Had two separate rooms two nights. The first room had an awful smell in the bathroom, but the shower had good water pressure at least. I’d recommend bringing shower shoes. When I came back for my second night from going out and about, they put someone else in my room — with my belongings still inside the room even though I was booked for two nights. The individual inside was very confused about the situation and let me grab my things. This situation is not okay. It is a huge safety hazard, especially for a woman who is alone in an unknown town. No apology was given. I was also told I was not the only person it happened to that day. I was put in another room that was cleaned at that moment. It was nicer than the first room but the water smelled awful in the shower. I would not recommend this place even if it’s the last place available within a 45 minute radius, which is how I ended up here.

I have stayed here many times and the rooms are always clean. All nice people also.

My insurance paid for the room as my house was damaged. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. The older man at front desk raised his voice to me and was completely rude. Police were patrolling the parking lot. There was a DIRTY baggie in the drawer. I’ve stayed in budget places and seedy motels, I don’t scare easy, but I had my 20 month old daughter and didn’t feel safe.

I’ve stayed at many budget motels and that’s what America’s Best Value Inn – Jonesville is. This is an older motel. The rooms are small, the bathroom cramped, but was reasonably clean for as old as it is and the rate was OK. One thing that budget motels typically do is turn off the air conditioning when the room isn’t rented. I understand – it’s a way they lower their costs so they can offer low room rates. That was true at this motel. When staying at a motel like this, I usually check-in, turn on the air conditioning and then go a grab a bite to eat while the room cools down. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do that on this trip, so I had to stay in the room as it cooled – not ideal, but I managed. I was staying for two nights and took off in morning after the first night. The room was at a comfortable temperature when I left. When I returned later that evening, I found that the motel staff turned off the air conditioning when they cleaned the room! I returned to, again, a very warm room. I find this particularly annoying. Turn off the air conditioning when rooms aren’t rented, but when I rent a room and turn on the air conditioning, LEAVE IT ON for my stay!

Im looking for accommodations this is ideal location however not inviting with all the negative comments and all owner can say is guest not staying here ignore the review its fake…

I was recommended by my Friend about this place. This place is very clean. The rooms are clean and comfy. Bathroom was spot free. The restaurant near Motel was nice. I was satisfied with the room and service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a pleasant stay. We will come back and stay again. We enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The owners are very nice people. They care about the people who stay here. The breakfast was wonderful too. It is a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter and two grandchildren came with me for a family reunion and we had a wonderful stay again in this facility. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the people who care for this facility are friendly and welcoming. I will always stay here when I travel to Michigan.

A very clean and comfortable and quiet hotel. Located near several restaurants and easy expressway access. The front desk and all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to this hotel. I was not disappointed. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very nice and did all they could to help us.

Everything about this property was very nice. All was new and modern. The bed and pillows were wonderful We had the best nights sleep. Even the towels and shampoo smelled amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay.

The room I had was pretty decent, I looked for bugs, cause other people saw them. I didn't see any bugs, except an ant. The room was fairly clean. Nice soft bed. The shower needed to be a little bit more clean though. I liked my stay there and would go back and stay there again. People also said that it was loud and that they were doing drug deals there, I didn't see any of that and didn't see any cops either. Thank America's Best Inn.

Horrible horrible place to stay! smells like mildew ceiling bubbled an cracked bugs every where. Horrible service honestly. Rude and disrespectful! cops here many times. Lots of drug deals going on. edit_ onwer will say we arnt staying there but my gf an I had a room under her farthers name.

No internet and if there is any she won't give the password there's no breakfast can't hang a towel on the towel rack because it falls off the wall our key wouldn't work for a room so the lady said she would have to let us in every single time do Not stay here.

Had a visitor come over and within 5 mins they wanted them to leave.

I've been using or renting rooms there for over 12yrs great folks clean rooms and reasonable prices also the housekeeping or maintenance gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

This place was actually scary. Our room had a dog barking all night next to us, someone knocked on the back wall of our room, pretty sure there was a drug deal going down across the inn as well. Not impressed. Two stars because the room was clean… ish. The whole place smelled really bad though.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean and had lots of amenities! Coffee pot, microwave, fridge that was working and cold upon arrival! Room had a table, desk, dresser, two Queen beds, bathroom was small but very clean and had shampoo & conditioner, hand and bath soap, hair dryer and clean towels! The room was a bit too warm but cracking the window open took care of that. I will be using this Inn on future trips as the price is very reasonable!

I travel for work and stay in hotels often and I have never experienced worse customer service. The owner is extremely rude. The rooms are TINY and smell of mildew and cigarettes. Would never recommend this hotel.

The management sucks! Always complaining about my dog and he is not friendly to the people that stay there! Awesome housekeeper though.

Great value for the price of you're ok with an older hotel, no complaints, friendly people and service. Couldn't ever connect to the Wi-Fi, but maybe this issue was only during my 3 day stay.

Convenient location right on US-12 (the main road through jonesville, Allen, Quincy & Coldwater). Very fair price, clean room. Tv, iron, table, microwave & fridge. The breakfast is nothing to rave about but you can grab a quick bagel and coffee there or walk across the parking lot to a small local diner that has good food and very reasonable breakfast prices. Although there were many reviews suggesting otherwise I found this to be a comfortable place to stay and spent 4 nights without any complaints!

Non smoking room was like eating in an ashtray. Took our cc hand written. Nothing worked. Looong sleepless night…

Very rude Indian owner. We have a service dog and they was saying that we shouldn't have the dog here. This is not the Hilton Inn folks. Would not recommend…

Value priced older motel, nothing fancy. My room was a single queen, a bit small. Clean as expected, owner was helpful. Nice strong shower. For a Tues night it was quiet. Looks like they are doing some cosmetic updates. Good basic motel for an overnight business stay.

The 3-5 star reviews must be from the punk kid that runs this place with his mother. $80 for a Bates motel feel. A/C isn't big enough to cool a walk in closet and stinks like mildew. The room itself smelled horrible. I swear there were bugs in there because I itched all over five minutes after getting in there. The worst america's best i've ever encountered.

This place is under some major construction. That said, we have stayed in worse before. I'm not sure what room Wilson got, but I am sure it was NOT this one.

Very Nice! We stayed here for a couple nights, as our apartment was not ready yet. The hotel is very stylish and modern inside and out. Our room was extremely nice, with the comfortable bed and nice pillow. The bed and furniture was quite comfortable and somewhat upscale. The breakfast area was spacious and comfortable and the food selection was quite good. There are numerous dining options nearby. Americas Best Value Inn is one of our favorite chains and this one is among the best we have stayed at. Highly recommended.

Bed, awful. Room, dingy even with a new coat of paint. Radiator clunked all night. Free breakfast was disgusting, mold in the coffee pot, stale cereal and the front desk clerk accosted my GF when she went to get breakfast. Only redeeming value is we wanted to stay in town and we got he room for $49. The young man who checked us in was very professional and polite, and 14.
