Overbooked their hotel, so when I arrived for my reservation (which was made almost 3 months in advance btw) I was told they left me a voicemail and cancelled my reservation THE MORNING OF MY STAY! Made no effort to assist me with the "walk" at another hotel, no apology or anything. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on that issue and lack of service from the front desk.
Today 11/21/2021 me and my brother had the WORST experience EVER with one of holiday inn front desk employee at this location, after long trip me and my brother went into this hotel after making a reservation online, the front desk employee was the RUDEST employee that I dealt with in my life, after telling me that I’m gonna have to pay the $100 deposit because I booked it online witch is im familiar with and have no problem with paying the deposit, he checked me in and gave me the key and told me to keep the key on me because he’s going to lock the main door soon and the time at this point was 3:45PM so I asked him what time you guys closing the door and his answer was : I DONT TELL THE ROBBERY AND THE KILLERS ABOUT THE TIME so I was shocked and asked him if he was joking because I didn’t expect that answer then he replied to me : NO I’M NOT JOKING AND YOU CAN TAKE IT PERSONALLY. I handed him the keys back and asked him if there’s someone higher that I can talk to and his answer was: I’M THE HIGHST ONE HERE. after that I told him please refund me the deposit and I’m not gonna stay here he said leave now and you will get your deposit later than he immediately called the police and asked them to come to the hotel because someone refusing to leave the hotel and being trespassed. This employee made all that from nothing and for no reason at all.
