I have NEVER seen such a filthy, disgusting, unbelievable 122.00 “suite”. We called the motel staff person down to show her the filth (we had to show her) and she refunded our sight unseen reservation. The main room carpet was stained and filthy. The couch was filthy with huge (urine or? ) stains. The chair was the same, and ripped. The tiny fridge was filthy. The toilet was unclean with urine/ mold under seat! Dead cockroach on filthy floor. The jacuzzi had body hair in it. Bed, afraid to look. Air conditioner so filthy, no words. The motel employee said she “did not clean the room” & will “tell the manager”. That room was longtime filthy! We ran! Run!

Not worth the price we paid. The staff was friendly, but the room was filthy. My party was 3 adults and one child. The bathroom had less than a roll of toilet paper, 2 bath, 2 hand and 2 washcloths. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The exhaust vent did not work and the faucet dripped. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bed sheets had tears in them. The beds so called comforter was a sheet. There was one cup for drinking coffee and no cups for water. The pictures of this place looks great compared to what it actually is. We were late getting into our room, and the first thing I checked for was bed bugs. Thank God I didn't see any. This mornings breakfast was horrible. Cereal, toast, english muffins, poppy seed muffins, green apples, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, milk and oatmeal. I do not recommend and I will never stay there again. I will pay more to stay somewhere else.

Very nice clean rooms, pool area and overall throughout, very friendly and courteous staff.

Good place but I couldn't get my room.

It was ok, but pretty awful, there were stink bugs everywhere, it wasn't very clean, and the pool was alright. The only thing I actually liked about this hotel was the Jacuzzi, but I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Nothing Luxurious. If you are just looking for a place to crash for the night it's fine. The room smelt weird, the "breakfast" was bread, apples, and coffee, there were no towels in the pool room, and no hot tub. I would suggest you just go to the Quality Inn down the street.

Great location right off the highway. Nothing fancy but very safe and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, good, and exactly what you would expect at this price.

This was perfect for me. Right across the street from my job who paid for my stay. The rooms were practical with flat screen TVs, mini fridge, and Microwave. Vary easy to locate right off the freeway. Staff were polite and friendly.

The room smelled like dogs and had dog hairs all over the blankets but front desk lady was really nice to help us.

Room was dirty. Mildew in coffee pot, pubes in tub and ring in toilet bowl. Bedding had not been freshly laundered. Needs fresh paint and carpet. At $105.00 a night for a room with two full size beds, I expected better! Continental breakfast is toast, cereal and instant coffee. We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, and thankfully I brought my own pillow and blanket. A good cleaning and fresh paint and carpet could do a lot to improve my review! The A/C worked well and no evidence of insects… if you need a positive…

Room was basic but clean, good price only negative is very little sound insulation between rooms.

Outstanding value and customer service. I could not have been more pleased. Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms. I highly recommend.

Pool was well maintained. Room was sufficiently clean. Friendly service. Allowed to check in early. Great rate online.

The floors still has stuff on them. The coffee pot still had a coffee pack in it when we checked in. There was a used q-tip in the dresser. The carpet was ripped and the furniture was old, stained and ripped. We had a Jacuzzi suite and they only gave us 2 towels and didn't replace the floor towel on Saturday. I honestly wouldn't pick this hotel again. For the money, I expected something better.

For a cheap hotel I was impressed. I got good sleep. Not many extras so take your own pillow but I would stay again.

Best cash over quality ratio on the west side of Grand Rapids and in De Grand Rapids within 20 miles. Basically a roof over your head that's clean and somewhat comfortable. If that's all you expect you'll be happy with the price happy with the place. Breakfast is atrocious and the vending machines don't work. But, if you're like me and just wanted a cheap place to sleep before your drove another 500 miles it's worth the $50

I recently have stayed here, but will no longer. Due to an incident with a front desk employee, he became aggravated with Someone he knew and consequently took it out on me, by wrenching my arm. Although charges are being pursued his management refuses to give any true consequences! Hopefully things can be resolved!

Kind of skanky … Nice large rooms, and a suite layout. Unfortunately, the. Tvs are from 1992, and the few people I've seen look like they just left the monstor truck rally. Or have been here as long as the Mitsubishi TV. S.

Walking I to the lobby on my way to visit my parents, I questioned the quality. The lobby was small and appeared old, but it was clean. The lady working the front desk was nice and assisted me in finding their room. Once I got up to their room I found that it was clean, like the rest of the hotel, it needs an update, but a decent room for the price.

You get what you pay for! Room was clean and I believe bed was new. They were making some up grades & renovations when I was there but it wasn't obnoxiously dusty but there were new bed frames in boxes stacked in a common area. Pool was clean but packed with supervised kids the 1st night which means a bit too rowdy for me to use it. Hot tub looks like it's out of commission & covered permanently. Breakfast the 1st morning was non existent because of same teenage kids. Nothing was restocked an hour after breakfast opened but 2nd morning it was sufficient. If your looking for a full on breakfast you aren't going to get it here. But cold cereal, oatmeal toast, English muffins & a few kinds of muffins is pretty much what you'll get. So fine for those who don't want a huge eggs & pancakes breakfast. All in all not a bad no frills place to stay for a night or 2.

This is the absolute worst hotel my family and I have ever been to. The customer service is crap! We tried calling the front desk multiple times and the front desk agent obviously doesn't do their job. Don't expect to get any customer service what so ever! Most of the workers seem to be on drugs. The outlets are sketchy. The rooms are disgusting! We had long black hairs all over in our room, it was like the housekeeper didn't even bother cleaning the bathroom. There was hair all over our bed sheets. Either the owner or a worker lives in the hotel and let's their children bounce off the walls. This place is a joke. We will never stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn't even deserve one star in our opinions.
