Worst hotel ever! Its extremely dirty! Our shower curtain was full of mold! Housekeeping is very rude in handling my things and barely clean! I could have done a better job! They let their guests act unruly in the hallways during all times of hours w/o control! I couldn't get any rest! I just couldn't wait to leave.

From check in to check out the employees were kind nice and very happy. But not overly. The room was clean and the beds we're very comfortable… if and when I ever go through here I would stop and stay.

Absolutely love this place! The rooms are very nice, clean and lobby was very clean and efficient. Shivani was very nice, informative and helpful. She provided local restuarant choices and recommendations that were spot on. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Loved that they have an indoor pool. Rooms are a little small but overall the rooms are alright. Hotel is near Burger King a great plus.

Had an excellent experience! We were upgraded to the Jacuzzi Suite and the room was spacious. The front desk attendants were friendly and very welcoming. Also, it's really nice to be next to the highway and two fast food restaurants.

This place was charming, had ample parking, accessible $1 soda/snack vending and ice machines on first floor lobby with public restroom, indoor pool and shower facing lobby and breakfast nook. Our double beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked fine and the bathtub was clean and had a great water pressure with an adjustable shower head mist option. The location was quiet and had the added convenience of being across the parking lot from a Culver's Diner open til 10pm, a Burger King, Gracie's Lucky Burrito, a Liquor store and couple of gas stations, with more shopping down the street, Taco Bell, KFC, McDonalds, Shoop's Burgers. Its a popular truck stop being off the Route 57 exit and just couple miles from the Amazon warehouse and the public fishing, kayaking, paddleboating, canoeing, picnic grounds of the Monee Reservoir Park and Forest Preserve's own Raccoon Grove. We booked last minute on a Memorial Day holiday and got a decent weekday rate. You do get what you pay for naturally. For us, that meant not being comfortable using the indoor pool (see photos), and outdated carpeting, stained bedroom furniture in need of upkeep with visible ceiling water damage.

Love this hotel. I always stay here for my weekend away from home. Hot Continental breakfast. The staff is very friendly.

Just stayed the night, comfortable beds, room was fairly clean — mirrors were not cleaned very well but overall decent place for a night's sleep. Hallways and stairwell had a funky odor but the room was fine.

Zero stars if I could. I had a terrible stay there. The room was noisy with lots of banging and yelling outside the room and the Wi-Fi was not working. For your own sake, do not stay there. It is also near a truck stop so I did not feel entirely safe. I can't prove it, but I know I had some makeup stolen from my room. When arrived home I called the manager (not to reimburse me but to warn him for the sake of other customers), he said it could not have happened because the employees were all bonded! He was rude and dismissive. All I know is that about half my makeup disappeared. Bonded means nothing to me.

ZERO STARSSSSSSSS! DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE KIDS & YOUNG TEEN GIRLS! My Cousin Was Sexually Assaulted Wednesday, April 11th Around 5am By A Male Employee Who Worked The Mornings For Breakfast. She Was Sweet Enough To Give Me A Hug & He Forced Hisself On her & SHE SAID NO! The Police Threw The Case Out Because She Hugged Him, & That Basically Meant That’s Was Okay & She Constantly Told Him No & STOP! THEY HAVE A HUGE CASE ON THEIR HANDS!

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are nice and clean. Very nice area. My husband and I stay every Sunday.

If I could give "0" stars, I would! Rude black woman at counter at 11:30 am 03/29/2018. Had rooms, but not until check-in at 3 pm? She clearly saw that I was a trucker running out of time on my clock and needed a room. I'm also a Choice Rewards customer… what a waste of time! I've stayed there before, and NOBODY has EVER hassled me about an early check-in! And there's no way that place had a full house last night… although there was a strong stench of marijuana in the lobby! Racist POS!

Do not go here. I recently booked a night here and woke up with bumps all over my stomach. They have bed bugs and when I confronted them about the situation, they simply told me “You already stayed the night” and did nothing else…

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Decent internet. Cheap towells.

Not bad as far as looks. Beds are a little hard. We needed sleep and the people above us had children that jumped and ran from 8pm till after midnight, which woke us up and kept us up till they could control their bad children. We contacted the front desk numerous times and was told they could move us. We have a child with us who was already asleep so we didn't want to move. They said they called the family above and all we could do was wait. Woke up stiff from lack of sleep and hard beds. Breakfast was ok.

Clean rooms and staff friendly. I liked the hotel idea providing complementary snakes and pop it was out standing. I’ll definately stay here again.

Excellent quite stay with the family, was passing by town & decided to stay as it was close to Chicago downtown. Overall well kept — hot breakfast, rooms & indoor pool. The staff there goes an extra mile with the service.

I did not have a do not disturb sign up. There wasn’t even a do not disturb sign in the room. I don’t know how you could have quarantined the room when I was still in there… The first time I complained about the room not being cleaned I asked the front desk at about 2 pm and they said they’d let the cleaning people know. Was gone for hours, came back and it was just the same as when I left. Will never stay here again. They don't clean the rooms. I travel a lot and I've never stayed in a hotel where you have to ask for your room to be clean. That's just what's done each day. I had to tell the office twice that our room wasn't cleaned after being gone the entire day. The first time no one ever came even though we told them. I had to call every day to ask for towels and for the trash to be taken out since no one would do a regular cleaning. The faucet fell apart while I was taking a shower. It's also infested with roaches. We saw roaches in the bathroom and the main room. Maybe if they actually cleaned the rooms daily they wouldn't have roaches. The breakfast was exactly the same every day. Scrambled eggs and those already cooked sausage links. So I don't know why some reviews say the breakfast changed. Then a rowdy crowd came in one night which seemed to include prostitutes. Spend your money elsewhere.

My non-smoking room smelled a little bit like smoke. Something was wrong with the TV picture. Overall it was okay for the price but not great.

There was black mold all over walls and ceiling in the bathroom, garbage was found behind nightstand on floor behind bed (including food wrappers and cigarillo filters WITH the butts of cigarillos attached), window screen was loose, the frame around the mirrors were half painted and the mirror glass had strange black splotching? My family and I did not use the pool during our stay, though if we had the time to have I would have also been extremely upset. The water was almost as green as the Quality Inn logo, and just like in our room the screens for the windows were falling out and broken. The mold was brought to the manager's attention as we were checking out. He did discount $45 from the total and a discount for a future stay at the location, but even after the discount provided $210 was still an absolutely absurd amount for me to pay for a two night stay for the condition that our room was in. I appreciated the kindness of the manager, but I will never consider staying in that hotel again and makes me extremely hesitant to ever book with another Quality Inn fearing they will be neglected as this location was.

Rick (hotel manager) went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our stay each night. Because of Rick, I will refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I go to Chicago. Quality Inn Monee was just like being at home but with a pool. Everyone! Call Rick Patel and let him know you're coming. He will treat you like Family.

Good hotel, good rooms, easy access to and from highway. OK Internet, about 2 to 3 Mbps, but does get slow and drops occasionally. They have a pool, but small. Did not get the chance to try it out but looks ok.

This was our first time staying in a Quality Inn and definitely our last. Yuck! That word sums it up perfectly. The sheets on one of the beds hadn't been changed. There was what appeared to be dried blood on the pillow. There were stains on the sheets themselves and also on the bed cover. One chair was stained, the other was broken. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and there was black gunk on the seat. And there was hair all over in the shower. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and could use a shampoo as it was stained in spots. In addition to that all, the latch for the chain had been removed from the door. We called the manager up to the room and he apologized profusely and called the maid to get fresh sheets and clean the bathroom. When we returned, it did appear the sheets had been changed but the covers were the same ones that were there before — stained in all the same places. After an uncomfortable night of sleeping on a bed with questionable cleanliness we discovered the shower was broken and wouldn't stay on. This hotel was beyond disgusting. I am going to report this to the corporate office as well.

Inexpensive, clean, and close to the warehouse park I needed to visit for work. The free breakfast was good too. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, though. I have long thick hair to wash!

Clean rooms, awesome A/C, decent price, didn't go swimming but the pool looked nice, and a decent breakfast.

The place was dirty and nasty. Body hair was in the bathtub and the mattress cover had a left over yellow stain on it. No rocket science. Dirty towels were folded and hung back on the towel rack. Floors weren't vacuum and the vending area wasn't clean. Rooms are totally outdated and bedding is outdated. Suite sofa stained and will images of spills. The manger suite curtains were left open after dark with the light own. There were two women lying in the bed, one was elderly. The room was filthy. Clothes were piled on the floor. The closet door was hanging off the hinges. Open food, container, and drink bottles everywhere. So as a customer. I surely didn't matter. The sheets and the mattress pad got changed. And an apology to patronizing to keep the full price of my stay. If they're not keeping the hotel clean… well the kitchen can't be that clean either and they're serving breakfast. He wrote on a business card 20%off on another stay. That was an insult, to invite me back for more money.

It was a wonderful stay. Rick the manager took care of my stay and made sure I was enjoying my stay, provide me three beer at the time of check in which made me feel like I was a valued customer. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was decent. Very friendly hotel. Will come back. The only issue I had during my stay was the room above me was too loud.

A decent place. Don't expect super comfortable beds, but they serve their purpose. When the rates are at their normal rate then the rooms don't seem so bad, but during my stay the price doubled during Friday and Saturday so at that price the flaws of the motel become magnified. The place seemed clean and the staff was available when needed. The motel does not have a fitness center. There is breakfast available but I didn't use that service.

The hotel was in a decent area with no issues getting in or out. The service desk clerks were nice and greated us. The breakfast included eggs and sausage, that may change, but was good. Only drawbacks would be the dining area is smaller, the rooms look like they are in the middle of a remodel, and our room smelled like smoke. All in all a nice place to stay at if driving through the area.

Great value for the money! Our room was comfortable, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my husband. I mentioned the purpose of our travel being my husband's birthday and we were upgraded to a king with a jacuzzi tub. Will definitely stay again when in the Chicago area!

Great experience for the money I spent. Staff was extremely nice. My wife and I checked in, and got to our room and within 20 minutes the front desk called our room to see how we liked our room. The room had a king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, 32 inch flat screen tv, and a hot tub! Room was clean & comfortable! We will definitely stay here again.

For this hotel being called AMERICA'S BEST it was absolutely the AMERICA'S WORST! our room was so DISGUSTING! We complaind at the front desk and the guy would not do a thing for us! the shower has black mold, soap scum so bad it was layers thick! shower curtain had several black mold stains! bed linens had cigarette burns when it's a NON-SMOKING" room! there were white dried body fluids on the bed skirt! chairs had white stains on them! All the hotels ever had to stay in this was absolutely the worst for the price of what was paid terrible customer service! I was forced to give one star I wouldn't have given any if I had my choice.

Clean rooms, courteous staff. Several choices for dining, all within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

They where really nice and clean. Room was made every day and had good food in the morning.

Our stay was wonderful! We will be staying again next time we go to Chicago area. The staff went over and beyond. We asked where a good Chinese buffet would be, they actually looked it up for us, and printed the directions! Room was clean, and very nice! Everything that you would need was provided.

The owner turns off the heat in the winter. A/C in the summer. Wifi is very poor. They use a horrible cologne as an air freshener.

Clean smells great helpful staff needs a few more cleary English speaking staff members (many of the staff are from India). Overall nice place to stay.

Clean Hotel basic amenities lite breakfast staff is very nice and helpful. Room was nice shows use but clean and comfortable. Internet is decently fast close to a few fast food places and stores within walking distance. I would stay here again.
