Great staff! very clean and SO reasonably priced! we have been here more than a few times to enjoy the fishermen's special and have had a great experience each time.

Great hotel. Definitely did not expect it to be such a good quality hotel for a small town. The rooms were clean and spacious. The workers were sweet and helpful.

Awsome place and awsome people. Been broke down for 2 days and nothin but greatness.

We had low hopes in this little town, but Cobblestone was nice, clean, with a very helpful staff and good continental breakfast. A pleasant surprise.

We had the most wonderful experience here at the Newton location. From the beginning Marg helped us and she made us feel so welcome. We were so far away from home but Marg and the staff at Cobblestone Newton made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was so beautiful and clean. We had been exhausted from the long drive so this quite location made our night a nice and peaceful one. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious. We don't come this way very often, but when we do we will definitely be staying here again and again. Thank you Marg and the staff here in Newton for the wonderful hospitality and for making sure that our stay was a great one! P. S our baby boy thanks you for making sure he has a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

Took way too long to get rooms that were already reserved and paid for. Called by phone, reserved rooms, paid for them. Long day of work (12hrs), exhausted, ready for sleep, we get to the hotel. Extra paperwork and credit card information needed upon arrival, took 10 minutes or so. Wasnt happy about it.

Got the pleasure to stayvthe night w our new puppy and Steven and Mark were wonderful and super helpful… thank you guys for a clean stay and for feeling at home when so far away from home.

Decent hotel, clean rooms, nice staff. Has an indoor pool, but the room is like a sauna… almost to hot to swim. Over-priced for what it offers & location, but only hotel in Newton, so what're you going to do?

This is one of our fa orite places to stay. An unbelievable gem tucked away in a small community. Very clean and very friendly. Mark is our favorite!

I have stayed at this motel every month 2 days. The staff that works 2 and 3 shifts are the best. Mark and Dave. The remember me by name. They make my stay very comfortable and the friendly nature makes me come back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, hotel bar and slot machines. Best place to stay in the area.

Breakfast not too good but the hotel itself is good.

I have stayed at this location many times and can’t point out a single problem to complain about. The Staff is always super friendly and will have great conversations to make you feel like you are at home. The slogan “big city quality, small town values” is absolutely true plus more! I wish there were more hotels and staff like the Newton Crew! Thanks for the wonderful experiences and many more to come!

Stayed Nov 30 — Dec 4. Loved this place! Staff extremely helpful and so nice and pleasant. Clean facility. Very quiet area and good variety of breakfast food. Jill Compton was very accomdating when I called ahead about handicap accessible bathroom. Yes, will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, addressed me by my name, rooms very clean, lobby, smelled clean too. From Ohio, enjoyed with low rates with high quality.

So enjoyed our time there this past weekend. The day manager help me with allowing me to use a hand shovel of his during the day. The night manager Mark, was so very friendly and was there to please us always with what ever we needed. Thank you Mark!

Great hotel. Staff always greets you and asks if there's anything they can do. Clean rooms and lots of extras on property. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through or close. Little bit off of 70 but nice drive and well worth it.

A few friends and I stayed in this hotel on our way to see the solar eclipse. It's such a wonderful hotel! The staff was amazingly helpful, and we actually ended up staying an extra night because it was so nice. The breakfast selection was great, the pool was clean and a good temperature, and the room was really comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Southern Illinois, and I'd stay at any of their other hotels in the chain if they're as nice as this one.

The staff were very accommodating, even let us put our luggage in our room before check in. Rooms were clean and nice and for the price you can't beat it. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were great and the staff was pleasant. However, the in room coffee machine had not been cleaned, there was left over coffee from a spill all over the cups and tray and the hairdryer did not work.

My stay at Cobblestone was quite pleasent. My wife and I stayed at the Cobblestone in Newton IL for our anniversary.

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good, you can get beer or wine at the desk, and the furnishings are nice. Great for a small-town place!

I loved working out here also swimming the rooms were very clean not a dust! Also beds were soft electricity was working well shower always would work and not squeak like a mouse breakfast was good here my son loved swimming so did my daughter buy not as much as my son we also had free Wi-Fi my daughter played on her phone the most my son is only 4 he doesn't need one my daughter is 13 the best part is that overall it's the cleanest place we've ever been to also parking lot was east to see no cracks in the wall.
