My wife and I tried to check in at 4pm to get our room, this is an hour after check in time and they didn't have any rooms ready for us. They said they would call us when a room was ready. My wife checked with them again after an hour and a half passed and still no room. At 6:30pm my wife checked again and they had a room finally but we never got a phone call telling us that one was ready. It was extremely frustrating to have to wait 3.5 hours after normal check in time to get a room. The lady behind the counter never apologized or have any reason for the delay. We talked with the manager and she was very apologetic and gave us a discount (which is the only reason why I'm giving as good of a review as I am). Over all not a good experience though.

Big, clean room for a great price. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or fitness center, but looked nice. Whole place was well-kept. Front desk staff was very accommodating! Shuttle to UIHC was much appreciated. Great breakfast next door with rewards coupon. Super great value!

Outstanding customer service. (Erika & DiJonnaise) They go above and beyond expectations. I used to stay at the Hampton next door because I'm a Gold member w Hilton Honors but I will stay here now. The rate was $25 less per night than at the Hampton. The room is very clean and spacious. It has an indoor pool and a restaurant attached to the building. Room service is offered as well. I will definately be staying here again. :) :)

The outdoor trash cans were overflowing when we arrived, and had been untouched when we left. There was a empty glass on the floor in the hallway next to broken styrofoam that was untouched by the staff, including after the maid came by and the bill was inserted under a door. The pool area was a mess, including broken chairs, used towels on two tables, and bandaids and trash all over one area. Also, a large area of the back parking lot was used up by large storage containers. Rooms were nice, but overall I wasn't impressed.

Resurfacing nd painting parking lot and had to park considerable distance away. Would have been better if they had done half at a time for guest convenience.

Don't even think about making reservations for a wedding party to stay there! Our family booked 50 rooms for my neice's wedding a year in advance at the Radisson! Along with the honeymoon suite. Who stayed in the noisiest room after the wedding, reception, and dance? The newlyweds! The staff gave the the honeymoon suite to a couple that walked in off the street! They gave the bride and groom one of the worst rooms available! How do they make up for this mess? Free champagne? That's it? And if your grandparents or older people are staying, don't count on elevators working. They would have had to carry their luggage up flights of stairs, but the younger family members did it for them. A major disappointment after a joyous day.

Service was great and staff was friendly. Booking got the room arrangements wrong however and we got a room with only one bed when we booked two. They were full so we could not be moved. Also floor of pool was dangerously slippery.

Attended a conference at this location. Was set up well. Restrooms were conveniently located and clean. Staff helpful and nice.

Thank you for the great stay and giving us a room on a last minute change from another hotel we had room mechanical concerns. Awesome and friendly staff and will stay again if we get the chance.

We have to say that the night manager Shawn is extremely nice, understanding and helpful. Great personality, 5 stars for service on top of everything else. The hotel staff has been great there period. We currently have our lil boy in the NICU at the University and had no place to stay. The Radisson works with Ronald McDonald house and got us accommodations there for the night. We have been given many blessings and are thankful for their quick and generous hospitality. The beds are very comfy, the room was clean and the pillows are wonderfully soft and downy.

The bed and linens were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a "rain" shower head and a sizable tub for soaking. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very clean, amazing food, all staff — front desk, housekeeping, wait staff — went above and beyond to help me during my stay. This place sets a new standard for the hospitality industry. Highly recommend.

Went to the conference center for a vendors market. Had a nice experience. Clean. Easy to find.

The ballroom that the event was in was very spacious, had great lighting, and was well decorated. The food provided was also much better than I expected from a hotel.

Great food, good service in the Conference Hall of the Radisson. Very friendly staff! I'd recommend it for your business affairs. It was am enjoyable evening.

Pleasant room with comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi is good. They also have computers available for guests to use. The biggest downfall is no free breakfast, but there is a restaurant next door.

The Radisson hotel and conference center was very clean and neat. Walking into the lobby it felt very warm and inviting.

Pretty decent hotel. The beds we're very comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The toilet could have been a bit cleaner but that was the only complaint. There seemed to be rust streaks along the toilet bowl. Not sure if it was just a hardwater stain though.

Wonderful Christmas Party at the Radisson! The Staff were excellent, the food was great, and our room was comfy and clean.

As a co-owner of Absolute Music, I am happy to give a 5 star review to the Coralville Radisson. They do a fantastic job. We love DJing events here!

The hotel was fairly nice for the price, though the window was covered with some sort of film so there wasn't much of a view. The complimentary shuttle service was quite convenient as well.

The Radisson is an incredible hotel. Offering the very best accommodations when it comes to rooms and services for a very affordable price. Recently remodeled, the Radisson is giving its customers a new insight as to what a hotel stay should be like.

Very friendly gentleman named Richard at the front desk, helpful and pleasant. The room was very nice, the hotel that I saw was clean, the parking lot was clean, the room and the bed was amazing and I was very close to the university hospital.

This is a paid review. Nice amenities and comfortable rooms, but the bathrooms were just okay. Looks like a good place to have events and conferences (there was a wedding reception going in while I was staying there)

We're very pleased with our two day stay here. You called it has been remodeled, which is great. The staff all around was were very friendly and helpful.

We had our block of rooms for our wedding here. The hotel was beautiful! The hospitality room was very convenient! Our suite was up to date, clean, and nice! We highly recommend staying at the Radisson in Coralville!

Very nice hotel and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I thought the price was good too. The online app for getting a room was easy to use while we were driving down the road. The staff was very nice.

I had faster Internet connection in 1997.100kbs download speed? Un excusable.

We were only there for 11 hours. Late night check in was great and had all the information we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, everything worked as expected. This hotel is right off the highway and easy to find.

I came here for a conference but did not stay at the hotel. The conference center was very nice and the staff was professional, polite and helpful.

This review is only for the conference facility and staff. Overall staff was excellent in providing refreshments timely and efficient manner. Lunch service was easy excellent for my group of 25. They did an awesome job clearing and filling drinks. Facility is newer and clean. We were in a smaller conference room near the restaurant, but overall good experience.

It's a place to sleep. The set up of the hotel is confusing, it's like a maze. The room was a decent size with a tiny bathroom. There were items from previous guests under the beds. The room had a weathered look and the carpet felt dirty. There was no breakfast included in the price of the room, instead they gave us a $10 gift coupon for the attached restaurant that we did not use because of the reviews. There was no security to the building, every exterior door was unlocked and did not require a room key to enter. Compared to other Holiday Inn's, this one felt like a cheap motel that cost way too much.

4 years platinum status with IHG this is possibly the worst hotel in the country. Outlets are on the opposite side of the room buried behind furniture. Refrigerators barely get luke warm. Resturaunt food is okay at best. Has cable TV but barley get local TV stations. Ohh. Stayed here for a week on a recent business trip and the same problems all week.

Had a late night check in. Robyn was great at the desk. Good price clean room, great staff.

VERY DISAPPOINTING — PARTY HOTEL We arrived about 6pm and found that the pool area is crowded with party people. There were about 50 or more adults sitting outside and 50 kids jumping in and out and screaming around the pool. The hotel stuff gave us a room overlooking the party. Time passed 9pm, people were keeping playing games, laughing, talking, and eating GMO food. We had to move to other room to have a rest. Fortunately they did have it available. The hotel wasn’t 3 star services. There was a terrible cigarette smell everywhere. Room had no hair conditioner at all. I found only one hair shampoo bottle in the first room and the same only one bottle in the second room, so I guess they are saving for remodeling or so. Would not stay in Holiday Inn ever! Party or guest, they made their choice. I did too.

Horrible experience. Stayed with my husband and three kids while visiting family nearby for the holidays. There was a huge wedding in the convention center and it got way out of hand. Partying, cursing, sexual talk in the hallway went on for several hours and the front desk clerks were unwilling to intervene. Changed rooms three times in an attempt to find peace, the last room we were placed next to teenagers and one of them took a swing at my face with his fist when I asked them to be quiet. Management unwilling to do ANYTHING as far as intervening with the frat party going on all over the entire hotel. Kids upset and woken up often throughout the evening. Morning front desk clerk rolls her eyes, shrugs, and says there's nothing she can do about it other than take down our phone number and pass it to the GM. Rooms were clean, stocked, and freshly updated, however, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Front desk very helpful. Connecting restaurant had good food and decent prices. Overall a good stay. I've been in the industry and appreciate good service.

Stood at counter for 10-15 minutes waiting to check in. Attendant was nowhere to be found. Also, raced back from hospital to get breakfast, only to find that they arbitrarily decided to close the breakfast service early. So, was not able to use the brfeakfast vouchers for my group at all. Did have very nice rooms though, and prices were good.

The Holiday Inn Coralville is located just off of I-80 and not far from the Iowa University atheletic fields. I was meeting a co-worker there who checked in earlier and left a key. The desk staff was very friendly and didn't give me any hassle when I told them a key was left for me. The room was nice and big with two queen beds. They had the standard hotel TV and wireless internet. This Holiday Inn was what I expected from a Holiday Inn. Good nights sleep at a decent price.
