This place is well worth its money! Very clean n the people are very friendly! Very comfortable rooms… They have a good breakfast! These guys are the best by far! Thanks super 8!

Nice room for the price, it unfortunately has become hard to trust that Super 8's will be clean and safe, and this one met and exceeded expectations. The continental breakfast was a bit lack luster. But smoking and pet friendly rooms were available.

Dirty carpet, dirty coffee maker and a old blood drop on sheets. On the positive note front desk is friendly and always smiling.

Bed bugs room 112 I woke up 4am this morning 4-11-18 being bitten by a bed bug, I found the bug on the pillowcase and walked it down to the front office with bed bug still alive. The clerk tells me that the hotel doesn’t have bed bug problems. So what is this on this pillowcase then smh.

Very accommodating, excellent staff, very good breakfast as well with free Wi-Fi and affordable. My only gripe is that it was so close to a truck stop. Women be weary when traveling alone. Lots of weird men in and out of this place all times of the day.

Currently here at the hotel now with my children. We've been here for some days. The staff is very personable and prompt. Great customer service goes a long way. I made reservations online so I was a bit skeptical, especially since I've never stayed at this hotel before. I got an early check in after calling to see if I can check in earlier than 3. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The women who work here are adorable and pleasant. I have no complaints and will definitely be back. I wish that I could remember everyone's names but just know that everyone is great and even kid friendly. The cleaning staff had small talk with my children earlier while cleaning.

My time at the super 8 was great. The employee Mary was very nice and really helpful. The room was nice and clean. As long as Mary is there I recommend anyone to stay there.

Room was alot nicer than I thought it would be. Was pretty clean. Had a little different smell when walking in to the room. But not deadly! Bed was comfy. Here for only four hours to sleep but I would definitely come back.

I had a two queen bed room and one of the bedspreads was stained inside and out. The other bedspread had a cigarette burn hole in it. The bathroom had not even been cleaned as someone had bad aim for the toilet and the tub was dirty. I did not use the shower and only went in the bathroom with shoes on. You could barely get the bathroom door open because the height of the carpet wedges the door on the carpet. The last issue was with the room door. You could push or pull the door open without turning the handle. You had to lift the door after you closed it in order for it to lock. Once closed and locked, you had to lift the door to unlock and open it. Sorry, although this place has been nicely updated, I won't be back.

Our first night stay was ok but we could not keep the same room so we moved down the hall towards the smoking section which had an awful loud marijuana smell. We did not stay in the room long before we noticed a bed bugs on the bed comforter. We left the room with all our belongings I showed the people downstairs the photos of the bugs and we left.

The staff is very friendly and personable. This a a great value and the room is kept tidy and clean. The shower is very powerful and high quality and the cleaning staff is available. I didn't have any concerns with the hotel and would highly recommend this hotel when travelling HWY 57 Chicago.

Not to bad. Had to change rooms as soon as we got here. No AC in first one. So so breakfast. Nothing great, nothing terrible.

Extremely rude manager. Run down. Smells.

To put it simply, there is a reason why they have a 2 star rating, and things have not improved. They kept turning off the power to my room that the milk in my fridge went bad when I left for a night. Yes. They technically have Wi-Fi, and it works about 30% of the time. I have a 110$ in data charges to prove it from hot spotting my phone to send my daily work reports. They have no respect for anyone as a customer or their employees. Avoid this place at all costs, up 57 there is a bunch of hotels off hwy 30. Worth the 5 min drive.

Very friendly staff, room was clean, plenty of towels and wash clothes. Bed was clean and comfortable. Don't know what the other reviews are complaining about, this is a Super 8, not the Hilton. This is one of the better 8s I have stayed in.

I paid for X many days. Every time I left the Hotel the ac was turned off and I would come into a hot room. The General Manager "Amin" tells his employees to turn them off when the guest leave. I have over heard a conversation between Amin and his employees. He talks to them like they are trash.

Hate this hotel worst ever don't waste your time or money bathroom was horrible experience the toilet was stopped up and the lady gave me a plunger shower did not work either she denied any refund! Smh.

Worst service EVER! Checked people into my room twice while I was trying to sleep second time at 2:00AM! Maid in morning banging on door and trying to enter with a DO NOT DiSTURB sign on door. Then front desk called repeatedly demanding I come down at once to pay for second night Rude rude rude! Theirs a Hampton inn a few miles away I should a gone there ugh.

I tried to book a reservation with this hotel for one of my workers. I was hoping for a quick 10-15 minute reservation but it turned out to be more like 2 hours of call back and forth. Their equipment is lacking because they do all their reservations over fax and just fax. They do not have email. I faxed them the required information and it came out too dark. Well thats because they don't use email. Even their manager said what we did was ok. But they would not make the reservation because of the darkness when its their problem in the first place that they don't use email! They wanted my presence but I could not because I had other business related things to attend to. I said I could come in on the next day but they still would not book it. So in the end I went to the best western across the street and had a much better experience. If this 5 star rating had a 0 star option I would choose it. They gave me absolutely 0 customer satisfaction.

Place is hot, room a/c and refrigerator were not on, fridge has no freezer. Towels are dingy, outside of tub is dirty, shower rod is falling off, bath plug is hard to get in. Stains in tub and toilet. The people were nice.

Beds kinda remind me as jail hard as a rock TVs suck look like they r from the 1980s breakfast now that's another story donuts r stale and maybe 2 days old.

I was trying to get a cheap room in the Olympia Fields area and this one had some fairly good reviews on the internet. I booked a room and stayed early November 2008. The room had a strange odor. It could have been the remains of an attempt to clean up cigarette smoke. The bathroom also had a weird odor but it wasn't cigarette smoke, maybe mildew. The sheets were not very comfortable. The blanket looked horrible and had cigarette burns and was severely frayed. It should have been thrown away two years ago! The carpet looked OK but there were stains on the floor. The bathroom sink had ink stains but was clean. The tap water wasn't clear and was very cloudy. Finally, the free breakfast was pathetic. The donuts and sweet rolls were old and stale. The OJ was severely watered down and very few choices were offered. I do not know if I would stay here again. If no other place were available, maybe. In a pinch, but to come back again on a regular basis. No way.
