First. Customer service was below what one would expect from a hotel. The one eyed maintenance guy was creepy enough to make the whole place seem like a horror movie. Not only was the staff not in uniform, the supervisor seemed like what one would call in the streets to be a hood rat. Incompetence all around. Not good. "The toilets don't work, I can come back in a little bit to show you how to work the toilet", said the one eyed maintenance guy. I had to get dirty and remove the top of the toilet to only find out they have been shut off. Knowing that the toilets have been shut off, the staff did not turn on the water for the room. Everyone seemed to know about this yet did nothing about the situation. Yet I had to pay 80 dollars for the room. I was offered 30% off the next time I stay there. Thats laughable considering never again will I stay there. People where being arrested as we were checking in. Check in took 15 plus mins. It was very dirty and left a very unsafe feeling while being in the room, the hallways, and even at the front desk. Made for a good haunted house in my opinion. If I could upload pictures I would. Best advice, STAY AWAY!

If I could give it a Zero I would. You couldn't pay me to stay there. Was in a group… rooms were not clean, bathrooms had hair in them, keys didn't work half the time, was stuck in the elevator for 5-10 minutes, sheets had stains in them, pics online do not match the actual rooms (very crooked on their part), bus driver had to switch rooms twice due to non-functioning toilet, many exterior doors not locked, under constuction… supposedly for quite some time now, stong nasty odor throughout the hotel room, wet spots on carpet, old TV's that didn't work well with many remotes missing, as we left the next morning an ambulance and two fire trucks pulled in… who knows what happened. The worst possible experience! stay away!

ABSOLUTELY horrible! Do not stay here. I have pictures and will be following up with Holiday Inn the company renovating. Holes in the sheets, ripped curtains, brown water.

The Inn that was advertised was completely and totally false to what it actually was. The lingering smell of poo scoured the halls, construction was happening across the rooms, it was dark and humid throughout the inn, and to top it off — the manager — Melissa refused to give us a refund on ONE day. Very unprofessional and very rude to their customers. Do yourself a favor and do not try to reserve a room here and go somewhere else because Melissa will not be helpful at all.

The room has smells. The service is poor. If you left anything in this hotel, never expect you will get it back. I forgot my cellphone charger in the room and called many many times but they keep asking me to call back some time later. In fact, no body help look into it.

My husband and I showed up for our room park and fly on April 28th, and found a sign on the door stating Not Approved For Occupancy. We went into the lobby and were told we had to go to the Super 8 Willowbrook, behind this facility. We were told to drive back in the am and park our vehicle and they would take us to Midway. We went to the Super 8 which was the WORST hotel I have ever been to in my life! It smelled, was dirty, the chair in the room had ripped arms and was black from dirt, the shower curtain was held up by large screws, the carpet and bedding were even worse. If it were not that it was last minute and our flight was in a few hours with no place to leave our automobile we would have made other arrangements. This was such a nightmare, no lights in the parking lot of the Willowbrook Inn where we were leaving our car. I asked and they said maybe in a few day they would have lights in the parking lot. I did go in to ask for a name of the Manager, and I was told that the day shift was sending people to the LaQuinta and for some reason the night shift was sending people to the Super 8 due to a friendship with that Owner. When I asked I was told no one was being sent to LaQuinta, however while we were waiting for our shuttle a trucker came in and I was talking to him and let him know he did not want to be directed to the Super 8.

This place is a complete dive we had our wedding party all set to stay here and went there a week before and everything is torn up and looks like it has been abandoned for years.

I agree with other reviews here. No breakfast even for high price you are paying. Heater was not working, no proper room service. The worst place I have ever been in.

Truly dreadful place! Tube TV that barely works, poor service and depressing rooms. Do yourself a favor and go to the Red Roof Inn next door.

In my 41 years of living, I have never had a worst customer service experience in my life than staying at the Willowbrook Inn. I'm unsure whether its extreme ineptitude or a willful ignorance, but I was owed a refund from this hotel for not staying the entirety of my prepaid time and they have done everything they could to not perform this very simple transaction. Any time I called the front desk, I was told a manager had to perform that task and then was "transferred", which accounted to being placed on hold for an interminably long period of time before being dropped. In well over a week of attempted communication not once did I ever make it past the front desk and their purposeful (? ) dropped call policy. Not once was I ever called back despite leaving my contact information there time and again. They are purposefully choosing not to reach out to me so as not to perform this refund. I would not stay again at this location even if the room was completely free and I had to pay to stay elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do not trust what the last person said. Worst of the worst expect to see a lot of cob-webs in your room by the window as well as tv's from the early 90's I have 3 more nights here and its dreadful.

Nice place. Clean, well furnished and great price.
