Love this hotel its like a home away from home… due to me working so far and get mandated almost every other day I need some where safe and, quit to lay my head to get back to work on time. Been coming here for a year 1/2 and they never seem to let me down. 🥱❤ goodnight.

Terrible! Absolutely the worst stay in my life and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels due to work and travel. The suite was not worth the price, fireplace was broke, television went out and the guy at the desk said just unplug it, I’m sorry I don’t work here? To top it off the girl who checked me in double charged my card so I had it taken out twice and had to wait for the refund. The manager is rude and so was most of the staff, don’t ask for assistance cause your not getting any from there lol

The bed was horrible, the pillows were no better. The pool was the main reason we got the room & it was quite disappointing as well. They need to raise the water temperature & check the chemicals properly. As a resident of Dixon I'm quite saddened that this is the best we can do.

Very nasty, nothing quality about this facility. Blood on toilet and dirt in tub. They also have a bed bug issue going on that they are “unaware” about and will not address it. The manager Russ has not called me back at all. I will never stay at this cheap ass hotel again.

Good friendly staff they take great care of you and did I mention there’s a Walmart in walking. Good clean rooms what else would you want. I could retire here but they would run me off.

There was a dead bug in my bed when I pulled the sheets back. My daughter got bit 3 times. This place has gone down. I asked for a discount which I felt was appropriate. They declined. We have stayed at this hotel many many times. Just warning you. According to the front desk they have a ladybug infestation. I do not recommend staying here.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have been going there for four years for scrapbooking events several times a year. The hotel is clean. The manager Kaylee is on top of everything.

Great place, nice pool/hot tub, nice breakfast, the key pad in the back door needs to be fixed though and I was supposed to be with a wedding party and my room was far away from everyone elses and I got lost trying to find their rooms, so that wasnt nice. I think when u are with a wedding party you should all be in the same area or whats the point? Plus part of their building was confusing, like you had to take an elevator downstairs to leave the east wing just to take another elevator up again to the west wing, which is why I got lost bc it wasnt explained to me. But overall, a great hotel!

Very clean, pool was nice for the kids, jacuzzi was perfect and very relaxing. Not too far from town to get a bite to eat.

We just finished spending a week there. Comfortable beds, exercise room, large pool. We had a Jacuzzi in our room. Highly recommended.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I just had to rate this hotel. We stayed here during our 5 day visit to Dixon. Everything was excellent. Staff greeted us professionally and always with a smile. Breakfast was over the top, something new every day. What I loved the most was the pillows I travel with my own due to other hotels have ugly flat pillows but not here. My daughters enjoyed the indoor pool daily while on our stay. I am very picky when It comes to places where to stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Nice place for a hotel comfy beds and that says a lot for someone with my back. Breakfast was fresh and really good! I’d definitely stay here again no doubt about it! Excellent experience.

The Comfort Inn in Dixon proved to be a perfect stop for us on our last pass through the area. The friendly staff welcomed us with a smile even though we were arriving pretty late. The room was notably clean and well kept making it easy to hit the hay after a long day. The property is located in an area far enough away from the bustle that outside noise was no concern at all, but not so far away that it posed any problems to locate. Plus there were several dining options close by. While we are talking about dining, the free breakfast was well stocked and tasty. A great way to start the next day early. I do regret not taking advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. It looked great and even had a water slide for the kiddos. This was a great stopover for us.
