I really enjoyed the place, the service was great. I also loved how nice the hotel rooms were.

I recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfast is great and the staff is professional.

I’m from out of town and needed a room when everything in Detroit and Dearborn area was full. The girl Shelley at the front desk was more than helpful and amazing at helping me get a room nearby. Thanks Shelley.

My only complaint is that I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Other than that the rooms were clean, the service and stay were good, and cost was reasonable.

I gave one star only because I could not give zero, this has to be ran by the most crooked shady manager. Please be aware the manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I showed up to check in with my son and the manager had cancelled my reservation without notifying me at all… the desk agent stated that the manager was mad related to me previously filing out a survey after checking out and not giving them high ratings due to the lack of customer service provided during my stay. Is this even legal? I will tell everyone about this grudge this manager took out on me and my family. This is crooked and I will report him. Please for your safety and freedom, don't stay here!

Very personable staff! Clean, comfortable, and up to date! Great breakfast options and sweet fruit! Wow! Pillows support fluffy large bathroom in the suite, family friendly!

GooD Afternoon… MR Felix your professionalism is so amazing Mr. Felix knows how to satisfy his Guest and make sure your accommodated and satisfy with your stay, and last but not least the front desk staff Miss Veronica Robberson was very kind and very professional if it was left up to me I think Miss Robinson deserves a raise and she’s ready for management position she handles the front desk very well miss Robinson has a very beautiful smile she answers Guest yes, may I help you, is there anything I can do for you, have a great day, miss Robinson and Mr. Felix will be the reason i’ll visit again… mr Ali works hard he’s all wAys doing something when I see him … attention management give him a raise he deserve it.

One of the best choices in Dearborn area. Rooms are comfortable, and you have a small kitchen that is really helpful for long stays.

Super! Clean, attentive staff, cozy rooms. I loved the fireplace at the entry. Ah! That reading room was a pleasant surprise, very nice detail.

Great hotel! Has a good breakfast, close to a lot of great restaurants in the area! However room smelled like smoke so displeaseing, beautiful lobby and great looking rooms. Another however, wife said breakfast was yucky and gross. Overall pretty quite and nice pool area!

For just a little bit more than a holiday inn you can get a great suite. Large kitchens and bathrooms. Wonderful staff and comfy beds.

Spacious and very clean. Breakfast and supper were the best of anyplace we stayed during our weeklong family vacation. Staff at the front desk and dining area were very friendly and helpful. Everyone in our family agreed that this was the best place we stayed.

Love having a kitchen, minus the oven. Saves so much on eating out. Room was nice. A/C cold on a hot day. Close to The Henry Ford. Does are very noisy when they slam closed. Breakfast was very nice.

Location is great, just off of Telegraph and Michigan Ave. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Service has been very helpful with any issues I experienced with my commute and checking in/out. The pool is very clean and the hot tub is great after a long day at work. The morning breakfast was more than I expected, better than most hotels I have stayed in. Also having the small kitchen and full size fridge makes it feel less of a hotel and more like a smaller home away from home.

I LOVE IT! I recomend the entire universe staying here … the people are so nice here the rooms are very clean everything is super updated. When you are given your room your room comes with plates spoons cups pots stove dishwasher and etc super fancy… oh and BTW since my room was in the 3rd floor I needed the elevator to get to the lobby and the elevator like comes like 3 seconds after u click the button.

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms. Breakfast served daily and dinner Monday though Wednesday. The bed and pillows were very soft.

At first it was fine. We were there do to a house fire. About a month and half into… we were notified of a noise Complaint from the staff. Which we didn't understand because my son was just playing with his car toys. Anyways. The manager told us "get the hell out" and we had to leave by 12 or the police would be called. We have been there for almost 2 months and never had 1 complaint. We never even complained about all the parties that was thrown there. And all the kids that was there as hotel guests. The only positive thing I have to say is… the kitchen lady is AMAZING… I would never come back to this hotel by the way the general. Manager spoke to us. We called corporate and they were in disbelief as well. Now the GM won't even return or answer Corporates phone calls… if something isn't shady there I don't know what is.

Comfortable, good atmosphere, new, I would like more security.
