Motel was full so it was a busy Saturday morning. At 630 a. M. One of their coffee urns was empty. Told the staff and they said they would take care of it. At 9 a. M. Urn was still empty as well as all the other urns. At 820 a. M. Made a waffle and they were out of syrup. Told staff and again they said they would take care of it. Left at 9 a. M. And still no syrup. Will see if they do better tomorrow.

Great service. Clean facility. Pool and hot tub are well kept and updated.

It is in a good location & the staff were good, but our room & the rooms of our friends were actually damp with humidity. Despite running the air conditioning, our bed sheets were moist enough that it was very uncomfortable. The constant moisture also included a dank aroma. It was over 90° each day & the south facing rooms were worse than the north facing rooms. At another time of year, or with more normal temperatures, I may have given 4-4.5 stars, because it was very conveniently located near highway 35 with a very nice town & restaurants only a few minutes away.

Compared to the AmericInn my family stayed in inn my home town, this one is awful. The spa in our room is old and loud. U can hear the water running in the spa upstairs very loudly. Our bathroom was dirty on arrival. They would only give us 1 extra pillow for 8 people in our party. They failed to mention they require a $200 deposit per room. The refrigerator in our room does not work and is very noisy. No towels at the pool.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. There is a nice pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Everything as very clean and upto date. We had a good night's rest and enjoyed the breakfast. Yes we would stay here again.

There were a number of concerns that occurred when my spouse and I stayed at the motel on 3/8/18.1) Toilet ran all night long at intervals of every 15 minutes. The running toilet was loud and kept us awake. I talked to the front desk about the problem and the desk clerk recalled a similar issue having been reported in a room recently. Upon checking a spiral notebook, the clerk found that the past issue was in the room we rented and had not been repaired. The hotel rented us the room knowing there had been previous complaints about the same problem, running toilet and no repairs had been completed. 2) The plumbing going to other rooms routed through the wall in our room was extremely loud and made significant noise when the shower was run in other rooms. The sound was loud enough to be highly annoying and also made it difficult to sleep, 3) The remote for the TV did not work correctly. The desk clerk came to the room and had to reattach wires to the back of the TV causing the remote to work better but still not as it should have. 4) Breakfast milk had a sour taste when used on morning cereal. In total, the entire experience was not worth the cost of the room. No adjustment was offered in billing upon check out when the clerk was made aware of the problems we experienced. We will not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here Sunday February 11th overnight and everthing was fine. The best part was that even though I had forgotten to ask for a first floor room my husband did at check in and we were given one with no problem. Enjoyed the hot tub and the free coffee and breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best service I've ever had at any hotel and the housekeeping cleans every little detail you could think. Also best cookies you will ever eat at the front desk.

I wanted to use the hot tub but didn't want to rent a room. Open swim to the public sunday-thursday until 10pm for $5 a person.

Called ahead and asked if they had a lift into the hot tub as I'm recovering from an injury and wanted to speak in a hot tub but can't walk in. They said yes. There was one there but it didn't work. Plug wouldn't stay down so I could even soak in a hot bathtub. Constant water drip in the tub. Otherwise rooms were clean.

Good place to stay at a good price! Nice location near shopping areas but not in the middle so you have to fight a lot of traffic congestion.

Convenient location. Good clean rooms with flat screen TV and direct TV. Breakfast has a pretty good selection as well.

Had an overall pretty great experience staying here. Only drawback was that when we were originally booking the room over the phone, whoever I was talking to had helped me book a two bedroom suite. This lead me to assume that there would be two separate bedrooms attached with common area, but instead it was just a pull out couch in one room and a set of french doors that separate it from a bedroom. I was spending 9 days in this room with my parents so the two bedrooms was kind of necessary, but it wasn't a huge deal. Also, upon explaining the long and difficult journey we had just taken from Phoenix, the woman at the front desk looked into what she could do to lower our rate. Breakfast options were very good, which was especially nice since we were there for so long. The A/C in our room worked really well, even though it was so incredibly hot and humid outside. The facilities were all very nice and clean, the only other complaint I have is the "gym", if you could even call it that. I wouldn't advertise a gym if all it consists of is a treadmill and stationary bike in a closet, but that's just me.

By far the worst customer service ever. I booked my room under Expedia. For some reason my room was booked as a handicap room. Front desk lady claimed Expedia picked the room. After working all day long and going to the gym needed to take a shower. To find out the shower head was broken and the tubing was which caused so much water all over the floor I called the front desk to ask for another room she gave me nothing but attitude I demanded I want a new room so I don't slip and fall she said I'll give you a new shower head instead. She said I'm not giving you another room I don't have any housekeepers on duty right now to clean your room so unless I want a new room I have to pay for two rooms. Never in my life have I been mistreated like this at a hotel you guys are customer service.

AmericInn is the best value in hotels in my opinion. Happy to support them.

It was extremely hot in our room and our air conditioning did not work. We had no cold water in the sink and just a trickle in the tub, it was scalding hot which resulted in my 3year old son burning his hands when he went to wash them after breakfast. I will never go back to this hotel and I dont reccomend it to anyone else either.

Comfy and cozy — wish we could have stayed here longer. Easy check in, staff was great. Rooms were clean, and beds were to my liking! (Plush, my boyfriend loves firm beds) the pool area was the perfect place to come and relax — will come back again!

Great amenities great hotel to stay at the pool is always clean an open and their breakfast is always fresh they have good Wi-Fi and a lot of cable channels that you'd want to see at a hotel.
