The Jacuzzi room was very clean that we stayed in. I always feel the Jacuzzi up with bleach water to clean the jets from leftover dirt. However, this time there was no residue left behind. Great job to the housekeepers!

Made reservations… Check in at 3, had to wait over 1/2 hour for room. Down size room from queen beds to full.

Returned to room, sounded like a sports game going on from room above. Very thin walls… Not adequate accommodations.

Didn't have rooms ready and waited over 30 minutes and didn't get the room we were getting in the first place.

Got a jacuzzi room over the weekend for my birthday. The room was very nice. We were looking for jacuzzi in the room as well as tub in the bathroom. Jacuzzi worked great! Beautiful layout. Very clean. Air conditioning worked great! The room had everything we needed plus more! Fridge, microwave, Keurig! Bathroom was spacious and also very clean. Sheets were also very clean :) I read a lot of reviews at hotels about having thin walls. We heard no noise! Kids in the halls but I have a son so it didn’t bother me. My son loved swimming in the pool. Small workout area as well, didn’t get to use it this time but next time I plan to. We will definitely be back! Oh and free breakfast:) definitely a plus and lots of variety for everyone!

Stayed here 1 night. Clean room, nice size room. Right by highway but was quiet. The breakfast was amazing. They had a great big selection of foods. We would stay here again.

My family always spend our Christmas celebration here and have for many years there is usually 50 or more of us. Also like this weekend some of the family got together to welcome a new little one to the family. We would not use anyplace else for our get togethers.

Nice clean room with access to a pool that was handicap accessible and used salt water for the pool. Close to freeway entrances and fast food.

If I could give zero stars I would. Recommended this hotel to friends from out of town. Blood stained sheets and a filthy bathroom. Towel in the toilet and urine on the toilet and floor, bugs in the sink. Called the front desk for Amanda to say that there was nothing she could do. There isn’t a manager on duty. The worst part was not once did she apologize. I felt awful for recommending this hotel to our friends.

Been here many times for travel ball. Air conditioner works well, nice area for teams to get together in lobby. Outdoor seating. Nice exercise room and indoor pool.

The staff was friendly & not lazy. Everyone did their job. Great experience.

Room was comfortable and had all expected features. However the internet was not adequate, testing at just over 2mbps. I was unable to stream HD TV shows without frequent buffering.

The indoor pool was so fantastic. The experience I had here was the best I have ever received from any hotel.

Clean room which is very important. Great bed and pillows. Pool is very small and elevators are slow. Public area downstairs areawas great.

Free upgrade on my room and courteous staff…

Not your normal freebies. Drunks loitering at the lobby entrance and church service in the conference room (just happened to be next to our room). After those two items — the other negative comments would be nitpicking. Last thing, complained to management and was told our points would be refunded. Only received 10k of the 15k used towards this stay.

We had a group of about 20 here for a training seminar and many of us stayed overnight. Debbie was fantastic throughout the entire process, great example of customer service. While the front desk attendants would often be in the back room on their phones even though they could see people waiting, that's the only downside we experienced. The rooms were clean, our conference room was set up and we were served cookies and drinks that we're always refilled promptly. Thank you so much Debbie for all your help!

Cleanest Holiday Express and most welcoming I've ever stayed at! We WILL stay here again if in the area. Beth at the front desk is the best! I can't believe she's not manager already!

The room was nice and well kept, only downside was needing to check in before hand during the day time.

My housekeeper was an amazing worker, very sweet, and made me feel at home. Best hotel I've stayed in.

Breakfast is old, orange juice separates in my cup. Other than that, great staff, clean rooms.

The hotel was clean. Staff was professional and helpful. The room was nice but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. May be personal preference but my wife and I both were uncomfortable.

The staff is very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and maintained very well. It's close to the airport so that is nice if you need that as well.

Great Hotel, breakfast has many options. Staff was very nice and helped us with anything we needed. My son was teething and fussy most of the time and staff was very understanding and helpful.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was great. The water was hot! The hotel is very run down for an HIE. Won't stay here again.

I was there for a business meeting, so I never got to see any rooms. But the lobby and meeting area were wonderful. The hostess was not very friendly, but I blame that mostly on the size of my group and the unpleasant hour of our visit.

This Holiday Inn Express is one of the most run down ones I've ever stayed at. We stay here frequently for work because of the location. It needs a lot of work to make it what I expect. The staff is nice but have had many mistakes in booking/bills/points. The cleaning staff could do a better job. I would not take my wife here,, only stay because of work.

Better than average continental breakfast. Clean rooms, close to highway and restaurants. Starbucks nearby.

A standard room that is quite dated and not super clean. It is an older style Holiday Inn Express. Workers were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was extensive.

Kim was very helpful. The hotel and room were clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great.

When arrived our room was given to someone else. I applied for after 10 pm arrival. The gal front desk said they tryed calling me… there is no record on my phone. After I left, my husband went to speak with her, she told him we never had a reservation, and your website was in error of booking the room. To even make matters worse, we traveled for 20 hours from OK to MI for my Dad's funeral on Wednesday. So happy that that Laquita inn was able to help us.

Had a great stay @ this location. Staff was wonderful. Room was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. The Wednesday evening nacho bar was delicious. We enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool and hot tub. Would recommend this location to everyone. Management was the greatest. She really made us feel like part of the family.

The rooms were great and service impeccable. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay.

The electric sockets didn't work inside our room, and the breakfast was terrible. I've never in my life thrown bacon away but at Holiday Inn I couldn't eat even one bite — it was that terrible. And we went in 50 minutes after the start of breakfast time, assuming it would be relatively fresh. When we were trying to check in, the person working didn't know how Expedia handles bookings and we had to give her a new card to hold against our booking. We were there just for the night, and I didn't like my time there at all. 2/5 — would not recommend.

Rooms were adequate. About what I would expect at this price range. The bed was a bit squeaky, which I usually don't expect from hotels. Everything looked and felt very clean, a huge plus in my book. Outlets were a bit difficult to find, and one was even broke. Also, the timed warming light in the bathroom was broken, and turned on and off on its own all night. However, staff was exceptional. Polite and pleasant on every encounter. I'll say it again, everything felt very clean.

Very easy to find location, front desk was terrific with all my accommodations. Both rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool was heated as described. And breakfast was terrific. I would go go back any day.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Popcorn, cookies, chek mix and salted in the shell peanuts in the lobby each night. Also had deli sandwiches and chips on Wednesdays. Nice rooms with new very comfortable bedding. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again.

I'm at this hotel for three weeks on company business. Therefore, the bill for the room is covered by my company. The hotel desk agent needed my bank card for any incidentals like having snacks charged to me and not my company. Long story short, they took three thousand dollars from my personal bank account. The next hotel agent said it would be refunded. We'll see… As the latter hotel agent said; "Lack of Training. " However I think drafting such a large amount from my bank account is more than a lack of training. Beware. Do not give them your bank info if you're on company business.

Not a bad play to stay, I have bad experience here. The room I got is near the elevator so you always hear motor nose when every time the elevator moving. The room not quited as I please because I can hear running step or foot step when the the guess live above my room. Maid come and clean everyday however I notes the pillow are very dusty, I don't think they change the pillow or clean it. Other than that breakfast are great u get verity of food.

Just stayed with them for NYE! The room was nice until I had to kill bugs after bugs after bugs smh I was disgusted and scared as hell. I told the people at the front desk he gave me $50 back and I emailed general manager and I'm still waiting to hear back from her.
