Great Super 8. We were so glad to find a room last minute. The price was a little high, probably because a baseball tournament had sold out most of the other hotels in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. The halls had a bit of a musty order, but the rooms did not. The staff was very helpful when we couldn't get our TV to work. Breakfast was typical continental fare. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Staff excellent very nice and helpful! Rooms were very well kept and stocked and clean. Couldn't be any happy with our stay. It was as close to home as could be especially since we had a house fire and were emotionally drained.

The place was nice but the only complaint I had was the placement of the curtain and air conditioner in the room you can close the blinds completely without cover the account so the rooms get hot or bright.

Merely spent the night after a baseball game. The shower was good, the room ventilation was odd… it ran intermittently and seemed to struggle to maintain a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was better than expected, featuring bagels, cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit.

We have been on road in metro east and this location has to be the best. It is clean. Not the newest but thats a no brainer. Breakfast was great for a super 8. I really enjoyed the night clerk she was super nice and friendly. And the room had a lysol smell to it when I first checked into room. It really made me feel comfortable having that sterilized feeling. Traveling with toddlers and being pregnant means no germs is a huge perk.

The location was decent, the breakfast was ok, and the hotel was standard. It was good for the cheap price.

Clean but rundown. Super nice night clerk! Continental breakfast plus waffle. Dark wall paint makes rooms seem small. Comfortable low beds. Comfortable pillows. Right off highway. No TV channel list. Good for price.

This place is so clean and cozy. Beds are huge and the pillows are large a fluffy. See for yourself, its what I expected and then some. Microwave and coffee maker in all rooms. And the staff are extremely friendly. For the price it cant be beat, especially weekly rates.

I enjoyed my stay the head housekeeper shorleen Cannon has a beautiful personality and was very helpful and assistance with my needs with supplies that I needed for my room.

The employees are really nice people. The room was clean and while we were gone she came in and made the bed and replaced our towels.

Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Located next door to a planet fitness that I hoped was open so I could utilize it, but they were closed. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Military discounts for rooms is a plus. Pet friendly is a great benefit too. If we come to visit Illinois again, we will be staying there again.

Super comfy, nice sized rooms, hot water. Everything was clean and we'll maintained. They were friendly and quick to get us in. They went through extra effort to make sure my baby and cats were happy! Ironing board and iron in room, which the last one did not have.

Clean, comfy, and hot (not lukewarm! ) water for a shower. Totally satisfied.

Clean room. Smelled fresh. Maintenance needed in room. Phone cord was cut so we couldn't call front desk or get wake up call. Not too big a problem we have cell phones. Shower head sprayer needs replaced or cleaned out for pressure. Nice friendly people at front desk. Coffee was good and they kept the breakfast area fresh. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Safe area.

Staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

Booked a King room and was given 2 Queens but this was Priceline's fault and the hotel corrected it. Was also charged for an extra night that was a pain to get refunded but I'm not sure if this was the hotel or Priceline. The staff was all friendly and the room was clean. The only complaint was that the AC unit would turn itself off and the room would be hot when we returned. Great location next to a fitness center, restaurants, shopping and a theater. Just a short 20 minute drive to St. Louis.

Very comfortable mattresses. Clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. I overheard management handling a customer request with great respect and care.

Staff nice and friendly. The outside looks more updated but inside is a little worse for wear. There is no automatic door and the main door is small which made it difficult getting luggage in and out. Breakfast is fine for the price point.

People are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Has a microwave, small refrigerator, single cup coffee maker in our room. Towels and sheets are nice. Plenty of comfortable pillows. Quiet at night. Next door to several restaurants, and Planet Fitness. Very pleased.

The staff was friendly and helpful. (Becky on the night desk was awesome! ) The rooms were clean and comfortable. We haven't stayed in a Super 8 in years, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Very nice room for a fair price. Dog friendly and clean. The bed was also clean and comfortable, with a nice desk and TV. Front desk was friendly, helpful, and competent. I would absolutely go back for another night were I in the area.

The room and beds were clean… kind if small but we were only in the room to sleep overnight so it fit our needs perfectly… the continental breakfast was okay… could have had more variety like other hotels in the same price range… but overall very satisfied with the hotel.

This was a decent enough place to stay and definitely affordable. We got in by 3am and were gone by 10am so we didn't spend much time here — just crashing for the night. The two queen bed room was comfortable enough with a mini-fridge and microwave. The double curtain system did a good job of blocking out the light to let me sleep. Only thing I wished for was that the AC fan would have stayed on when I selected On instead of Auto as I use that to get to sleep typically.

I was very impressed with this hotel and I have stayed at one other Super 8 hotel in my life. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very neat and clean and the price was not bad at all. I will stay at this hotel if I ever end up in this area again.

Super 8 Fairview Heights refused to honor our reservations and would not let my defendants stay there because my Daughter was only 20. When I called to ask for details I was lied too and told that Illinois has a law that won't allow anyone under 21 from reserving a room. I asked if an 18 year old could serve his/her country and get wounded could they then stay at your motel. The employee stated that wounded warriors would not being staying at this hotel. I'm not sure what she meant by that. My defendants were able to rent a hotel at a business next door and further research revealed that it is NOT a law in Illinois. So, they lied to cover for corporate policy. I'm not pleased!

Clean rooms and nice customer service. Was happy for the price also.

The staff was very kind and they are pet friendly! The room was well priced. I would stay there again.

We stayed there lastnight and it wasn't bad. Pretty clean and looked nice but the staff weren't the nicest people and my wife said the rooms smelled funny like it was previously a smoking room. If you can get a good rate it's worth staying overnight.

We arrived later in the evening. The receptionist was very rude for no reason when we were signing in. When we got to the room, I decided to take a bath. There were still spots where people had spilled their shampoo and sat their soap down in the shower. I cleaned the shower so I could take a bath. When I pulled back the shower curtain, it was covered in hair. The bathroom floor had the same hair on it. When I noticed the hair on the floor, I looked behind the bathroom door and there was more hair! The breakfast was very minimal and was not kept restocked as customers used the products. The breakfast area is TINY and not meant for more than a couple small families. I will never be back to this hotel due to rude staff and uncleanliness.
