Very nice and courteous staff nice clean rooms and privacy, for relaxation. Enjoy the free Wi-Fi, coffee and vending. Various amenities, such as gym and pool, mini fridge and microwave. Thank you for a very pleasant stay! I will definitely be back!

Indoor pool. Coffee or tea with condiments in room. Safe in room for valuables. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron with ironing board and blow dryer.

Nice looking, I would request a riverview if that interests you, 2nd floor. Room 115 had a unpleasant odor, but you habituate to it in a few minutes. Room layout in my double queen room was odd… sink is in the main room, separate from toilet and tub. If you wake sooner than others, you can't fully get ready because of this. There is a pool, and free breakfast.

Location was good. Service not so much. I didn't get the accessible room I asked for, and they lack enough curb cuts. I could either park by front door where there was a curb cut but a long walk to my room, or park by a door close to my room with no curb cut. This is unacceptable. Also, they only charged me for one of the 2 rooms when I reserved them. My friend paid for 2nd room on site with her card, we thought, but they charged my original credit card instead of hers. That is just weird. I would not stay there again.

Nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfy so were pillows. Very clean. Enjoyed our night stay.

This hotel is beautiful inside & out, they have the BEST staff — those women were all so friendly and helpful, so close off the interstate and close to shopping and dining — can't wait to go back and stay here and do a river cruise!

Fantastic! We arrived in town and found this hotel at 11pm. The staff was great at helping us get a room at the last minute at a great rate. They were pleasant and accommodating during our stay. Thank you Diane Murphy and staff for a great stay.

The location is perfect. Easy access to the highway and a view of the Mississippi River. Rooms are very clean and service seems great!

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The in-room whirlpool was exactly what was needed after a long day of driving.

We go to this place every year for reunion they treat us like family and remember us from year to year. Highly recommend this place.

They're going downhill quicky! Yucky breakfast! Noisy! Problems again getting into our disability room! Unfriendly service… disconnected people skills. You would think that they would step it up a bit on Easter!

Good decent place to stay off the interstate. Decent rates and breakfast was a good selection. They have a pool but we where there for new years eve and the sign for the pool said it was at 80 degrees. I could hardly swim for. More then 5 minutes as I was freezing. Overall a good place to stay.

This hotel is horrible. 1st off its connected to a Super 8 which is not advertised. 2nd, the housekeeping is lazy as hell. Comes in to do a half ass job, doesn't always take the trash out, forgets to leave wash clothes, doesn't always make BOTH beds that are being slept in. To top it off, the last few nights of our stay the room started to reek of cigarettes. The front desk wasn't concerned dispite the fact that it's a non smoking hotel. I'm definitely making a formal complaint with the corporation.

Nice rooms, very clean, and they were pet friendly and right off the highway, so that worked great for me! The woman at the front desk was super friendly too.

If I could give no stars I would. Called to change my reservation by one day and the price went up. When I asked about it, Kayla did not state but instead was defensive to put it nicely. Kayla then stated she did not know why. I asked if it could be corrected to the original price if I moved back to the original dates, instead it again went up in cost. Kayla did not understand and was disrespectful when I asked about it. She then raised her voice and stated she couldn't do anything about it. So, I asked for it to be cancelled. She became sarcastic and rude and stated fine I will cancel it and have a wonderful night. Called the 1800 number to find out it never got cancelled. Really… so I booked at another hotel for around the same price. Great, respectful front desk service at the other hotel. Just sad didn't even get to stay and had bad service, so I can only imagine if we would have stayed…

Bed was comfortable. Overall great quality for the money. Loud train might wake you up. Everything as expected.

Enjoy traveling to LeClaire several times a year, many things to see and do. Big fan of Pink Heals and it is nice to see Comfort Inn / Super 8 take an active role in helping them attend Tug Fest, spreading the word. We have always stayed at this location, can't say enough good about it and the staff that makes it all happen. Wish I could have made the event, maybe next year. Keep up the good work and the support of Pink Heals!

Only reason I am giving it a 3 is because of the view. Yes you can see the water if you look past a few buildings and a road. I expected it to be on the water from their description and their cost. Other than that it was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and served until 10 which was nice. Parking wasn't the best and they do allow pets so be prepared if you have a pet allergy.

I am not giving this hotel a good review for one reason only — there is no one on the desk, or anywhere in the hotel that we can find, after 8pm at night. We are having a minor problem and can't find anyone to help us. It is unacceptable that there is no staff in this hotel at night. Otherwise, the room is fine, clean, with a comfortable bed. If this is typical of Comfort Inns, it will be the last time we book one.

The cable didn't work at all. The evening guest services personnel were absurdly rude. Will not be staying here again.

The staff at this Comfort Inn was spectacular! Friendly doesn't even begin to describe how accommodating the staff was. We were in town for a wedding. We have two small children. The staff let us into our room 4 hours early so or son could nap! Everybody went out of their way to say hello and smile at us. Not just my wife and I but my children as well. One lady let me in to the exercise room, which was closed for painting, just so I could get the water for my child out of the water cooler instead of the tap. Her idea! Not mine! Clean large rooms. A great view of the river. There was tons of food at breakfast and it lasted until checkout it seemed. There were plenty of clean dry towels at the pool. There was delicious lemon water in the lobby. There staff just really knows what they're doing, and it shows.

Awesome and very friendly staff! We had made a mistake with our reservations (accidentally made the reservation for the wrong night, completely our fault) and the staff was very accommodating in finding us a room. We had a wonderful experience, the room was great, had a wonderful view, and was in a wonderful location. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay!

Outdated and not clean. Not friendly front staff, I mean they won't even look at you. Stepped on a big black bug with wings in my room. Carpet old and dirty. Popcorn ceilings. No bags in garbage cans. Tons of flying bugs on and inside windows. EXTREMELY LOUD fridge, had to unplug to sleep. Will NEVER be back.

Good hotel and nice view Bad service. Left my hair starigther in the bathroom I called 2 days later. No one found it I called twice and the lady said nothing was there.

This is a wonderful place to stay great vier of the Mississippi River. You may even get to see a Bald Eagle fliyin over the river. The employees are very helpful and polite. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and nice. A great place to stay.
