I went too book a room the young girl behind the counter. I think her name was Jen she was very friendly and a very sweet girl. She was very helpful. We need more people in the world like her. Yes it was very good rate for the night. Jen deserves a raise for being just so helpful. Thank you for all of your help. I will be coming back too this motel very soon.

I previously left a review for Super 6, as they are actually both in the same hotel. The updates look great and the kitchenette area in the room is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. If you are staying more than one day and plan on cooking, I do suggest bringing along some dish soap. They may provide you with some though, we didn't ask since we were only staying one night. Friendly staff. The elevator is kind of gross though, nasty smell and full of gnats. But otherwise, we'd definitely stay again!

Where to begin. I booked my room several Months in advance of my stay there. I had stayed at this motel previously and it was not in as bad of shape as it was this past weekend. The pool was closed down by the health department. The front desk had told us at check in, on Thursday, that it should be open by Saturday morning. Then another worker told me it wasn’t planned on being open for some time due to it being shut down by the health department. My room was clean, but there were some issues. The air conditioning filter was disgusting with about a quarter inch of dark grey fuzz, some of which looked to include pet hairs as well. It hardly worked as well, and when brought to staffs attention was told those rooms run warmer because they’re in the sun all day. The toilet seat was not secure and every time I did my morning duties I almost fell Off of the toilet. The shower did not drain. If I didn’t take a 3 minute shower I would end up calf deep! The fridge leaked and there was a puddle of water in the bottom. Outside around the pool fence there were random holes, one of which my small child got his leg stuck in. Thank god he wasn’t hurt. There were also these pipes or drains sticking out of the ground next to the sidewalk on the interior of the motel. They looked disgusting inside and had flies buzzing around. I don’t think this is an employee/staff issue, I believe this is an owner issue. The place is slowly starting to fall Apart. Maintenance needs to be done regularly!

The pool was completely green so we couldn't swim. And we were there for 3 days. Went to another hotel to swim. The washer and dryer were broke. Glass all over the ground outside our room. Stayed 3 years in a row. Probably won't be staying a fourth.

Our stay there was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Noticed there was no complimentary shampoo or alarm clock. First time in years I have stayed at a hotel that did not have them. Drain in the tub was a bit slow — we ended a shower in a little pool of water. Walkway on the second floor cluttered with a bit of debris. Staff was friendly courteous and responsive to our needs. The restaurant was great — friendly service and delicious, reasonably priced food. Was sad there was no continental breakfast. A great place to stay of all you hope to have is a place to sleep and want to go easier on the wallet.

It was great. Wonderful food and Drinks are reasonable … pools very clean and definitely nice to take a Dip in during this hit weather.

While the motel room is clean as can be there has been numerous problems in less than 12 hours. When we first arrived, the air conditioner wasn’t working. It’s 100 degrees outside and the room was sitting at roughly 80-90 degrees. They brought in a new air conditioner and the room won’t get any cooler than about 75 degrees. Go to take a shower, the shower head is positioned towards the shower curtain so the bathroom flooded. The water only stayed hot for about 3 minutes. Our fridge isn’t working at all. So there’s food wasted. And now after dealing with all of this nonsense, the TV isn’t working. They never offered any money back, never offered a new room, only said “sorry, we can’t fix the issues. ” Never again, Pekin IL.

Staff was completely ready to help with any questions, problems, privacy and my dog Tytan was as welcome as I was. My stay was enjoyable and I believe I made some new friends. I would recommend motel 6 or Studio 6 to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pekin Illinois. Friendly curious at a great price even an extended stay. That is what I did and don't regret 1 minute. I had a great time being there. Shirley and Tytan my dog. Thanks again Motel 6 and staff.

Sketchy is all I am going to say. Only booked cause every other place was full. Should've driven 2 more hours and stayed with family.

Call the motel for pricing. It will be way cheaper than anywhere online. Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. I'm a lady of simple pleasures, and this motel does the trick. Never staying in a motel before, I was pretty uneasy about the door open to the outside. I am young, and even I feel safe here. Its clean, the staff is wonderful and will do everything they can to make sure you're comfy. The bar attached to the motel is very convenient and the food is pretty decent. The only cons are that the walls are thin and some of the tubs need some loving, but just don't take a bath, turn your TV up and you'll be good. Best part of my stay? The people watching is absolutely choice. 10/10 would stay again.

Other than the squishy mattress, the room was fine and with all the amenities. A dorm frig, microwave, table & chairs, towels, and soap. I did have problems with the key card not working right. But, I was able to park outside of my room.

FREEZING! The weather was cold, it is middle of January, but we didn't expect the room to be so cold. It should have been a warning when we entered the room and both the sink and tub faucet were at a slow trickle so they wouldn't freeze. After 1 1/2 hr and we still had our coats on under the covers with cold noses called the front desk. We were moved to another room. Better-yes. Great-no. I don't think the little wall units that are suppose to heat the room are enough. In the morning to shave had to make 2 sinks of hot water to warm the sink just so the 3rd sink full could hold a little heat. A twin bed would have been adequate size for as close as we slept. We are from central Missouri so we have cold and had been a deep freeze too. It's not as if we are not use to those outside temps. Home never felt so good.

It was actually really good. Didnt think it would be due to it being a Motel 6 bit it was good. Only bad thing was no continental breakfast. The pool is outdoors too.

The reception at the desk Lori was amazing and very helpful. I thank her so much for being a out of towner and trying to help my son. Which is Donald. Ty so much for giving him a good night rest he deserve.

I have stayed in the hotel previously before it was acquired by Motel 6. Although it was not the premier lodge, I did like the carpet and the comfort feeling. With the new acquisition, the floors have been converted to laminate flooring which offers a very cold and uncomfortable feeling. The room furnishings felt cheap and like many pieces were still missing. The environmental controls were nearly impossible to read and it was a guessing game to determine the required settings. The hotel advertises newly refurbished rooms however the tub area was untouched and still had cracked/damaged tubs. The sink was so high off the ground I feel sorry for shorter patrons. The mini refrigerator being places on the ground appeared there was furniture missing. I am not a fan of having to crouch on all fours to access the fridge or microwave. Overall, the room was sufficient for a temporary overnight stay but I would not spend more than a couple hours required for sleep and going elsewhere. I would almost consider sleeping in my vehicle over staying in such a minimal room again.

Exactly wanted we expected… Not a 5 star hotel, but definitely 5 stars for a Motel 6 in Pekin. The renovated rooms are nice… clean and staff was AWESOME!

It was a decent place to stay for the purpose we needed-a place to sleep while being out in the area all day.

My wife, in a wheelchair, had a hard time getting close to the sink due to the the low frame around the counter. The grab bars were not easy to use when using the stool. We did like the chair that was provided for the shower, but having the stool in the shower area did restrict us somewhat. The bed was very comfortable. I was contacted by the Motel Manager, by e-mail, within 48 hours to contact her about what I had written. Since we live in the same city as the motel, I stopped in and talked with the Manager. She, myself, and the maintenance person went to the room and I demonstrated for them the difficulties my wife had. They were VERY receptive to my concerns. The Manager stated that there were things that could be done and she would make sure that the problems would be rectified. The Management at this location is going the extra mile to ensure that stay people have at this location is the best.

Enjoyed the stay at Motel 6. The remodeled room was very nice and I would definitely recommend your motel to others. Even though the room was pool side, everyone was quiet and I truly was able to get the rest and sleep I needed to enjoy my weekend. Thanks again. I am already planning on return dates.

Horrible customer service! Housekeeping banged on our door repeatedely as if this was an emergency waking us before 9am (even though the do not disturb sign was on our door) and demanded we let them in to check the back of our bathroom door for a towel bar! Yes they woke us up to see if we had a towel bar! And then I went to the front desk to complain the manager proceeded to get annoyed with my complaint and said "im sorry what else do u want? " Wow really! The place is run down needs severe updating. Employees constantly smoking, and housekeeping walking around early in the AM listening to loud music! Beds are uncomfortable and curtains let lots of light in! Do not stay here if u want a good nights sleep!

Workers ruined our stay. Starting work at 7;10 am before we even got up. I was told my room was poolside, I ended up in the hallway across from the leaking ice machine. It gets better, At between 2 and 3 am the workers living down the same side of rooms from me decided to have a smoke right out side my room. Talking, laughing, the smoke was so thick it was coming through my air conditioner. And now the last straw, being I could not sleep because of the smoke and noise I went the bathroom and had 4 water bugs running up ahead of me that I killed. I turned the lights on and they were coming out of the air conditioner right across from the leaking ice machine and water drain. I left a dead one on the floor every day so the room cleaners would see. I guess they don't report things that might make them look like their not doing there job. I would have complained but I had three of my brothers from Washington state who were staying on the 3rd floor from my recomendation because my wife and I had stayed there a couple of years before and loved the pool and sports bar so we did not have to go out to find a place to eat. My brother Gary Johnigk has his own complaints such as the first shower the drain did not drain but he can tell you about that. And now the climax, after your workers got done with their debate and smokes at 3 am, I sprayed the room to get the nicotine smell out. Then the filling of the ice coolers began. No sleep. I killed at least a dozen water bugs.

The price for your rooms was outstanding. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, however, our first room was infested with some sort of large Beatles which crawled up the walls and in the bed. When your staff was told they said that was normal for that time of year and since it was an outdoor hotel every room would have them. After explaining that my entire family was in that same hotel (at least 6 other rooms) and none of them had that problem our room was changed but we were told they couldn't promise we would not have the same problem. We also booked our hotel rooms, all 7 of them months before our stay, a few of us asking to have our rooms next to each other because we come there for a family reunion and we all stay in the same hotel (yours) every two years. This did not happen either. In fact when I asked if we were together I was told yes that my aunt had taken care of that and when we got to our rooms and spoke to my aunt we found out we weren't next to her at all. When I questioned the front desk before unloading my bags o was told that there was a "problem" in the room she was going to put us in so we had to be separated yet when I questioned if we were all together at check in she said yes and never said another word about it. Unfortunately after all of this our family has all decided to go elsewhere for the next reunion due to our visit being less than stellar.

Our son made state so we were there for one night. We were very skeptical to go to a motel but this was the only room we found. So we were so impressed to see an updated room, beautiful, clean and non smelling. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

They overcharged us by 2 extra charges then didn't have the things the site offered. We got a 2bed room with a sofa bed only to get here and be told they don't even have sofa beds at all. We also had to move rooms because they Wi-Fi wasn't picking up in the first room and still isn't in the second room. Works like a champ outside the room though. We will not stay here again!

I'd like to call the health department on this place dirty wear your shoes in room carpet dirty very old dirty windows had door locked someone had another key to room walked in on us. Cigarette butts on sidewalks garbage in parking lot Some staff was nice Of course no management on site will never stay here again.

Came into town to visit family for Easter. Value was awesome and hotel very clean… Staff very friendly:). Continental breakfast was good.

Great stay and wonderful staff, always a pleasure staying here. Stayed here multiple times and each time has been better than the best! Nice job Concorde staff.

Have stayed there numerous times for business and personal and experience is always positive. Located close to some great hunting and fishing as well as the Riverwalk area in Peoria. Would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in the Pekin area.

Service is fantastic. The online hotel booking site I used didn't fax them the info. The called them, got my info and upgraded my room for the trouble! My room was average yet adequate.

I visited the concord in pekin, it was clean and the lounge was great.

Horrible experience. We walked in smelled horrible. When we wome up in the morning we had bug bites all over us. We checked out early and told the women at the front desk how were all bitten up and asked if they had any complaints about bed bugs, she didnt care, was rude and all she said was its flea season everyone has them. Disgusting place and horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service in the morning terrible managment. One desk manager lied to the hotel manager about a situation. I've stayed several times, ask for a late check out each time at night they say no problem an hour late is free they charge after that and the house keeper still always beats on the door early. So the morning manager called me with an attitude saying I always do this and they charge for a late check out. I left a note in room when I checked out asking to speak with store manager. He called and asked what my problem was and I nicely explained the girl who called in the morning was very rude. He then said that he's heard they have had several problems with me and I actually made a girl cry one time when checking in and that's a flat out lie, I'm actually good friends with the girl who checks ppl in at night. She's great. So the girl desk manager knew I was going to make a complaint and made 3 accusations about me that are untrue to the main manager before I even got a chance to speak with him. He told me it's best if I just find another hotel and my only complaint was if I'm told at night I'm able to get an extra hour check out, then get called in the morning by a rude woman saying you always do this at charge for later check outs and next time they will do that. So, one manager lied to another so she wouldn't look bad before I made a complaint. Then the guy manager told me to just find another place to stay. I was very polite to him as I am anyone.
