I stayed here with a friend after touchdown for Tatas and the rooms were beautiful & clean, the pool was warm and the breakfast was good! 5 stars!

The rooms were very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Having a restaurant right across the parking lot was extremely convenient as well.

Friendly staff and quick to help. Very clean and good food. Stayed a week and enjoyed each day here!

Don't expect much more than a bed and shower. This place should be able to handle guests better especially with 2 or 3 wedding parties a week during the on season. Rooms for my wedding we screwed up for me and my family. One of my famiky first floor handicapped equipped rooms and the didn't get the right rooms. They screwed up the shuttle ride and took some of my family to a different venue, and they tried double charging many of my wedding guests. Would give it one star, but the clerks at the front desk were polite and friendly and helped as much as possible.

Horrible! They charge $119 a night for an extremely uncomfortable stay! Every chair/couch/surface had stains… the entire inside of the building and room smelled stale and like old cigarettes! I had the windows open in our room to try and breath some fresh air but still didn't help the stale air, obviously had been that way for awhile. We were actually so freaked out to sleep on the bed so we left very early… honestly, I know there are hotels that think this type of "stay" is acceptable but if your going to charge a "premium" price then make sure the room matches that! I paid $88 a night for a different hotel prior to this stay that was trully an IMPECCABLE stay! Tell me how that makes Any sense $$ wise. Just needed to sleep a little as we had been driving for hours & now I regret even booking this place… hope to forget this experience. I am not one to write bad reveiws but this was unbelievable.

We had a great stay for my sons 11th birthday. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I will recommend this hotel to friends and we plan on coming back. Thank you especially to Jen at the front desk!

Was greeted at the door and assisted to the desk. Speedy check in. We stayed 4 days, the oool, hot tub and sauna were all functional. There was an adequate gym room. The Candle Light Inn Restaurant next door was superb. The maid servicecwas exemplary as was the free hot breakfast. The next time I'm in Rock Falls it will be my place to stay.

The Country Inn & Suites is the best hotel we have in our two towns. Recommend to anybody traveling and wants a clean room and a good night's sleep.

Had to move here for work when my other housing wasn't ready. Staff was wonderful! Amber greeted me and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and take care of all my needs! Room was a suite and was amazing. Can't wait for breakfast in the morning. Room was spotless and ready for me upon arrival. Received a free drink voucher for restaurant next door which I hear great things about. More to come!

Didn't share that pool was closed and room ceiling had a leak. We were told that they called people to let them know if a number was provided. We did give a number when booking and they asked what my last four digits of my number was correct when I checked in. Was not informed nor given any discount and was told manager would call me Monday because they couldn't give a discount. It is now wednesday and still no call or discount. Well the next day after posting this I received a call with a 20.00 refund what a joke.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The problem was the breakfast. When the fresh scrambled eggs were brought out, I was the first one to take some they were cold as was the sausage. I ate them since I had a schedule to keep, but not pleased. We stay at many Country Inn's and have always had fantastic breakfasts that we're kept hot so was very dissatisfied.

Nice surface. Nice people. But the showers are cold/luke warm; TV wouldn't work (had to be reset and all night it flashed in and out) ; the pillows are old down (the feathers poke into your skin) ; the towels are tiny and thin (bring a roll of paper towels). They did call me before I came to tell my the hot tub and pool are not working. Heading to breakfast now… oh dear.

My go to hotel when in the area visiting family. Kids love the pool. Free breakfast… Who doesn't love a hot Belgium waffle and coffee? Clean rooms… Awesome staff. A minor complaint… Keep young kids out of the fitness area… Nobody under 16 without adult supervision.

The stay was pretty uneventful. The front desk had great phone etiquette and even let us check in early to get ready for a wedding. The rooms are really spacious and have a separate living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a with its own door and lock. I would recommend staying here to anyone and would stay again. The rooms even come with blow dryers and irons and ironing boards. Breakfast was hot, taste and complimentary as well. They've earned every star on this 5 star rating.

Although there are things that need updating here, the staff is always super accommodating, and the rooms are clean. I would like to especially thank Justin for his consummate customer service and attention to detail. His presence makes me want to return.
The pool and hot tub are a nice size and they had beach balls and pool noodles for the guests to use!

Was treated great from the phone call booking, to checking in, through the whole night, the rate was amazing and the pool, hot tub and sauna was perfect, highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even though they told me the TV did not work I mean what's a hotel without a TV my shower curtain kept falling down because the pole was broken on the wall but the breakfast was pretty good maybe we caught them on a bad day I expected more from this place or better.

Love the breakfast buffet. The DIY waffles are my favorite part. The room I stayed in was a good size, and the queen beds were just the right size for my wife and me. I was attending an event in Chadwick and this hotel was the closest major one to that location, but it's still half an hour away. I didn't particularly care for the shower curtain in our room. It is on a curved bar, and it kept sliding down to the middle of the curve. Looks like the bar may be mounted incorrectly. Also, perhaps a mat of some sort should be placed in front of the tub, because I had significant trouble with traction while getting out of the shower.

Friendly staff. Nice enough rooms. Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast. Free cookies all day long.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, May 5-10, 2016. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel was always clean. I even commented to my husband that I liked that it smelled clean when you walk in the door. The breakfasts were very good. There was a nice variety each day and the staff kept everything well stocked and the area very clean. We didn't use the pool but it also looked very clean. There was also a coin washer and dryer available which came in handy for us. We will definitely stay here again if necessary.

A great surprise for its location in a small out of the way town. Good service, welcoming staff and nice rooms. Definitely worth checking out.

We attended a business meeting at 9:30am. The meeting room had a nice appearance, but was only stocked with ice water and no coffee. This was made worse by the fact that the thermostat didn't work properly, so the air conditioner was on full blast for the duration of the meeting.

This is by far the cleanest hotel in Rock Falls, with the competition only being a Days Inn and a Super 8. This is the only place I will stay in Rock Falls.

Spent several nights here while visiting friends and family in the area. Nice quiet rooms and helpful staff. Seemed we couldn't get a standard room as very busy so had to have a suite. A lot of room but not needed for just the two of us and spendy. Nice indoor pool and quick access to town or the freeway. Good breakfasts. Stayed one night across the street. Mistake. Tried the diner to the North. Another mistake. Great place to eat across the parking lot however.

Suites are in line for smalltown, USA. I travel all 50 states plus year round… not bad for the dollar. Don't expect any more than what you pay for and courtesy is Queen here!

I've stayed here many, many times on business trips. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and well kept. The free breakfast in the morning is great. Can't think of anything bad to say. This is how a hotel should be run.

We're regulars at Country Inn and Suites and have seen quite a few. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend it to friends, and will stay again if in the area. The service was fantastic — — front desk, weekend dining staff. The facilities are a bit tired in places (paint peeling here and there, slow drains), and the pool isn't as big as we hoped for, but it's the best bet if you're staying in the area.

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn in 2009 and now Country Inn in 2010 after it was remodeled last year. While Country Inn was the most expensive out of the currently 3 choices in the area, I'm definitely willing to go back to Country Inn again and again. You can never go wrong with flat screen tv's — the Wi-Fi was extremely easy to connect to, and the room I stayed in was great. I did not use the whirlpool, but a friend of mine that also stayed here used it and enjoyed it. When checking in they informed me what floor had Coke products for sale (3rd floor for the record) since the other two floors have Pepsi products. That was nice of them. If I had to find a complaint it would be that the breakfast (Sunday morning at least) did not open until 7AM. I had to be out before 6 AM, so I would have appreciated breakfast opening around 5. One more positive thing about the rooms: digital thermostat's on the heating/cooling unit. Very comfy.
