No hot water, no floor towel, no tub — standing shower, no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, towels were dingy, extremely small room, no microwave.

Stanky nasty disgusting place I ever been PLEASE SONT EVER GO THERE TERRIBLE STAFF TOO.

The police frequently come here looking for African Americans to racially profile. So be careful driving in or out of this establishment.

Dirty dirty dirty… only thing that worked fabulous is the AC… the bed looks like it came out from the 70s… the smoke smell is bad.

Worst hotel ive ever been to. Smelled nasty, missing ligh bulbs, TV didn't work, and service was slow.

They work for the police. They get your money and call the cops. Cops came to my room and they were mad they were called there on a dummy mission lol.

Cheap. Late check in available. Smoking rooms available as well. Great for a quick fast check out.

After leaving here yesterday afternoon. Oak Lawn Police followed us and pull us over for a obstruction of view. And had my boyfriend arrested … Racial Profiling at its finest! I'm not a happy person right now. Room was nice except the cops issue. Probable cause was a air freshener in rear tinted windows.

Can use some updating and cleaning and they have the nerve to charge high prices.

Most nastiest place I have ever stayed in. I was going to get something out the refrigerator and I seen a cockroach crawling down the wall. When I went to the front desk to tell them the lady told me that I have already been there for a day so it's to late to do anything! She also told me that the garbage can that was located outside my door was not empties for 2 days and it could have came from there. Last time I checked roaches come from not cleaning and not from garbage cans. Also I picked up the mattress and found someones dirty panties. Obviously they don't clean here. Do not go here.

I stayed one night @ the miami inn and it was cool… Theres lots of restaurants nearby including a gas station… they hve Jacuzzi rooms and it was affordable as well… The rooms arent as modern though as id liked but considering the reason I was there being a manish one lol… It wasn't bad @ all.

Ken and Nina Wright went four our 18th anniversary of marriage had a great time love the jacuzzi very reasonable price lots of places to eat by great restaurants workers in very nice and friendly five stars all around.

It was clean and comfortable to share with two men. My brother and his friend drove from Wisconsin to visit me. The lady we saw when we checked in was so nice and professional. They have smoking rooms also and there are an abundant of restaurants nearby. It was surprisingly comfortable and quiet. I'll be back again.

Management is rude and Wi-Fi is too bad… better off this place…

I don't know where to start! First off when I got to the hotel office the person at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. We got a room that smelled like smoke, there were white stains. Room was dirty! I asked to get my money back because the room was so nasty she said no in a very nasty way! She was on her phone when I walked to the office, she told me to hang on I'm busy right now! Good customer service! I would never EVER STAY HERE! This was a big mistake! Trust me I would rather spend the night in my car than at this hotel!

Bed is comforable, the nice rooms are the delux rooms, the other rooms don't have a hot tub. Service is minimal. Wifi does not work, some of the lights don't work and you can see the pooly repainted walls. The bed sheets are ripped. I would not recommend staying here. Walls are not sound proof very thin walls, you can hear the loud neighbors. Parking lot is full of bumps.

I booked a room here for a music festival at Toyota Park. A one nights stay cost me $211 for a King suite. The comforter smells horrible. There are slits in the sheets. The excess caulking on the bathroom floor made it look dirty. The paint job just covered up the bad stucco walls. The house keeping carts, 3 of them, and trash bags out at 1:45am. Who's flipping rooms at this hour? The smoke detector doesn't have batteries. Lamp doesn't have a switch. Wall light is bare. The secondary lock is busted from the hinges. Heating/Cooling unit is dirty to the touch. I can write my name in the dust. Who puts two women in a dark corner without lights? I have pictures of it all. I will pay to stay downtown if I am going to pay outrageous prices.

It was a very good stay owner Vipul Patel is such a good person went above and beyond for our satisfaction I recemend this hotel… very clean well kept.

Can't imaginably meet any health or safety regulations to be in business. Check in staff will ask for card secret PINs verbally as customers are not permitted to enter this themselves. They remembered a workaround as I was dialing my issuer. Smoke detectors not functional. Tattered bed and linens. What appears to be a large quantity of mustard under the sheets. Spills, stains, and grease on every surface. Toiletries are expired hand-me-downs from Best Western. Motel is in a noisy district. Rooms poorly insulated.

Stayed in the hot tub room. Very reasonable and the King Size bed was so comfortable. Very close to downtown. Front desk workers were very nice.

Better then I expected. Nice clean rooms. Affordable too. Had an odd smell but didnt stink. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Adorable Motel to live. I lived there for one week in the last month with my girlfriend. So clean and comfortable place for Romance with my girl friend, there is no disturbances. Its cool and Calm. The services from staff are so nice. Its very cheap in price. Nice to stay here. Thank you for the Front Desk receptionist and the staff.

Very affordable and reasonable motel in price wise, which is nearer to the Chicago Midway Airport. I would like to refer to my friends or anyone to stay there for temporary accommodation. The people in the reception desk are very generous and kind to give the information. The staff in the motel did their services very nicely. This motel is more reliable with modern amenities. Beds are very comfort to sleep. When I was tired, after my trip in Chicago those beds gave me so much relaxation, unknowingly I slept for 8 hours without any disturbances. The ambience in the motel is perfect. Trust worthy to stay secured. While I was staying here, I had very extraordinary experiences. I would like to stay again, when I will be back to Chicago. Awesome Place to stay. Front desk receptionists helps you while Check-in and Check-out with smiling faces… Definitely I would suggest anyone to stay here.

We stay for one week and we felt comfortable. It is a excellent location motel and it is very clean. Rooms are confortable and clean. The motel enviroment is very nice and they have a resonable prices and nice staff to receive the customers. Comfortable beds, quiet and free Wi-Fi.

They just charge to much here im not even getting room service still here now ive spent 400 for less than ten days.

Stayed this past weekend and had a great experience. It was close to everything I needed, the staff was extremely pleasant, rooms were clean, and was very affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Will probably stay here any time in the Chicago area!

So much black mold all through the room, carpet was disgusting and bathroom door would not shut. Never again.

It was awful no problems checking in allowed early check in however was disgusting looks like it's never cleaned fridge didn't work outlets barely worked came back to stay for the night and found roaches called desk didn't offer another room until I walked out to check out keeo in mimd had a 6 year old with us wasnt going to let her sleep in a nasty bug infested room and didn't want to take roaches home. Asked for a refund refused and asked who the owner was and also wouldn't give that out. Never stay at this hotel awful mistake ended up going to arlington heights at 3 am for a new room To told me the room was nasty cause.

What the heck is this? Really bad, just went there today to check it out 7-10-2014 wow people should not be able to check in to this moldy and bug infested nasty motel. The person or owner of the motel owns others the palos motel in worth, il which is 100% better than that one. I'm actually probably going to contact lake cook health department about their mold and bugs. Don't stay. I would not could not recommend this place for ANYONE!

My family and I were in town on Saturday, September 22, 2012 for a ULLA Convention. Around 7p. M. I walked into Miami Motel located at 9041 South Cicero Avenue in Oak Lawn, Illinois to pay for a one night stay for my family which included my husband, two children ages 16 and 11 years old and me. I was told by the hotel manager (Charlie), that I would have to provide picture identification for all parties staying in the room including my two minor children. At that time, I explained to the owner, that I could provide identification for me and my husband but my underage children did not have picture identifications, plus they are minors. I asked him to explain the purpose and if this was a law or what? He stated it was a State Law in Illinois. However, this is inaccurate information because I have stayed at several hotels in the state and never was asked or was required to do such a thing. Nevertheless he stated that we could not stay because I did not have picture identification for my minor children. There was another African American couple there as well and they refused to stay because this was a clear case of discrimination. However, I am unsure if it is a case of racial discrimination or the fact that I had children. There was another African American male who actually stayed anyway. I did go down the street to Getaway Inn on the corner of 95th and Knox and got a room with my identification, money and fill out a registration card for a party of four.
