Customer service was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Downfall was housekeeping knocking on the door starting at 9 am because we didn't put the do not disturb on the door. They get a list from the front desk as people check out but they choose to wake you up instead.

Had a nice getaway with the husband. We had a free night from his Windham rewards. Bed was comfortable and husband liked the pillows, which is different for him. It was busy but quiet. Thanks for a nice night.

Fast reliable Wifi, Clean, Excellent staff, great location and cheap. Ive been staying at this particular hotel for years while traveling for work. Im able to stay at the comfort inn or the holiday inn express here in town but I choose the Super 8 over both of them. The staff are absolutely incredible and go out of their way to help. The housekeepers do an amazing job and this is a REALLY clean hotel that has been updated recently. The location is great because its right next to walmart, truck stops and a lot of locations for food. The price is also great too… they should charge more because they are a LOT better than the comfort inn.

One of the better super 8s I've stayed in, pretty clean and the rooms are consistent.

This hotel was very clean and had very helpful and friendly staff. Also the free continental breakfast, while small was tasty. Would book again.

Super 8 at Rochelle is my "home away from home" and I am so appreciative of the service that the staff provides. The front desk people, Liz, Cheryl, Mike, Diane and James always make sure that my room is ready and comfortable. I need to rest during the day hours and they do their best to make sure that I am given a quiet room in which to rest in. The cleaning staff always supplies me with a clean room,. And it is always properly supplied. Many thanks to the staff at the Rochelle Super 8. Keep up the good work!

I was surprised to see the parking spot closest to the door reserved for veterans. A beautiful gesture that costs nothing but sensitivity. Very warm opinions over that.

James and Diane are awesome! They make you feel like your right at home. I recommend coming back! No problems with us at all. Very clean and polite.

This hotel has just what I want. A clean quiet place to stay that is not very fancy and is a good value. We stayed on a Saturday night and had no problems with rowdiness or noisy guests. The rooms were very clean although furnishings were a little worn. Perfect for me!

It's no Holiday inn express, but it's a lot cheaper. Decently clean. Front desk wasn't overly friendly, but wasn't ride either. If just looking for a place to sleep, I'd stay here again.

First time staying here and had a very good experience at this budget hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked great. The frig in the room was also bigger than most hotels. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast too as it had more options than we expected. The front desk staff did a great job of keeping the coffee and food stocked and wiping down tables. This place is also close to DeKalb. We will stay here again when in the area.

Our stay was very enjoyable from the minute we walked into the lobby and talked with the desk clerk. He was most helpful getting my necessary medical equipment into our room, which, by the way, was perfectly located for us. The room was very comfortable, including the bed and bedding and the shower — yes! plenty of HOT water! I was not motivated early enough to enjoy your breakfast but my husband said it was fine. We would highly recommend your facility.

I enjoyed the Super 8 last year so much that I booked it for this years event at the same Super 8 I attended before, very happy with the service and the cleanliness of the room.

Dirty towels, dirty carpet, towels felt like they were bleached beyond their usage. Morning breakfast was abysmal and not worth dealing and waiting for another 15 people to use the one waffle maker.

The customer service was terrible, there were cigarette burns in the sheets, the paint was scratched off the walls in places. The only saving grace was there was hot water in the shower.

Its was OK I stayed overnight nice beds good Wi-Fi, cable TV and breakfast in the morning.

I guess there are a lot worse as far as hotels go, but this one was a bit poo. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely AWFUL. The room was clean, and the TV was an HD Flat Panel TV, so that was good. I don't know if my nose was playing tricks on me, but I thought that I smelled paint fumes. The vending machines had some interesting items in it like Tide Fabric Softener. Stuff would not work properly… This was the worst part. They couldn't get their Wi-Fi working… FAIL. The drink vending machine was one of those you usually find at a rest atop. The cream on the pie was when the thing would not take the dollar we gave it, so eventually we had to ask the nice lady for change. Then it gave us the soda. Once I walked by and the stupid ice maker engaged when no one was near it. I think I was because it wasn't functioning properly. Who wants a good hotel with nice and peaceful rooms… Well too bad because first off it is by a highway, but we were on the opposite side, and that was good. However, the compromise was the loud people in the lobby. They were literally people drinking beer, and were playing "Girls Socrates". They were loud, so try to book when there isn't some game being played in the lobby. The staff was nice, but not very helpful. If you know what I mean by that statement. The breakfast was good, but there was hardly a selection. It did taste pretty good though. It is just in the middle, I made it sound awful, but I just had to point out some things.

I really liked it there it was nice helpful they give you advice on wear to go if not nowing where to go.

Very good value and they have a CDL discount. Everything was clean and in good repair and the bed was a very comfortable pillow top. There is a fridge and microwave in every room. The service was outstanding! I called the front desk to ask for a fan because I have asthma and a fan helps me breathe at night. At first he said they didn't have any, but after I explained why, he brought me one right away. When I found out it was his personal fan and tried to tip him, he said "No, you are my guest and it is my job to make you happy. ".

Microwave wouldnt work, doors slamned all nite and spare tite stollen off of my truck while parkd next to office.

Thought the motel a little overpriced for area and amenities. Could have been about $10 lower. Cleanliness OK, but several areas look like they needed a sweep. Continental breakfast merely adaquete — could use to stay open later. On the plus side, it was quiet and the night staff very helpful concerning info on local restaurants. If you want to view trains, stay in rooms on the south side of the motel. Nice views of farmlands off north side.
