Great stay. Stayed here while my son was in a Hockey tournament. The hotel is nicely updated and clean. Check in and out was easy and the room was just as I asked. Highly recommend. Close to highway and a lot of restaurants.

Amenities were great. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Fantastic breakfast in the mornings. The AC in our room was having a bit of trouble getting the room cooled down as quickly as I would have liked but it was also well over 90 degrees outside at the time. It worked fine after the first day.

This is a great place! We didn't stay here to sleep, but I was able to hold my graduation open house here in a conference room. We were supplied the tables and chairs, and were offered several times for if we needed anything. They gave us so much time to set up beforehand, and clean up afterwards. The room was very clean and large and a great space to have a gathering! They even set out a sign letting guests know where to go for the open house, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we'll definitely consider this place again for other events we might have.

Have stayed here 6X now for The Tulip Time Festival — always a great experience. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean. Only a short drive to/from the fest — great location. Nice hotel!

Very nice hotel. The pool and hot tub are awesome! Julie at the front desk was very nice. Close to downtown Holland and to the lake. Lots of good food and shopping in the area. I’d definitely stay here again.

WORST hotel experience I've had in a long time and I stay in a lot of hotels. The place had people everywhere and LOUD until midnight. Adult swim was suppose to start at 1030 pm but there were kids all over in the pool until 11 and they only had kids in the pool leave and not the ones up in the arcade so it was still loud and unenjoyable. Pool was cold. Had to file a noise complaint at 130am due to kids running the halls and people being loud in their rooms. Place didn't quiet down until almost 230am. Fridge in the room made a TON of noise and kept you up as well. Will never stay there again.

My husband and I very much enjoyed the experience of staying at this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and the staff was lovely. The breakfast was good and the pool and arcade area were wonderful.

The outside does not look like your typical Holliday Inn. When you walk in it has more of a lodge or bed and breakfast feel to it. It's really quiet and they have a cool hot tub. There is a small game room that has a pool table and some arcade games.

Probably the nicest Holiday inn I've ever stayed at. Really nicely updated, super clean, and an awesome staff. LOVED the pool/hot tub area. I was here in the winter, and loved sitting out in the hot tub with the snow falling. Will definitely stay here again, the next time I'm in Holland.

We first visited this Hotel 10 or more years ago. Just as clean and friendly as when it was new. I highly recommend staying here. Close to restaurants and right off highway north or south to parks and beaches. A bag of chips in room, nice touch.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Left clean towels every day. Nice pool area. Close to everything in town.

Clean room, good breakfast, beautiful hotel and friendly staff. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay multiple nights at this hotel. It was great! Smooth check in and check out. We will stay here again if we're ever back in Holland!

Great service! The staff has been great. Plenty of room in the hotel room and in the public areas. The pool and hottub are large and clean. Quality towels and paper goods. Great room for the price.

The room was clean and serviceable, the breakfast your standard continental with pancakes, egg, sausage Ect. I loved the pool area as it had adult only hours from 1030 to 12 am as well as a nice indoor/outdoor hot tub. Overall a great stay, though a bit pricey if you stay on the weekend.

This place is phenomenal! We were greeted with smiles and laughter. Their amenities are very complimentary and relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

All of the front desk employees were wonderful, very helpful and nice. Hotel and room were beautiful and very clean. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because we went into the hot tub on two separate nights and each night while we were in the hot tub all of our ankles became extremely itchy. So I'm assuming there was too much chemicals or bacteria in the hot tub.

Very unique HiEx! Rooms are a little dated, but not terribly so. Room was quiet, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Karlay had our room prepared perfectly, and the free breakfast was amazing. My favorite part about the complimentary breakfast was the pancake printer, it is so much fun to watch the pancakes roll through. This location also has a nice indoor/outdoor spa and an indoor pool which is shaped like the state of michigan! The rooms are nice, clean and show no signs of bedbugs. Additionally the beds are comfortable and they have coffee available for mist of the night.

Room was very clean, staff is always friendly. HUGE pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub, breakfast area is extremely clean and food is all well prepared. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in yet.

Remote for the TV didn't work. No way to change channels. Otherwise nice hotel. Price hike due to tulip time.

Fantastic hotel, staff is always very friendly and the rooms are spectacular/well-maintained. The pool area is also a huge plus, they have a Michigan-shaped indoor pool and hybrid indoor-outdoor hot tub, both huge amenities that contribute to me coming back to this specific hotel again and again.

Everything was clean and orderly. Primarily went for the pool. Pool was warm and features a hot tub that is inside and out. Nice property.

The rooms were clean and nice. The pool, game room, breakfast, everything was great. Only complaint was the staff at check-in counter. Acted like we were an inconvenience and interrupting her conversation with another that was hanging around the desk.

Here for work. Probably the worst hotel stay ever! I am trying to find a room elsewhere. Holiday inns are so plentiful in Michigan I figured it would be easy to rack up some rewards points. Not worth it. Not worth it at all. Stay at a real hotel.

Close to lots of stores and restaurants. The swimming pool was clean and nice. The breakfast area was clean. The rooms were very nice. We really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for wine tasting and Dutch Village. Nice clean hotel. Pool was great along with the outside hot tub. Don't forget the breakfast. Seriously who complains about paper plates at a hotel express breakfast?

My family wanted a winter escape and we got just that. The kids loved the outside Castle sculpted building, and the décor and overall feeling of the hotel was warm and homelike. The large unique pool shaped like the Michigan mitten was awesome and the indoor/outdoor hot tub was fun for all of us. Our room was exceptionally well maintained and clean with great amenities. The hot breakfast was wonderful and the seating for quests throughout the hotel; pool, arcade, and lobby areas were fantastic. I give this hotel a five star rating.

I love this hotel so much fun for the kids. The hot tub is so much fun the rooms are awesome and so beautiful that has a perfect view. There's so much stuff to do around there and your you new cam and getting go get ice cream get something to eat its me places around there to eat a beautiful hotel with so many things to do and I love this hotel and I would go back there again my kids love it so I love it so I love it and my kids I will always go there and I will cost.

We went here for our wedding weekend, quick trip close to home with little ones, so although it wasn't Hawaii we had a great time and this hotel was clean, we loved the giant Jacuzzi that went inside and outside under the stars and the game room upstairs from it. We had a Jacuzzi room and never even used it. We had asked for a sign to be set up in the lobby saying our names because we thought it would be a fun touch to our wedding and they had it ready and waiting. We were very pleased, so pleased that we are already planning a trip back to the same hotel as we also enjoyed Oval Beach and will be back next year! Thank you to the hotel manager and great service.

This hotel experience is so much more than we expected. Clean building with lots of fun stuff to do, all that we tried as far as games were in good working order, the pool was super nice, indoor/outdoor. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary. I believe it was Kevin or Brett at the front desk who gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Definitely will go again, can't wait to take the kids there.
