Was very pretty walking in, the rooms stunk kind and they felt extremely musky and. The room was clean though but everything felt damp like they put the sheets on when they were still wet. Gorgeous bathrooms. I'd come back.

Front desk pleasant. The awful smell of mold and animal urine in the room was unbearable. Carpeting dirty. We showered and slept for a couple of hours with our shirts covering our faces, then left. Would NOT recommend.

Cant say enough nice things about the ownership. Very accommodating, and friendly. The extremely attractive owner lady is super helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

My air conditioner was pretty loud. The rooms smell a little stale. Other than that, everything was good. Oh and the indoor swimming pool is super small. It's almost like an oversize Jacuzzi.

Very impressed with the Quality Inn in Litchfield, Illinois. Very nice decor, very clean, very friendly staff, very nice breakfast, and very affordable! Would definitely stay here again.

They are Great… They offered a suite for the regular price. It was Clean & had a nice indoor pool. The people there were Sooo Nice.

Very clean, comfortable bed, awesome pillow, and friendly staff. The price was good for the king suite we had. The entire hotel was up to date and the breakfast had a very nice variety.

It was very clean, staff were friendly, it was very easy to find, and located near several food places, and a department store.

Nice place treat the gust like family wonderful breakfast too plenty for all guest.

Had an emergency stay in Litchfield. On a short reservation, they allowed us to check in a couple hours early and accommodating some additional requests through the night. The staff was helpful and the hotel was quiet and clean. All in all a good experience.

Upon checking in 10/7/17, I removed the gold top bed cover from my bed. I noticed little blood spots all over the white comforter. I pulled the sheet back from the right corner and saw bed bugs. Idk if I can post a pic yet but I will if I can. The hotel receptionist was very courteous about the situation and assured me the room would be closed. No thanks to that.

This is a very nice place to stay in Litchfield. Exceeded my expectations of a Quality Inn. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Very nice, clean, and user friendly rooms. Excellent choice of breakfast items, if you leave hungry it's your fault! Pool was nice & clean & did not reek of chlorine. Hats off to the owner, manager & staff at this Litchfield location!

With AARP & Choices Card discounts, room rate was very low. Comfy bed, room clean, modern. HOT breakfast was pretty good with exceptional coffee. Clean, safe neighborhood. I'll stay here again next time through!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, affordable, and over all a great place. The staff was very kind and helpful. Plus, the pool was perfect for the kids! Very family and pet friendly.

I stayed 2 nights and my card was charged 4 times. I called the hotel and Wendy wasn't very nice to me. However, she said she only had 2 charges for my card but my card statement shows otherwise.

Its a solid, comfortable place to stay for a few nights. The Wi-Fi is free and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly.

Rooms were nice and fairly priced. Wi-Fi worked for two hours and went out on my 4 day 3 night stay. Service desk could not resolve my issue. Worked on phone but not computer. My computer has no issues connecting to any other public Wi-Fi. Bring ethernet cable just in case. Other than that, great stay. I highly recommend. Manager is also one if the nicest people I have ever met.

BEWARE! ZERO STARS! Horrible smell in room, we asked for another immediately. We were given the room right above it. It also smelled, but as it was 11:15 pm and my husband had driven 15 hours, we just stayed. I have asthma and allergies. In the morning my eyes were puffy and my nose stuffed. I went down to the front desk to complain, and was spoken to rudely, as in "Gee, it didn't smell YESTERDAY" oh please! I am a teacher, not an idiot! He then went on to say "oh yes, room 124 IS horrible, they are going to totally gut it and re-do it. " Then WHY did you give me that room first? and WHY then the room above it with the moldy smell, and a HUGE nasty stain covering one couch cushion? I got nothing back on my bill of 98 dollars! Si called Jacuzzi was gross little bathtub in stinky bathroom. My clothes all stunk the rest of my vacation! I am furious that AAA recommended this hotel. I called the "Inn" today, and the manager DECLINED to come to the phone. The BBB is going to hear about this as well as AAA.

Everything was average or better. Ample counter space in the bathroom, and soft towels! Beds were clean and comfortable. The electronics we used worked like they should. Breakfast was decent, like most other hotels I've stayed at. There is a railroad nearby. Although it isn't loud it may be bothersome for someone that's not used to it. Also, Google Maps showed me this hotel is $77. Unless there is a deal online, I was told $90 is the cheapest room.
