This fairly-new property was beautiful. The service was great and the room was nice and clean. While there is a restaurant downstairs (with great breakfast), we had dinner at Big E’s across the parking lot. I definitely recommend a stay here…

So far, so good. We have 3 more days to go. Rooms are very nice but we wish we had a soaking tub! Staff is very accommodating and professional. I'm sure we'll come here again. ps. I almost never give 5 stars so 4 is really, really good.

Nice place to stay. Some of the rooms have balconies which is kind of nice, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There is also easy access to the highway.

We went to Grand Rapids for a graduation and decided to stay here, in large part, due to the reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel was awesome! The staff were very courteous, prompt and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The balcony in our room made it very relaxing. Large selection of TV channels available with DirecTv. Free Wi-Fi. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. You do have to pay $12.00 for breakfast on site but it is well worth it. It's a nice hot and cold buffet with made to order entrees and drinks. We did not utilize the pool, spa or fitness area but they looked very inviting and well kept. I would not hesitate to stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to this area. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. Will be back. Service was stellar. They treated us to an upgraded room and comped our breakfast because we were celebrating our anniversary. They did this without us asking and it impressed us. The indoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and the indoor/outdoor spa is very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We had travel plans to stay there in mid-April. With the lovely Michigan weather we got faced with an ice storm that same weekend. The staff here was so understanding and accommodating to it! We arrived about 20 minutes early for check in because we gave ourselves extra time to get there with the weather. The checkout day there was a quarter inch of ice on my car from the storm getting worse overnight. We asked if we could do a late checkout to not get on the road so fast and try and and let the storm pass and the staff agreed! It was so kind! Thank you so much to the amazing staff!

Beautiful hotel with great dining options in the hotel or right next door. Rooms were brand new and the snack shop has more choices than any Hilton property I have ever seen. The food was great and the staff pleasant.

Very clean and updated (nearly brand new). Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and large. Adequate food/bar and a nice bar right across the street if you're not happy with their menu. Workout room was a bit small, but very clean.

Room was clean. Nice bathroom. Bed was a little stiff for my liking but that's just me. Breakfast buffet was good. I would stay here again.

Beautiful newer hotel, good water pressure, pleasant staff. I found the pillows a little soft. Rooms were decent sized and they mostly have dual queen bed rooms. The single kings get taken pretty quickly. Would recommend this hotel.

We called about reserving a king room and checking in at early morning several days before, and the front desk said that was all fine and dandy. Forward to when we arrive, we find the room was not reserved, there are no available kings, and there are only queen rooms. We then had to stand around for 15 minutes while she screwed around on the system, then she gave us someone else's room, effectively making us terrify some poor person at 5 in the morning. Called room service for daiquiris listed on the room service menu and were told "we don't have a blender". Besides this fiasco the rooms were clean, nice, and the other front desk staff was very helpful. Would've given 5 out of 5 if we hadn't had that happen.

Centrally located on the Beltline, this is one of the newer additions to the GR area hotels. A perfect overnight stay for any one of the colleges nearby (5 right in the area). Meets the Hilton standard. Side note, right across the parking lot is a MI chain restaurant, focused on bringing out some of the best beers available in the state. A great new addition.

No wake up call. I called the desk twice at night. No answer. Finally got them to accept my wake up. I tried doing it automated wakeup too. The recording said it could not accept a call. In the morning, no call was placed. I travel every week and waking up on time is essential. I woke up late for an important business meeting. The place is new and nice but the desk service is poor.

Was such a nice hotel. Staff was really nice and attentive. Beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave. Left feeling relaxed. I would definitely stay a thousand times more again.

I admit that my time at the hotel was limited. But it was a very pleasant experience. I only interacted with one hotel employee, the one who checked me in at the front desk, but she was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome and at ease. The location of the hotel is right off the Beltline, easy to access and a good spot to stay to enjoy all the surrounding areas Grand Rapids has to offer. The room was very tidy and efficiently designed with nothing out of place. There isn't anything too special about the view, but the balcony was a nice touch nonetheless.

Very nice hotel, very impressed. As soon as we walked in, we were aware of the newness and cleanliness of the front lobby. Very modern and upscale. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Walking to our rooms, the cleaning staff welcomed us as well, very friendly staff throughout hotel. The rooms were extremely modern and very clean. Nice patio with chairs, so if you can get a room with a patio, I would recommend that as well. Although we did not use the pool, we walked over and noticed how clean and welcoming it looked and noticed no chlorine odor, as some hotel pools have. Very nice workout room as well. Nice sitting area in the lobby with a lot of room and a bar with t. V. Which was also a nice touch. There is also a huge selection of shopping and food 1 mile south of hotel, nice area. We will definitely stay here upon future visits. Only suggestion I would say is that it would be nice to have a small continental breakfast for guests, rather than only 1 option of 12.00 breakfast, but again that is only a personal preference. Definitely would recommend this as a place to stay.

New property minutes from GRR Airport. Excellent decor, attentive and compassionate staff, comfortable beds, very clean spacious rooms. Great location with a restaurant on site and a sports bar/restaurant in the same parking lot. I recommend this property.

Highly recommend. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel both rooms and shared areas. Good location. Nice outdoor area. Sports bar and grill right next door. Easy access to Hwy. Breakfast isn't free but you do get made to order options included with the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, new hotel with friendly service staff. Had a wonderful stay for 4 days. They have a salt water pool that opens up to the outside.

A beautiful, new facility that just opened a month or two ago. Definitely modern, with breakfasts made to order as well as excellent Continental Breakfast items. Plenty of television screens in the lobby and lounge area to catch up on news or sports. Rooms on outside walls have nice sized balconies so you can enjoy the view while sipping on your coffee.

Very clean. The LED lighting in the rooms made it feel a little "cold". Some warmer lighting would have made it more comfortable.

New hotel, so they had some minor operational issues. Rooms were large (had a double queen) and well furnished. However some things in the room weren't working during our stay (thermostat, shower wand, some lights…). Staff was very professional and nice. Would definitely give it another shot the next time I'm in town.

(Stay 6/27/17) This hotel is brand new and very nice. The front desk staff was great. The restaurant staff is really going to need some work. Bartender was inattentive and eating ice in the corner. She was unable to pronounce cognacs. Which leads me to believe she had never really bar tended. Then the next morning when I went o have breakfast. No one greeted me and told me where to sit. I walked up to the buffet and asked the cook who said sit anywhere and give breakfast coupon to the server. No server ever arrived. I asked someone for silver and a napkin which was handed to me. No coffee or drinks or even a station where I could server myself. Observed the waiter attending to other tables. Could only assume a breakfast coupon means "No Service" I should have taken the 750 gold level points instead of the free breakfast. Over all it looks like they have hired a bunch of untrained staff and asked them to figure it out.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool and indoor outdoor hotub, terrific service. Better quality toiletries would be appreciated.

New hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed a two queen room. Free cookies upon arrival, great bar just off the lobby with lots of big screens, and a handy snack shop. Big E's will be opening next door in the near future which will make this hotel even better!

Great pool area. Excellent customer service. The only downfall was no option of bacon for breakfast. This would be okay if the sausage was edible. Kind of scared us from trying dinner for the prices on the menu. Great experience overall.

Attended a work event in a small conference room. The building is very nice and new with a nice design scheme. It's kind of easy to miss off east beltline as there's no entrance sign yet. Didn't interact with any staff or see any of the rooms though.

Great new facility. Friendly staff, great food, great location (10 minutes from GRR airport), and excellent accommodations. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Booked here because we graduated Calvin College on Saturday, it was so close to our activities for the day and had a pool for the children. Got checked in and they told us it was their first weekend open. Everything was beautiful. Beds we very comfortable. Very up to date with USB plugs near every other electrical plug. We rented 2 rooms at $189 each (after aarp discount) it was our children and grandchildren who stayed with us. After our graduation activities we took the kids to the pool. It was clearly posted family time was till 10:30pm we were there at 9:30pm. People were in the hot tub and beer cans lined the edge and couples were making out. Would not have bothered me had it. Been during the posted adult time. There were several other families also enjoying yhe pool and avoiding the hot tub. Did our best to keep the children distracted in the pool since that was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. Finally the kids got hungry and left the pool. The room menues carried no pricing for anything so we went and picked up pizza. Got up in the morning to go see what they had for. Breakfast. They seem very hospitable, asked if they could get us anything, brother drinks to the table for us, and we assumed they were going above and beyond being it was the first weekend they're open. Different people from the kitchen would come around and ask if there was anything we needed. They would also take care of her plates.

Gorgeous! Useful closets, with shelves & baskets, double-headed showers, outdoor hot tub and fire pit, swimming pool shaped like the Mitten! Courteous staff and comfy beds.

This is a nice hotel and it is located right by downtown.
