the EAGLE ACCESS app. You can view all their slots on a map in app. Some slots no longer available. Jigs not up. Again, pick your poison, there is something for everyone. The EAGLE ACCESS app offers rewards, fun objectives, plenty of messages, and incentives to log on at random times in the day. App does need an update to keep up with IOS speed and accessibility. I have faith that it will. Food: no buffets please. Hotel is accommodating and comfortable, clean. Nice pool, nice outdoor whirlpool and fire place seating.

We've enjoyed the Soaring Eagle Casino for years and we were finally able to stay at the hotel and were not disappointed! The room was spacious with 2 comfy chairs to relax. The king size bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, clean and clean! We had a great Italian dinner at Isabella's; the view of the fountain was relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious (Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna). Oh, and let's not leave out the waitstaff; courteous and professional. We also ate breakfast at Isabella's and were not disappointed.

Fun place to spend a day! The casino is huge… but parking is easy with shuttle drivers assisting with driving folks up to the front door. The casino is beautifully maintained but smoking is allowed. There are several great restaurants inside so lots of delicious choices. The casino staff also bring around free drinks as you play which is helpful.

Great place for a concert. Getting in and out was ridiculous. For as many years as there has been concerts and entertainment there, I can't believe it is such a cluster. I understand there are a lot of people, but to have to pass the road that the casino is on, get in the left lane to turn around, cut across 2 lanes of traffic is stupid. It is very dangerous. There has to be another way.

Clean casino! I love this place. I never won but my boyfriend does. Clean coffee stations and bathrooms. Polite staff. Always things going on. Great time! Cracks me up, as someone from the Detroit area, that there is a day care here. Mixed feelings about that but since my kids are grown… all good and no judgments on those who use it. I can’t say I wouldn’t have if they had that when mine were growing up lol.

I started going to SE (soaring eagle) when you had to stand in line for hours at the slot palace. When the new hotel and resort was completed l was invited as a guest to stay at the hotel. My players card number was 309?. My wife and I would attend the resort every week, then twice a month, then once a month. Now we may go once a year. During the good years I was a platinum player. The reason for the decline in attendance was because the winning percentage of the slots were turned too low and the staff workers that we became acquainted with were completely disgruntled with the leadership and found different jobs.

Absolutely love this Casino Resort! We have been many times, it's much larger than our casinos in North Mississippi! So many places to eat! The room with the fireplace and soaking tub was absolutely amazing! We got the Play and Stay package and would absolutely recommend getting it if you are planning on staying overnight! Legends Diner is our favorite! Love their slots, we have never had a bad experience here! Great place all around!

Today was very enjoyable, had a very nice meal. It was nice to see everything that has been taking place since I was last there. I am very happy to see progress on our casino cards, our meal voucher is now put directly on our cards and the total amount does not have to be spent at one time at one place. This is a nice change. The reason I had not been there for a few months was because myself and a large number of people I had talked with weren't getting even close to our usual bonus free play and towards meals etc. It was very disheartening after we loyally came monthly mostly weekly at times and spent our money there. Many of us play slots and they seemed a lot tighter then usual. Everyone was mentioning this whenever a group got together at a function. We all felt bad because it is a casino locally that we all loved to go. It was so great to see changes for the consumer improving and the casino listening to all the concerns brought up. We are all looking forward to all changes for the better. We all agree that Soaring Eagle Casino is a beautiful place we love to spend our time at. I must also thank the casino for giving us our free play dollars every week with multiple bonus days a month now. April has 3 bonus days in case you missed it.

Soaring Eagle resorts have quite a lot to offer! The main casino and hotel are offer several drink and dining options. There are a wide choices of slots and table games, and the floor is pretty easy to navigate. They offer a short shuttle ride to the indoor water park, or Slot Palace with connecting bingo hall if those are more you're speed. All in all, food is good, good selection of fun games, and family options available.

Fun place to spend an evening. Lots of games to gamble on. Friendly staff very helpful. The buffet is amazing and half price dinner on Tuesday non alcohol drinks included. Food was really good and a great selection. Awesome choice for date night. They also have a kids place now.

Absolutely fantastic place for a getaway. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tubs are a treat. Especially the out door hot tub at night. Casino is as you would expect, an a la Vegas swag and there are so many great food choices right off the floor. And as a kicker they have expanded their play area for the kiddies with lots of fun games and prizes. I come here often and I'll keep coming here.

Way too crowded, couldn't get on any black jack tables, more need to be open. There were a few $25 tables open with about one person at them and we safe one that was open that no one was sitting at. The management can see that I'm sure so why not lower the bet on those tables so people can gamble? Aren't they making enough money as it is? Also they have several $15 tables and a lot of them are full but not all but we also don't choose not to sit at those either, too much money. They get higher demand for the $5 and $10 tables, so why not open more of those? The drinks are too expensive also! Of course we drink them, no choice, but we don't drink as much. Lower the price a dollar or so or offer specials. So we ended up leaving earlier than planned and didn't spend much money.

Apuesté with my family and my father rented the room. The smoke in the casino hurt my eyes, and the area ' smokeless ' does not work in an average of ' air-open '

Excellent place around Traverse City to unwind and have fun. Enjoy all the games and slots. Multiple bars to accommodate. A dance floor if you feel like cutting the rug. Also if you get hungry, choose from one of the many restaurants. The food is very good!

Recently stayed in a king bed jacuzzi suite, and did the play and stay package. It was an excellent value; the room was pretty nice, the jacuzzi was very roomy and perfect for a romantic evening. The play and stay package included $100 of premium play ($50/each) and $50 of dining credit. We chose to use our dining credit at Isabella's and it was a fantastic choice, very classy dining experience and the food was every bit as good as the atmosphere and presentation. Highly recommend for a dinner with your special someone! Honestly, the whole trip was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. The representative was very informative and thorough explaining to me what I needed to do once I received my card and started playing. The casino floor appeared to be clean and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the Water Lilly Lounge later in the evening. Unfortunately, there was enough seating for our large group and our food took a long time. Our appetizers came out the same time as our entrees and were not very warm. I would not recommend the food. Overall, I would go back.

Had dinner at casinos steak house and was not disappointed. A fabulous meal with a good drink selection. Dessert was reasonable but still good. Our food was was brought out quite quickly and the service was good. Strangely enough one the best surprises was the artichoke dip appetizer. The best we have ever had and now a new favorite.

Very nice staff and room service. Room service order was incorrect and required resolution. Spacious, clean, and comfortable 2-room suite with 180-degree outside view. Lobby and especially the casino reeks of cigarette smoke. Lobby setting beautiful with leather furniture (including recliners), see-through gas fireplace and a piano player in the evenings. Spa services excellent! Pool spacious and warm water. Variety of restaurants and gift shops.

Visited the conference center for a 3 day event. The conference services provided by soaring eagle were exceptional! The food served for all 3 meals was very good and well prepared. The dessert was super good! Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at the hotel as their average priced rooms were booked and the rates skyrocket to nearly $400 a night! However, they were nice enough to book me at the water park resort for the conference rate, even though I was past the group discount deadline. Overall, great experience and will stay again when I'm in town.

Nice hotel rooms but casino reeks! Needs some nightlife in terms of music too. There 2nd a concert and it took 45 minutes in line to get to check out desk. We found one bar with a piano player. It was around 9 p. M. It was practically empty but we were waited on only once. I had to go to bar to cash out even though there were 3 staff standing around looking at us. I told bartender we were cashing out since we were not being waited on and she said NOTHING. We were well dressed and ready to spend! Not worth our time to go back due to terrible service.

Good price for a nice hotel, bed was comfortable. Ambience was dated, but looked as if they were updating. I am not a gambler, so the casino held no interest for me. I was there for a work conference and was happy with food and especially with the service. Had a good trip, all in all.

I never win big, but Soaring Eagle is definitely the HIGHLIGHT of Mount Pleasant. Awesome setting with the two different areas of games such as the main floor and slots palace. The hotel and concert venues were also fun and well organized. The staff is very friendly and works hard it seems like. There's a lot to experience with Soaring Eagle that I'm ready to discover. Looking forward to the next trip.

The month of your birthday they give you $10 of free premium play so since my birthday was in December I wanted to get my free money. We were only there for about an hour and a half. It was New Year's Eve and the line for the Aurora Buffet was from where the entrance to the restaurant all the way up and around and back to almost the line where the Perks Club is. They gave away hats, tiaras, horns, beads and plastic leis. They have various packages for anytime during the year and one especially for New Years Eve around $400 but u get a first class room, premium play for 2 people, food for 2 people, tickets for shows and drawings, tickets for the concert. The other package s are basically the same except for the premium. There is Gas & Gamble and Stay & Play. Your can go to their website for further information. For Service people current and veterans they have a Hero Card that entitles the bearer to a free room the month of their birthday plus premium play and free meals. The premium play and meals are also available twice a month every month.

Been going to this casino since it was built. Had over 300 in comp food or room. To use. Lost all. They said I hadn't been there in a year. They said they sent me notices. My question is if I earned those gifts or comps, why do you think I would just throw them away.? But because you did Thank You. I do not need to come there again to save them twice a year, or for that fact ever as I am centrally located to ALL the northern casino's. Same distance within 20 miles. Good bye.

Great place to spend some time, Veteran friendly with a lot of perks! Easy access parking. Great food at great prices, and a warm comfortable place to stay with lots of entertainment! Enjoy and have a great time! You will find the staff very helpful and easy to find!

Beyond wonderful Casino to visit. Wide variety of things to do from gambling to swimming, spa, food — sweets, kids room with daycare and spacy super clean rooms. This place will take care of your every need! Attentive staff, always remodeling section after section to stay current with style and comfort. Banquet needs, meeting dates, buffet options. I frequent Soaring Eagle although recently I attended a event called Mediterranean Eats & Beats — swept off my feet, completely blown away by the amazing, stunning quality of each individual aspect of the event. Refreshed high standard food, relaxing atmosphere, a truly outstanding business to host, stay, kick back and enjoy yourself. To note every time I visit this establishment staff walks the ground and makes positive things are done right. Within my photos you will find me and Tabitha, she kindly visited us at the end of our event making sure all expectations of Soaring Eagle are met to your needs. Proof sometimes is in the pictures.

Hotel has very nice accommodations… spent one night there to celebrate my birthday this year with friends. Easy walk to the casino with a few small shops along the way. It is a four star resort… but you get what you pay for. The next morning was treated to one of the best massages I've ever received. The massage therapists are phenomenal… knew exactly how to make a girl feel amazing after a night of celebrating! Had a fabulous time… can't wait to go back for another event!

45 min wait to check in. Got to room and the toilet was leaking, after maintenance fixed it the pipe under the sink began to leak. The kids waited an hour and a half for a tube to ride down the water slide (there are only 2 slides in the whole building). It was a 30 min wait to ride the flow rider. They continue to sell day admissions far past what they are capable of handling. The staff was very rude. The overall appearance is dirty and run down. Will not be back to this waterpark ever! By far the worst in Michigan!

The facility is beautiful, the casino and the representation of the casino leadership was AWFUL. My family and I were the victims of two minor theft incidents in the same day (even if it was minor—theft is theft). We only reported one of the incidents because the first incident was handled and successfully resolved on my part. Bill Stark, 3rd Shift Security Supervisor should NOT be a supervisor. He had such a DISGUSTING attitude (which reflects upon the entire casino as he is management). He said it was my fault that I didn’t report the first incident, which they probably would have done nothing about. In regard to the second incident, I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with as far as a resort manager. He said no, good luck, and walked away. I think had we been males complaining he would have taken us more seriously. I have been to almost all of the casinos in Las Vegas, all of the casinos in Atlantic City, casinos in the Bahamas, West Virginia, New York, Canada, and around the Pittsburgh area, and this is the ONLY casino I do NOT feel safe or welcome at. However, the gift shop staff (Food and Beverage Supervisor) were incredibly nice and I am very pleased with their handling of our stay. Maybe they should teach Mr. Stark how to be a supervisor in public service.

Lovely hotel and casino complex. Loved the pool and hot tub. Just beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of places to eat. We stayed in a regular king sized room which was a nice size and included 2 chairs an ottoman and desk. There was a refrigerator, safe, single serving coffee machine, no microwave. The bathroom was very nice and had a warming light in the ceiling. The bed was comfortable and the room and hallways were clean and well lit. The hotel and casino is fairly big so bring comfortable shoes because it's quite a hike from the hotel to the casino. My sister, who is on a walker, was able to rent a very nice scooter at the hotel to get around. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes. We took it over to the Indian Museum. There is a nominal charge to walk through the museum part. We're seniors and the charge was $7.50 for both of us. All in all, we had a very enjoyable time at this hotel.

Saw Foreigner here and what a great little intimate venue! Bathrooms close, 2 bars inside the hall, very comfortable padded chairs, not a bad seat in the house. Highly recommended. The casino floor was good size with a lot of variety in games. TBH I'm not a gambler so… The hotel itself was top notch! Very nice rooms, multiple restaurants, the pool area is phenomenal! Indoor/Outdoor hot tubs. Highly recommend.

It's a casino, so what I am winning and losing is most important. Winning $500+, breaking even and losing are about equal ratios for me. Though I have never had a handpay, I don't really expect too. I come for fun and don't consider myself a die hard gambler. I genuinely like this casino, and amenities. Restaurants are all good with various price ranges. Nice concert venue, and nice hotel rooms. I knocked a star off, because alcohol is quite pricey, even in comparison to other casinos, and because comp program changed and seemed to have gotten shittier.

I stayed the night and attended an event the next day. The room was decent, just a little dated of an appearance. The casino seemed nice, and had a large selection. The meeting room was set up well, and everything seemed to be in working order. The food was good, not great, but good enough. The only thing I wished for was a bigger coffee cup! Overall a good experience.

Each year we bring my father-in-law up to the casino for his birthday. This is become one of our favorite family traditions. Although the members services workers never look too happy, the rest of the staff always seems to be at least nice. Aside from that the place is kept up really clean despite the overwhelming smoke that you can find on the sides near the slots. However the smoke-free environment takes care of that for us. The people on the floor are always nice and friendly, the money changers are always nice friendly fast and efficient. And our favorite part the Oasis is always top notch.

Concert was great! Seating was well marked! Sound system was fantastic and the big screens were very visible and in good locations. But having to walk through the smoke filled casino and the fact that everyone could smoke at the concert was a big deterrent to us. It gave us both a bad headache and our hair and clothes reeked of cigarettes. We will definitely not be back because of it. Also, we parked in the casino's event parking lot across the street (as did hundreds of other people) and there is no sidewalk for the pedestrians who park in the event parking. You have to walk along the entrance driveway and the casino police were literally yelling at everyone to get out of the road to walk in the grass. The grass was all wet from the sprinkler system. That was really crappy planning and not user-friendly for a place that has events constantly. Only one of the officers said have a good night to all of us as we were leaving. The rest were just yelling at everyone get out of the room get out of the road. Really did not leave you with a "can't wait to get back here feeling". Especially since all the pedestrians were staying along the edge of the road they were not blocking traffic in any way shape or form. She was the only one out of all of them who was nice to people though no one was being disorderly at all. This was a Matchbox 20/Counting Crows concert so it was an older audience.

Always a good time. Took advantage of the couples weekend getaway. Body massage, dinner comp and a little gaming. Rooms are adequate and comfortable and service in all areas is exemplary. Definitely recommend investigating their weekend specials. Well worth the discounted pricing to value.

Visit was great! Just have one suggestion. Need more signs in hotel lobby area with signs pointing the direction of restaurants, store, pool etc since its laid out so big it seems like signs would be helpful. Only complaint is someone was pushing our door bell at 7: 23 am. When you are gambling until 3 am 7:23 is too early. Otherwise. Enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at your facility. Thank you.

Soaring Eagle Casino is in an ideal location not too far off from the highway, with easy to follow signs. The valet parking is very affordable and convenient especially when traveling with the handicap or elderly. Additionally this was my first trip to the casino so I was able to obtain a players club card that after acquiring 300 points I was awarded $10 to use for dining or gambling. My party spent several hours gambling, dining and partaking in a fee drinks from the bar. The casino overall was clean, well maintained, and a very fun atmosphere looking forward to my next trip back even if I lost all of my money this trip.

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday we had a super playing slots we all won a little bit. Alcol drinks at good price and friendly service.

Casino Hotel and Event Hall well designed. Gran Espaciilo, Banos Kimoios, good food. Em Caunto Al Casino is Comoncualquier other casino. It has everything you look for Enncuando machines and playing cards. Parking that offers lots of spaces not far from the building.

Love this casino, I have been going for years. The food is great. Love the buffet and also the restaurants. Good size pool and outdoor spa area. I have only two complaints. First, there used to be a bar and sort of lounge area in the middle of the gaming area, had a dance floor also. They got rid of that and just put more slot machines. This makes the bars on the side fill up quicker, so if your not gambling, there is really no where to just kick back and have a drink. Second, the rooms need updating. Period.

Maybe if it's a place where you can smoke, but the stench is unbearable to cigar despite being a huge ship … Inside the rest, quite complete and slot machines everywhere for everyone!

I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that had a jacuzzi that I enjoyed to the fullest! It was so very nice of the resort to do that for me. I have always had a good experience at the resort. Clean rooms, great food, and great casino fun and winning! I'am there at least once a month sometimes twice. It's a great get a way and I will continue to visit Soaring Eagle! Thank you again to the resort for a wonderful surprise!

Stayed here last week, the room was nice bed wasnt very comfy and we had a long walk to our room. We did enjoy our view of the court yard and were happy to have a close by place to stay after a late night of gambling at the casino. Check in went smooth but we had along line to stand in at checkout. All in all were content with our choice to stay there!

I drove 6 hour to attend the concert with Maxwell, Fantasia, and Anthony Hamilton. On July 12, 2016. I paid for tickets in advance thru your ticket service and picked them up at will call, that is where the problem began while my guest and I arrived about 30 mins before the show time 8:00 p. M. It was over an hour to get the tickets and we missed Anthony Hamilton. The process used to distribute the tickets was very slow due to the amount of people that were to get tickets. I feel if they knew the number of tickets placed at will call they could have staffed that location with more people to expedite getting the tickets. Also going to the one concession (pizza) I waited in line 20 mins. They did not have any product ready. SAD! After the drive (6 hours) we still managed to enjoy whet we saw from the entertainment we saw. ;00and the will call line.

Stayed the night for our sons bday in July, room also included waterpark passes. Room was very clean and modern, we rented a suite with the 2 bunk beds for the kids. Although the waterpark is geared more towards little children (10 and under) the kids had fun. Waterpark is on the smaller side but the Flowrider does make up for some of that boredom. Overall not a bad place to stay at all and we will be back.

The casino floor was very nice. Everything seemed very clean and tidy. Workers at the box office were very polite and would readily get the costumer any drinks or food that was asked for. I had a great time there and look forward to next event there.

Attended the Flordia Georgia Line concert at Soaring Eagle's outside venue. It was great! Sound was perfect, seats were great — even in the lawn section. Beverage lines accepted cash or credit plus they had walking beverage vendors for convenience. They also had a suitable number of porta potties to accommodate the crowd.

Soaring Eagle has the best casino in Michigan without a doubt. The slots are very fun and there is always a great variety. The workers are always friendly and the rooms a very nice. I rarely go to any other hotel, because this one just beats all for me.

My son loves the area for child care that you pay for them to watch your kids. There is allot for kids to do, it's huge. It's nice that they give comp points and you can use them to buy things in the gift store and food even though both are over priced. It's nice when they give a free room during the week.

The power went out but we still had a good time. Spent the night gambling at the old casino and went swimming at 7 am. Everyone working was super nice and helpful. The shuttle drivers were really nice too! Room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. The buffet is amazing, and the service was fantastic. It's a really fun time. I have also been to concerts there that were awesome. I highly recommend it.

I was there for a Bachelorette party. They reserved a suite which was big and very nice. We went to the Italian restaurant for dinner. There were not many meal choices and what was available was way overpriced. And since we had a party of 15 people they would not separate our bills which is inconvenient. Lastly, the service was sub par. Then we went to the casino floor to gamble, but they were hoping for some music and drinks at one of the bars which none of them really offered music and dancing so we had to leave the casino to go to a bar.

I loved it! The service was excellent they always made sure that I had something to drink and they we're always asking how I was doing. It also seemed like they kept the casino nice and clean. Also there was a lot of fun games to play I really enjoyed myself.

I would say it was a decent experience. The problem I had was people smoking. At the beginning of the night I could ignore but as the night went on it gave me a really bad headache. It was pretty cool how they give you free non-alcoholic beverages. One more problem I had was I had a hard time finding the $5 black jack tables. Also, this was my first time gambling and I lost $20 in 5 minutes…

Good atmosphere; craps table had slightly better odds than Firekeepers. But the place is just too dang SMOKEY. I'm in there for just an hour and I come out reeking like a cigarette. Air circulation in the building is downright awful and there is no way to escape the smoke. For this reason alone, I will not be returning. If you're going to allow smoking, at least have a decent air circulation system like Firekeepers.

We have stayed at The Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort several times and have never had a bad experience as far as customer service and hospitality are concerned. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff is helpful and always friendly. We have eaten at most of the restaurants that the casino has to offer and even though they are slightly over priced in my opinion, the food is great and service exceptional. Drinks at the bar are comparable to any bar and they do offer drink specials on most days. I will definitely stay again!

I had a great time there! We went and saw Tracy Morgan and got a hotel room. The room where he performed was awesome, good seating and any seat was close. The room was nice and the people were nice with room service! The casino part was fun, I profited $75. The food in the resort was also good. It was a good first time there and plan on going back soon!

Went here for our honeymoon, what an awful experience! There was a group of teenagers staying next door and they were screaming and banging on their door in the hallway at 2 am, then went in their room and continued screaming and jumping around, called the front desk and called security and after security got ahold of them they walked by our door making threatening gestures, I called back to the front desk and the supervisor said she's have a talk with them. Then when trying to fall asleep there were a couple of drunk guys yelling and throwing up in the hallway… Was stressed out the entire time, woke up at 7 am from the sound of everyone leaving their rooms, room service came knocking on all the doors at 9am, the walls are so thin here you can here people's conversations through them, you can hear everyone around you toilet flush, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were so thick and hard that we couldn't use them. Paid over $300 a night for this room for our honeymoon and I'm very displeased with it! Will not ever be wasting our money again at this hotel!

Was able to check in earlier than expected. Room as great… Amazing fireplace and walk-in double header shower! We got 2x$50 free play, as well as $50 toward food at any restaurant. This was included with the room package. Everyone was very polite and I can't wait to come stay with them again!

Staff are always pleasant, rooms are always beautiful, comfortable and clean. We had a problem with our blower on our heater in our suite stopping this time and they repaired it within a half hour and gave us a nice discount on the room due to the inconvenience. The casino isn't very populated, so it's not hard to find machines to play (and hit jackpots! ) and you're not sitting on top of a bunch of people like it is at the Detroit casinos. The food is also really well prepared and reasonably priced.

The room was clean but lighting in the room left something to be desired. We went for dinner at the wrong time. The Aurora had a line and after 30 min we decided to try somewhere else. All the other restaurants had at least 30 min wait so we went to the prime rib cart. That was the worst. My wife got the Italian sausage and I got the bbq, both weren't fit to feed a dog. Next we went to water lily and ordered a pizza to go. It also wasn't that good but better than the prime rib cart. We then decided to relax in the room and watch a movie until we found out that the movie "love the coopers" was $17.99. We decided to just watch so regular tv. We checked in at 3 pm and by 830 pm we had enough and checked out. The beds were so hard I couldn't take it. You could here the elevator ding every time someone went up or down. The walls were not sound proof as we could here the neighbors doing what ever they were doing. If this was a first class room the economy must be a teepee. We did have some fun in the casino and we will go back to play the slots but will never get a room or eat unless the Aurora has no line.
