Had a large group stay for a nearby wrestling event. Front desk was rude and short. Part of our group were not given the same rate. Some were moved to another floor entirely. When asked to move them the refused even after they were offered to pay housekeeping fee. Miscommunication between management and staff that did not allow us full use of facilities. They did take their full payment however. Will definitely tell everyone I know in the wrestling community to pass on this place. Front desk also snapped at my daughter for something she was not apart of as she walked out of our room.

Clean and great service with nice people!

Tried to stay there last night. Had reservation booked and a confirmation number. When arrived with wife and two small children, was told they were overbooked and my room had been given away. Person at front desk was no help and the hotel manager was "unavailable". No offer to find another property, just " I'm sorry sir, there is nothing I can do to help you. " Then I was asked to move over so that she could help other people check in. We wound up having to drive 20 miles out of town to avoid having to sleep in the car. I am a gold SPG member, and usually receive pretty good service. However, this particular property will not be receiving any of my future business.

Both front desk workers were not at the desk when I tried to check in after waiting 10 minutes they arrived. My price was not the same as what I booked online. I called ahead to the hotel to see how much would need to have reserved on my card with incidentals and taxes. The man was very nice and figured it out for me. When I arrived they declined my card because they were reserving way more than I was told. Not that big of deal except the ladies at the desk were extremely argumentative and told me that I did not call. That I could not have spoke to a man. Finally they looked and told me that I had called central booking. The bedding was damp and smelled like a wet dog. We checked out early.

New hotel in Altoona and the rooms were pretty good. Food was decent (not many options). Room which we stayed didn't have microwave. Most of the points I would give for the staff and clean rooms. Front desk were good. Except for not having a microwave in our room. Everything else is fantastic.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, accommodations were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Easy on and off the interstate. Close to food and shopping.
The 5.5 hour without power was terrible. Too bad there wasn’t a backup generator. Even the emergency lights went out after a few hours. That could be a huge safety concern
Otherwise, we would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, appears to be new construction. All the staff were very nice. The room was nice, a generous bathroom. We liked the view out the window to the lake. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows (yea! ) however there was a lot of noise from the hall. I do drink alcohol but I do not take my toddler to a bar and do not expect to see guests using the breakfast area (in the afternoon and into evening) and having a loud drunken party.

This was a very nice hotel. It had great access off the interstate and next to an outlet mall. They upgraded our room for free. They had excellent custom service. Modern rooms and a great breakfast. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am traveling.

Love this hotel — nice, clean, quiet and modern rooms, good continental breakfast food, internet TV (Netflix, hulu, hbo go etc. ), beautiful view of the lake and close to adventureland and many other places!

We had a great time staying at your hotel, shopping at the Outlets & dining at Johnny’s Steakhouse! Great room, customer service & too many amenities to count! Clean facility and friendly staff! We will definitely recommend to everyone and be back to stat ourselves! Thank you!
