Great view outside the front of the hotel!
POOR MANAGEMENT! The person that had first got the room that morning (which was a friend), took his name off sometime during the day, so when me and my friends (2 others) came back to the hotel for the night, the front desk called letting us know that we needed someone 18+ to put their name on the room. Ok, cool. As I did and she said we were all set and there were no problems. We then proceeded to invite 6 of our friends to go swimming for an hr, but they changed in our room before we went down. We got to the pool and my friend went to go ask the front desk about something. I then proceeded to walk my other friend to the bathroom because he didn’t know where it was. We finished any my friend at the desk yelled for me. I walked up to the desk sure to help and assist whatever the problem was! As soon as I walked up the manager started yelling at me saying that I was committing fraud because the card under the room was in my friends name and the room was under the original person that had got the rooms name. I proceeded to tell him that a nice woman of the name Maddie had helped us figure out the situation and his name shouldn’t be there anymore. He proceeded to yell at me and in the most lowest voice I could told him to calm down because he was making the situation bigger than it needed to be. He had asked for the ID of the girl that had paid for the room with her card. I told him she needed to go to the room to get my car keys to go get her ID from my car.

I recommend your hotel 100%. Kristen, and Frank are the best. The beds are so comfy and the room was wonderful after I checked in. The GM Johnathan was the best. Olivia, and I enjoyed are stay, and will see you again. 😀
