Very nice and extremely clean motel room with everything you need. Owners were very friendly and they had breakfast ready for us before 7 AM. Certainly a diamond in the middle of the UP. Looking forward to staying there again!

We stayed two nights at The Village Inn and slept on comfortable mattresses. The V I is VERY CLEAN and the continental breakfast had much to offer. Loved the TRENARY TOAST — and the coffee was great and plentiful. The innkeepers were very friendly and attentive to any needs. We will definitely be saying at the Village Inn again.

Family of 5 with kids under 5 and this place was great! The breakfast perfect for quick on the go or relaxed if you want. Close to everything but quiet and secluded enough to feel like you’re way off the beaten track which is fantastic! Warm comfortable room and beds! Great service and helpful with all our questions. We will be back in the winter!

Nice clean rooms, friendly owners. Only downside that I found was the breakfast. They only have cereal, yogurt, muffins, and a few other things. Nothing warm, would have liked to see waffles or eggs. Other then that it was very nice place to stay.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was great to have the fridge and microwave in the room as well. The continental breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh and delicious options. The managers of the motel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the company of Gibson the dog as well. We would definitely return next time.

I stayed here while attending the Trenary Outhouse Race Classic and it was a perfect place to stay. They were very friendly and the place was extraordinarily clean, way beyond what was expected. The breakfast they served was nice (bagels, cereal, cinnamon roles/muffins, fruits, yogurt and toast). Additionally, they had a dog behind the counter and they allowed him to come out and say hello and showed us a few tricks! I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here a year ago today. Upon this stay I was surprised to see new ownership. We stayed in the same exact room. It has had amazing updates. You can feel the breath of fresh air speaking with the new owners. I love how clean it is here and how friendly the staff is. Breakfast set up was great. I will always stay here when I come up for the eben ice caves! quiet, affordable, comfortable and homey!

Wonderful motel run by wonderful people. It’s a great value. I was pleasantly surprised, this place is cleaner than my own house and there was Wi-Fi, breakfast, and good coffee. Would definitely come back! Oh, super sweet pup too!

Friendly owners/staff! Rooms are spacious and clean! Continental breakfast is available in the morning and the coffee was on! Location is about 15 minutes outside of Munising and about 10 minutes to the Eben Ice Caves. The Village Pub is down the street and has beer on tap.

Need a motel close to Pictured Rocks or while snowmobiling in the winter? Hit this place up, super clean rooms, 2 sinks, 2 double beds, microwave and fridge in each room, hot coffee, donuts and cereal complimentary available every morning. Grocery store down the street and make sure to visit The Village Pub (walking distance), tell Tammy (the pub owner) Karen from CA says hello!

Absolutely spotless! Friendly owner and all around great little place to stay!

Ok Motel. Basic, Clean. But missing few things you would usually find coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, full breakfast. The owner was corteus enough to brew a fresh pot of coffee for us and give us his iron. Munising is just 20 mins away, so conveniently located.

Spacious and clean. Downside was no phone reception and Wi-Fi was spotty. Overall great place to stay!

We found the staff very helpful and kind. The room was very clean, beds quite comfortable. Would recommend this motel to anyone traveling north. Also, close to Cruise for Picture Rocks. After my stay, I called to ask if I left my hearing aids there, after the owner searched, he didn't find, but so glad he took the time to look.

Great small motel experience. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds were a little firm for my liking. But overall I would definitely recommend this motel for anyone visiting the Munising area.

Owner is super nice and goes the extra mile. Very clean. Only warning is that the beds are very, very, firm. My pregnant wife had a rough time on them.
