Inexpensive. Clean room. Comfortable. Very friendly staff. A bit difficult to see from the road.

This location charges as if they have done all the room updates. I can stay at another red roof location w all the upgrades, spend usually $20 to $30 less and get continental breakfast. Staff is not rude, but less than friendly. They no longer offer movies to rent. Virtually the same as 20 yrs ago, just put in wood floors and slightly better tv's. Internet is spotty the farther you are from the office. Always say I won't go back but sometimes is convenient for me.

Didn't stay, came in to view a room for a future visit and the clerk let me view the room explained the amenities and local attractions and was very patient and informative.

Pet and trucker friendly BIG TIME! parking is super tight, however the manager found a place for me to park and was willing to work with me so I could shut down… everybody was awesome! Nice clean room, plenty of space.

It was clean but my room was not overly big! There was a safe in the room.

My wife and I and two kids stayed in a 2 bed room. The floors are a newer, hardwood floor look, which was nice. However, the bed sheets both had cigarette burns. Not a good indication of cleanliness… The place definitely feels like a way station. The people who were in the office were nice enough, but there wasn't much to the office. There is a small area for coffee but thats about it. The stairwell had something on it that stuck to my feet. I admit that it was wood and wood is much harder to clean than concrete but still… The two bedroom is quite small with a smallish desk and a rolling chair and in the corner of 5x5 open space was a pleather type cushion style chair. The bathroom is tiny with a small tub but the curtain has a nice wide berth which makes the showering a bit easier. Definitely not for bigger people. Overall, its okay. But JUST okay.

I was here for work on a very important recertification and the first hotel I booked was 45 minutes away with horrible traffic so after the first night I went online and booked a room here for the rest of the week. I saw it had great reviews but was only a 2 star rating. I was at a 4 star rating but it was not nearly as nice as this place. Plus if I would have known I could have brought my dog with, it's pet friendly! It was only 3.5 miles from the place I need to go all week. After the first night I had really loud neighbors and did not get much sleep. I went to the office that morning and they apologized and switched my room to a even better room. I absolutely recommend staying here and asking for the deluxe king size bed room. Totally worth the money and right off the highway. I will stay at a red roof inn every time I travel. The only complaint I have is why in the world is this place only 2 stars? Everyone should stay here and see its is perfect for the price. Great customer service and very clean. I feel it is cleaner than the 4 star place in Ann Arbor I stayed at the first night.

A decent budget hotel not too far from the airport. Stayed for three nights for a convention and it was less than half the price of the next hotel.

Good room for the price. Housekeeping was extremely late on day. No coffee maker or hairdryer in a double queen bed room.

There is nothing special about these hotels. They're a decent stay for no more than 2 days. Every time I have stayed I have noticed trash behind the beds, or the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The staff is friendly and the hotel is right off 275.

Great rooms for the price. The king sized room was only around 70$ and was very comfortable. Very clean hotel and felt like a much more expensive room.

Best place considering pricing. Well spaced parking and the rooms themselves are usually very well prepared before you book them. Much cleaner than other similar priced places in the area. However, the price raises based on demand. At it's peak demand price, it isn't exactly worth what you get.

Perfect and exceptional place to stay on a budget. Nice clean rooms. Staff is super friendly and customer service is spot on. Highly recommended.

If you’re on the go looking to get a few z’s in, then this place does the job. If your looking to stay a bit longer you will slowly start to realize how run down it truly is. Silverfish in the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t drain. Sheets and comforter had cigarette holes in them. To say the least I will not be going back!

Great place. Keri (Carrie? Kary? Not sure on the spelling) is exemplary in customer service. Polite, helpful, great attutude and a great asset to this location. Rooms are clean. Quiet location with almost no noise at night. Always recommended.

Decent price, good location. Friendly staff. Cleaners do a decent job. But it's getting dated. It's ok for the cost. They do have a decent rewards program.

Very helpful and kind staff. Miranda at the front desk helped me with all my questions and had me to my beautiful room in minutes. Definitely coming back for another stay! If you are in the area there are many places to eat near by. There is a gas station and Dunkin Donuts literally right next to the Red Roof Inn. Get your sleep, fuel up and have your breakfast before going on your trip all in one spot! Rooms are around 60 to 70 bucks on average with taxes. My stay was absolutely great. Well worth the price. You don't find hospitality like this anymore. I highly recommend.

The room was pretty nice. There were a lot of people outside into the early hours of the morning. Seemed likely people are living in the motel. Despite that, good last minute room for the price.

Really reasonable rates, I think we paid $66 per night. Rooms were clean and updated, the AC worked great and the beds were very comfortable. It perfectly located halfway between Detroit and Ann Arbor. I will stay again.

Clean and nice. Shower is great. Ceiling is peeling a little and the covers had a burn whole or two in them. It was a budget hotel for us so we're not complaining.

Front staff were friendly and helpful. Like most Red Roof Inns, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are all "non smoking". Rooms here are remodeled and in OK condition. Clientele leave a lot to be desired and love to talk on their cell phones outside your room at any and all hours.

A great place to stay for the price. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. As someone else stated, there were some cigarette burn holes in the bedspreads. Even though the motel is conveniently located right off the interstate, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Never really had ANY issues with Red Roof. In fact anytime I travel I had to find a Red Roof to stay at. Prices was never the issue, cleanliness was never the issue, staff was never the issue. But after the weekend of October 20th, I'M NEVER GOING BACK. I would pay $150 at Best Western or Holiday Inn. After booking the room for one night the total came to $100.94, OK fine no problem. But looking at my bank statement I had two charges from Red Roof $14 and $2. Where did the rest of my money go? I understand that if you don't cancel your reservation within a certain time period they'll charge you the price for the night but not the extra $16. Corporate won't do nothing, so apparently my money is gone even though I never checked in. Never again. Done with Red Roof taking my money elsewhere…

Rooms were clean, other guests were polite. Prices were higher and based on the area it was in. Cost was 3 times higher than our local Red Roof, but was a good experience.

Red roof is located right next to the i275 ramp which makes for extremely easy travel. The beds were average in comfortability and the pricing was cheap.

It was simply to expensive to pay for a room with cash in person. They give cheaper deals online and those deals are misleading.

Enjoyed my stay. Bed was large and clean. I ate tacos in it.

First let me start off by saying the customer service was great! Until, u let the general manager know you were up itching all nite. Literally. I stayed in 108 and it was the worst stay ever. No clean towels, sheets, or pillow cases, no Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi was very jumpy, couldn't even hold a good signal). It's like they don't clean anything, period. From the dirty wood floors to the crumby desk top. Smh I honestly believe the health department should come in take over this hotel. I asked the cleaning crew why the sheets are so dirty and she told me because they DON'T use bleach… But nevermind that, my biggest problem was the itching. I called and went to the front desk and they basically told me they couldn't do anything till morning. Morning came, they came and sprayed and searched the bed with a blue lite for bed bugs. When finished he told me he don't think it's bed bugs but flees. Like that helped smh Either way I would NOT stay here unless the health department declared it SAFE! Maybe if I was a trucker or bum I would! … However I do gave them 2 stars because the office reps Bandon and the other young guy were so freaking awesome!

Was a good place. Cleaning crew was very respectful. Had extended atay. Was disappointed when I couldnt get late checkout time. Theywere dead but said they were busy.

Recently stayed at this place — Aug 2015. Relative booked and paid for my one week stay & I didn't have the heart to tell person how horrible it is here: following are problems I encountered I see other reviews that people think it's a great place (they must be the truckers). 1. Truckers come here — not a problem, but the prostitution is! Saw them come and go nightly — drunk & disorderly using obscene language. 2. Dead fly on pillow and dead bugs on floor — a couple is too many. Dead bugs in ceiling light fixtures. 3. Had to continually request towels. Front desk requested that I walk up to the front desk to get towels! WHAT?! I was given a couple of towels but she said wash cloth not available at time. A couple days later I asked a really nice cleaning lady for towels & gave me a complete set of towels. 4. Mattresses are not encased with mattress protectors. Sheets are worn VERY thin. Pillows hard as rocks. Bedspread has burn hole in it and this is "supposed" to be a non-smoking motel. 5. Light bulbs burned out on the bed lamps. 6. Laundry room next to my room. Employees BLASTED their radio while working in the laundry room and could uncomfortably hear it in room I was staying in, and I needed to rest & sleep in the day time. 7. No hair-dryer in room. No paper & pen in room. No full length mirror in room. No iron & iron board in room. No shampoo & conditioner in room. Had to request it, no luck, they had only ONE bottle of shampoo left. 8.

I have stayed here more than a dozen times. Excellent motel with rooms that have been remodeled. Cannot beat the price. Management is very responsive and friendly. I recommend staying at this motel as you cannot beat the room for the money. Best adjuster motel in the Detroit area.

Room was clean but overpriced. Ice machine didn't work. Washing machines don't work well. Had to wash clothes twice. King room didn't have fridge or microwave. Contact high walking to Dunkin Donuts past everyone "partaking" at night. Lol.
