I've never stayed in one of the rooms but I can tell you that you shouldn't work here. The manager Erica makes it a hostile work environment. She will harass you. She doesn't care about her workers all she cares is about herself not even her work, just herself. I DO NOT recommend working here. I'm not gonna be wasting my time here anymore neither is my family or friends.

Good clean dog friendly rooms. Just a few blocks from Front St. Where everything is happening.

My husband and I had a great time at the comfort Inn. We had trouble with our Jacuzzi suite and they did not hesitate to make it right with us. Everyone that work there is really friendly and nicer. We will be going there again.

Very nice place to stay. Thumbs up on the staff and breakfest right next door at the cottage great food.

I stayed with my family for spring break and I also brought my dog to their pet friendly room. Well not so pet friendly when they charge an extra $500 after the fact for a mud print on the sheet! My dog is a great boy! No messes in the room and doesn’t chew on anything. The room was very clean when we left. Don’t offer pet rooms if you are going to charge and arm and a leg after your guests leave. Also pool room very dirty and hot tub disgusting with scum stains everywhere. Not to mention they drained the hot tub and pool and never turned the heat back on for the pool. It was freezing all week! Find some where else to go. Not worth it!

We stayed here 8/26-8/28. We were happy with everything. The room:spotless, amenities were what’s listed on the site page. Due to Covid breakfast was didn’t include hot buffet style foods just like everywhere any of us go in C times. Did include wrapped /packaged food (breads, muffins, breads, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, eggs, coffee, tea, milk, juices, fruits etc) All the essential food groups to start the day off right. The staff were professional yet very personable & helpful in every way. We felt we were amongst friends. From Mark the general manager (can never say enough good things about him). Hannah who txt’d me checking on our satisfaction with the room periodically & acknowledging us as we were coming & going as did Mark the GM, Melissa, Alec, Roy, Ahmed & Marge who registered us for our stay & had great recommendations for places to go also. (Wish I would’ve written everyone’s name down). We got great suggestions for places to eat, sights to see, beaches/lakes wineries etc to visit. A shuttle is available if one wants to go anywhere within 5 miles of the Inn. There are plenty of places to go such as downtown, several beaches. Eateries etc. We will def stay here again & plan to n the near future. Thank you Comfort Inn 460 Munson rd Traverse City. Karen & Luke.

We stayed in a king bed whirlpool suite and it was fantastic! We got a text from the front desk offering to help find food, attractions, or a shuttle to down town. We will definitely stay here again!

It's a little further from downtown (~2 miles away), but it was affordable. We weren't looking to spend over $200 a night downtown, especially with the virus stuff going on. The rooms were your average room, but the pool and fitness center looked nice (not open due to virus). The front desk service was great too. We felt very comfortable staying here with the COVID-19 stuff going on. Additionally, there was a free shuttle offered to take you anywhere downtown, which was excellent! It made staying further from downtown worth it, and we were right near the state park to watch the sunset and hang out. There's also a hotel bar about. 5 miles a way that was open late and could walk to.

We always come back to this hotel when we stay in Traverse City. Nice pool and hot tub, clean and updated rooms, quiet atmosphere, all employees are very nice, and the largest complementary breakfast spread I’ve ever seen in a hotel — that is very good! Favorite place!

I've stayed EVERYWHERE in Traverse city, this is my go to! Its clean, nice pool/hot tub, good breakfast, in the center of everything. And the staff is excellent. Like I said my GO TO hotel in Travese city. Thank you Comfort Inn.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a goodie bag in the room when we arrived. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Even though I'd really like to have the pancake maker We used their courtesy transportation to go into town. They even brushed all the snow off the cars in the morning Will definitely use again!

Absolutely the best Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at.
Staff is excellent room is excellent and the breakfast they had was over the top great.
When we come back in the spring we will definitely stay here.

Location is good and value for money is excellent. Had a jacuzzi room and it was very nice. Tub was newer and worked great. Breakfast was better than most. I would stay there again.

Nice, clean. Hot tub not too hot. Cute little restaurant next door was convenient. Staff very helpful. They offered a shuttle downtown with a pickup, which we didn't use. Breakfast was the usual stuff.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff is amazing at all levels. The rooms are nice and well appointed. Finally, there is a hotel who doesn't close the pool/spa at 9, or 10pm! It is even open 24 hours! It is no wonder this place was rated in the country. If I was forced to nitpick, I'd say the carpet in my room is starting to show some wear, and the fake plants in the pool area are a bit cheesy, but it is up north. ;-) oh, yeah, the breakfast is great and stays open late, and the lemon-water in the lobby was very nice.

Daughter’s basketball team stayed here in June and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. I heard about a very friendly staff and kind comments to the girls during breakfast. To top off the stay, my daughter forgot her earrings in the room. Over a month later I called to see if they were found and because of their meticulous attention to detail the earrings were found and noted on the reservation. They are sending us the earrings in the mail. This made my daughters night. Thank you to the awesome cleaning staff!

We were immediately welcomed, given a packet of "what's happening" in Traverse during our stay (found the Iris Farm on it and visited! ), and received a goodie bag with waters and chips. Room was immaculate. Loved the 24 hour pool and spa! Would definitely return.

Great. Much more than we expected. Nice and clean. Like having the sink out of the bathroom. This way you won't tie up the bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruit and juices, along with eggs, sausage and so much more. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in on a whim this weekend, my daughter and I were doing a 1 day getaway. Front desk was very friendly, got us a room within minutes. Room was very clean and comfy. Pool was amazing and has 24 hr access. Breakfast was very good, fresh, quite a few options. Definitely recommend, and will be back.

Staff were very pleasant and the room was nice and clean and the jacuzzi was great! 10/10 would recommend!

Really impressed with this hotel! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Lots of little touches that we appreciated. The breakfast was also better than we expected with lots of options, good coffee, and warm food! For the price, you can't beat this place. A standard, inexpensive hotel that goes a step above the rest.

Spent the weekend here and loved it! Loved the 24 hour pool, and the continental breakfast! My kids greatly enjoyed it too. The staff was very kind! Will be going back in the future for sure!

Room was great. Decor of building was good. Breakfast was exceptional. Only bad thing was didn't get to get in the pool as it was always full.

Fantastic vacation! We had a large group to come together, and this clean and comfortable hotel made our stay superb. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They set a standard that goes above and beyond any hotel I've stayed!

The hospitality is what won us over. Ahmad helped us so much during our stay. Affordable, 24 hour pool, continental breakfast, and very clean rooms.

We stayed in a king bed/jet tub room on the second floor in February. Check in was extremely easy and quick. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the free shuttle is great for getting around town quickly! Everything was super clean and the bed was comfy. Shower is a little small but it's okay. We didn't utilize the pool, but it's 24 hours which is great. Will be back for sure!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our room was nice and clean, we had the plus of having a Jacuzzi tub in our room. The Pool is 24 hour, which is nice when you don't want to have to worry about time. Lastly, the continental breakfast was exceptional with quite a few good options. I will definetly stay again.

Fabulous hotel for the price. They served us well with a smile. Continental breakfast was great. Our king suite with a jacuzzi was phenomenal, made our anniversary wonderful. For the fantastic rate and room, we ended up staying an extra night. Pool was nice and heated. I really have nothing bad to say. (Husband thought the bed was uncomfortable, but I slept great! )

Very short distance to downtown Traverse City. They offer a shuttle but we didn't utilize it. Clean rooms. Got to check in early without any issues. Good breakfast with hot foods (eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles with lots of toppings) and it wasn't too crowded. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. One of the vending machines ate my money and they took care of it quickly without question. The 24 hour pool is a nice added bonus, as is the yummy restaurant next door (The Cottage). Would stay again.

Stayed here for the fourth time this week. This was by far the best stay. Very spacious rooms, with great amenities, great staff, and decent breakfast foods. I was first greeted at check-in by very friendly staff. Once checked in, they presented me with a grab bag that was full of snacks and bottled water. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping a clean and welcoming environment, and the newspaper was waiting for me under the door every morning. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was awesome! Super clean and the beds were comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was amazing! And who doesn't love a 24 hour pool!

I love the 24 hour pool. The breakfast has a very nice variety of foods both hot and cold. It's near enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We came in last minute and we got our room. Staff was friendly and rooms clean. The free breakfast was good. The pool was small but indoors and not overly warm and humid. The hot tub was large and was even drained and cleaned and refilled on our visit. On the main street thru town and they have a shuttle that will take you downtown if you don't want the hassle of finding parking.

Comfort Inns are always comfortable and roomy. Nice beds and linens. The towels are fluffy. It is just a tad farther from downtown as I would like. Staff are friendly. They offer a hot breakfast, however it has been the same food the last two mornings.

The room we got was spotless and well furnished, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, clothes iron, comfortable bed etc. It also had plenty of light sources, which was convenient. The bathroom was small, containing only the toilet and shower, with the sink and mirror outside of the bathroom door. I don't know why it was set up this way, but it's not much of an issue. Good room service and complimentary breakfast. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed there this weekend. Enjoyed very clean room, nice bed, smallish bathroom, but lots of towels. Pool was heated and the hot tub was clean. All in all, good. Only slight complaint is you can hear neighbors showering and this woke my son at 6:00 a. M. But, that is possible at any hotel. So, not a true defect of the establishments. Staff was very friendly and courteous. You would have to cross busy traffic to walk to the water which is a little ways from the hotel. We took a car and found a nice, small beach with benches for viewing the water. Breakfast options were diverse, fresh and really filling. Waffles, sausage and biscuits and reconstituted scrambled eggs. Juice, coffee, milk. Yogurt, assorted muffins, French toast for the toaster. Hard Boiled eggs! Cereal etc. It was quite a large option for the size of the space. Very clean hotel.

Rooms are okay. Pretty standard, nothing that stood out very much to me. I didn't pay so I cannot comment on price. Nothing exceptional, but had all my needs.

This hotel has clean rooms, friendly staff, hot breakfast, pool and exercise room. I find the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff always try to help you with anything you need.

The king size rooms come only with a hot tub in room next to bed and a corner shower the bathroom. Bathroom sink in main area next to entrance to the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. Someone kept slamming a door until after 11p it was very loud in our room (room 117) only one night stand. Will not stay there again.

It includes the breakfast satisfactory. The rooms are modern and clean with the space. The hotel is close to almost everything in Traverse City!

Came here on a 2 night stay for a business event. I arrived 2 hours early and was able to check right into my room. The rooms were very clean and the pool was refreshing. They also have a continental breakfast and it was very well stocked and delicious.

This comfort Inn had a really nice staff. Great service overall. The room was nice, except for the bed which was very hard and needed to be replaced.

It was a good room, just average. Nothing bad or extra good. Only issue was the breakfast was cold. I liked the 24 hour pool.

Our room had two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The room was spacious and comfortable — enough room for my little boy to run around and play even with the sofa bed open! He loved the pool and the breakfast was fresh and warm. Staff were all friendly and it was very clean. Thank you!

The location was nice, close to town and convenient. The rooms were alright, about as good as you can expect from a hotel of this level. And the staff was very quick and polite.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and pretty modern. The only thing I was not so find of was the food… reminded me of high school cafeteria.

Location is great, the rooms were clean and well done. Bathrooms are a little tight (need to close door by moving out of the way. Downtown complimentary shuttle was a great help. If you're a cyclist, this place is a great staging point for an old mission tour.

Found someone else's dirty underwear under the foot of our bed. Scary and unsanitary. Not going there again.

Don't let the exterior of the building fool you. The inside of the hotel is very clean and updated. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations in size, cleanliness, and amenities. The hot breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that noise outside our room seemed to travel well. We could hear people talking outside on the sidewalk by the street from our room with the windows closed, as well as people in the hallway (sounded like they were in our room at times). Overall, the value was exceptional, and we would recommend this hotel.

We stay March 29-31, 2012. Excellent stay. We loved our stay. Very clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and warm. Wish we could of stayed longer. But we will most assuredly stay again. You will love your stay here.

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 4 months and on both occasions were very impressed. The first time was with a group of high school boys for a hockey tournament. The staff was unbeliveably accomodating, even extending breakfast to feed the boys after our return from a 7am game. On the 2nd visit everything was just as pleasant as the first. Staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly. Even updating my reservations to a lower rate because of a special package they were now offering. Hotel is very clean. Value cannot be beat.
