Large, nicely decorated rooms.

Beautiful hotel and good service. They allowed us to check out late at 2pm which created a great flexible experience as our son and his friends took on the rides at six flags!

Do not book here. I just had the worst experience ever! Although the staff were very friendly — I booked a suite 2 months in advance for my sons 11th birthday. Upon arrival we were told the pool had been shut down for the last three weeks. Obviously when booking a hotel for a kids birthday, a pool is a necessity. Not one phone call or email letting me know that in advance. But okay we suck it up and work out accommodations — then we get into the room and it had not been clean…ed at all (have video proof) it was awful. The staff then tells me that that room was not scheduled to be cleaned until tomorrow and that there’s only 3 people on staff and they don’t have any other suits available. WHAT! Did I mention I booked two months in advance? I am absolutely livid. I have never experienced anything like this before! It was unreal. We had to leave and book another hotel on the spot — talk about costly.

Lovely place to stay as long as there aren't any sporting events going on locally which tweens are participants. The children were loud and not sure where the chaperones were. We checked out early.

Attended a professional event including lunch. Atmosphere and food was great. Service was excellent.

Excellent hotel and very stylish rooms. Only 1 person working at the bar entire weekend, not sure if it's the normal but hard for that person to accommodate everyone. Cons: 1. No hot tub in the pool area 2. No free breakfast 3. No small convenient store to buy small items or snacks/drinks.

The rooms were very nice but the food was average. It tasted like it was made 10 minutes before it was brought it and it was microwaved 5 minutes before. Definitely not worth $11.50

We were scheduled to stay for four nights. After one night, we checked out. The beds were so hard. Love the fact that they were celebrating gay pride.

Do not stay there! I left a jacket there called within an hour of checkout for them to retrieve it I knew exactly where I left it. Never received a phone call back. Call again the following day no phone call back! Monday left a message for the manager Maggie no phone call back! Called again Wednesday 6/6 no phone call back. Today 6/7 Thursday mysterious Maggie answered when I called again and gave me a curt reply they don’t have it. While it was my error I left it the courtesy of a response especially the day I checked out would have been the way to handle. I know I left it there Terrible customer service TERRIBLE.

The entryway was very understated and I was taken aback by the bar and grill located right off the tiny front desk area. After settling in, however, we ate in that area and found that it actually worked. The area itself is cute and stylish. The staff was welcoming upon our late arrival and check-in was very quick. The most important part of our stay was the room, which was a nice size and very comfortable. It was set up like a little semi-suite with a couch and desk area separate from the "bedroom. " Again, the design was stylish and welcoming. The hotel has a pool and workout area, so the amenities are fairly basic. The food at the grill was a bit pricey, but good. There was no complimentary breakfast, but the nightly price was a deal, so that works fine for me. There is plenty of shopping and eating in the area. We had a very restful weekend and I would recommend it for an affordable way to get away.

Very spacious rooms. They were clean. Loved the extra living room space. The lobby area is very inviting and the board games were a lot of fun. We will visit an Indigo Hotel again.

As soon as we entered the hotel, we got good vibes thought it looked great! Excited to get to our room, we entered and for the first 5 minutes we were wowed! Then we slowly start to unpack and get ourselves comfortable. We slowly start to realize the "renovation" was poorly done. The closet and many parts of the walls looked like it was painted in a hurry. There were hangers in the closet that couldn't even slide back and forth because the bar felt rusty. They had this beautiful bowl, vessel sink vanity installed, but I thought it was abnormally high, as I had to literally tippy toe to wash my face, etc. I'm 5'3, which sinks are normally, comfortably installed at my stomach. I walked barefooted on the vinyl floor, yuck, it was sticky. The glass cups had hard water marks, super sketched about that. At one point, I ended up reading some "Traveling Safety Tips" they had laid on the table. It had mentioned to put all of our valuables in the security box, none found in our room. Why list that if you don't offer it? We were diagonally across a room full of 6 kids who were rowdy and could hear them clearly right through our door. Beds are firm and pillows are soft, I know those are personal preferences. Their customer service was good. I wouldn't stay here again. Unfortunately, we got this hotel booked through Expedia.

It was average. My toilet blocked and they handed me a plunger. What am I Luigi? The heating would also blow hot and cold so off course one gets sick. Your either boiling or freezing. The room size however was great, desk great to work on, internet fast.

My executive king room with sofa ended up being a closet against the elevator shaft. No sofa and got to listen to the elevator going up and down and beeping all night. Front desk wouldn't move me to a more appropriate room because they were "almost" sold out. It was clear the room was just too small to fit what belonged in it. Wi-Fi was down in the entire hotel most of the evening I stayed. Uncomfortable desk chair for working. Small bar in the lobby also serves a menu for dinner and breakfast (not included). Location is convenient to local corporate centers. Often sold out in the middle of the week.

I really liked the room it was cute and clean a lot of space as well. We were able to do late check out which was appreciated. It’s in a great location as well.

Love this hote! I have a family of 5 and it's hard to find one hotel room for all of us. They have a 2 bed suite with a fold out couch and a huge living area. Bar and restaurants in the hotel. Great area for food and shopping as well. Updated rooms and great staff. Elevators need work but other than that loved it.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I will definitely be back when I have work in the area.

I travel very frequently for business. This is by far the worst hotel I have had in 32 years of business travel. No coffee in the lobby unless you stand in a huge line and pay for it. No free breakfast, which isn't a big deal, but you are FORCED to wait in a long line to get something to eat. My breakfast was about $14 and was supposed to be a corned beef hash over eggs. What I got grossed me out! After 15 minutes of waiting they served me cold eggs (obviously from powder) which had some cheese and corned beef on top. Microwaved! The staff was doing their best but were clearly overwhelmed. This is totally a management issue. I felt bad for the poor staff. In addition they messed up my bill. They raised my rate for the second night by $35 without telling me. Get your act together Hotel Indigo!

Great hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Haven't stayed overnight so I can't speak for the rooms, but if they're anything like the rest of the hotel, they're great!

Large rooms with plenty of space to unwond and relax. Clean and comfortable. I wish the small restaurant was set up more efficiently for breakfast. It's a little hectic.

Clean rooms but a few things I'm missing for a two week stay. No microwave or bathtub in the rooms. No hot tub for the pool area and free breakfast isn't included. Drinks are good at the bar but It was the worst burger I've ever had. Staff is friendly. I wish they had a vending machine for soda or snacks. They have snacks at the bar but need to wait for someone to check you out. Long lines for breakfast in the morning so I had to skip every day. No coffee in the lobby which would be nice to be able to grab a to go cup before work.

Just booked me and families room there for our trip to six flags hopefully our stay will be great will post update once we arrive friday only down fall so far is no complemintary breakfast.

The hotel was clean and nice. House keeping only knocked once until they realized I didn't have to leave yet. Good customer service. No complementary breakfast. Its close to Wal-Mart, food, and the mall. Overall good experience.

The place is clean with big rooms, but a little outdated. Quiet and family friendly. The bar is a nice addition, no beer on the tab.

Room was absolutely amazing. Loved the bathroom and livingroom area of my suite. We will definitely be going back soon.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and really spacious. I loved the decor! Great location close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Noisy room next to elevator. Poor soundproofing to hallway, large gap under door lets all the noise into room. No microwave, odd room layout. Toilet keeps refilling about once an hour. Clean room, attentive staff.

The beds and rooms were very well maintained. The hotel was well kept and clean. No issues with staff either which is good. Some hotels can look nice but then the staff will bring it down. Not this place. Inside the rooms was nice and up to date. Flat screen tvs mounted to the wall. Classy looking beds and couches.

Upcoming wedding will be at this hotel. Staff very welcoming and nice. Kaytee and Andrea were a pleasure and took great care of my wedding block.

OMG this hotel was wonderful. My friends and I stayed here for one night when we had a 5k run. The staff at the front desk was so polite to us and hoped all of us wasn't to sore afterwards. The room was beautiful and updated even had hardwood floors. The shower was fantastic and I absolutely loved it. The breakfast wasn't free but it was well worth the money I paid for it. Overall I would love to stay here again.

This is out second trip to this hotel and we love it everyone is so friendly the rooms are super clean and the facility looks at its best the pool was fun as well my kids love it although I wish the temperature was a bit higher it was about 60 and well the kids were happy but it was a bit to cold for me but well worth the money!

Everything is great with the exception of no roll a way bed. We called 2 weeks ago to request one and they said it would be no problem but when we got there,, they said they didn't have any.

Staff was very accomodating both at front desk and in bar and the room was very spacious, clean amd comfortable.

Rooms are awesome. Staff is very professional and helpful. I've never had a bad experience staying here. Not a fan of the lobby bar as its too cafeteria like. That's just me though.

Room was very clean. Did not care too much about the commodities because was always out and only was there to sleep. The thermostat needs to be updated because it is extremely outdated. Other than that friendly staff and overall clean hotel.

Rooms are clean, have style, and are fun. The menu is well done and the food fresh. They also have a good selection of local beers as well.

Great location & fantastic room, nice clean bathroom & clean setup. My grope & why it's not a 5 star hotel is the "Flat Screen" TV is a joke, it's old, poor quality & the cable channels are super low quality & half don't even come in or are missing sound. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if they replaced the TV's & changed to HD cable channels.

The hotel was only $56 a night I would have expected to pay at least 100 to 120 for room of such quality they have plenty of things for the hotel and everything has been convenient with staff be nice as well I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Stayed here for work for only 3 days, and within day one I hate it. To start no matter what channel I watch the TV goes in and out with no signal signs, the battery didn't even have batteries in jt to change it. Those little things I can get over, but when they started charging my card for the room, instead of my company's cards cause they LOST there card information is when I got frustrated. I travel a decent amount for work and stay in a bunch of hotels and believe me I will drive the extra bit away then stay at another hotel indigo.

Pros: Room Is decorated nicely — — — Checked in in under 3 min Cons: No microwave in king suite (seriously?! ) — — — TV has 50 channels, no HD — — — Fridge seemed to be thrown in closet (and looked like it was from 90's) — — — Shower is odd, half glass, half cloth that doesnt do a good job of keeping water in the shower This hotel is a conundrum. It seems very hip and updated but then lacks or does poorly many things that hotels half its price have standard. I was here for work. If I was using my money, I wouldent stay here. I still can get over a KING SUITE not having a microwave.

Sat — mon msn-nyc-msn $538 sat-tues — $426 This is THE WORST Indigo Hotel I ever stayed in. Rumor is the franchise is really upset with how this hotel is managed. It's located in the middle of nowhere and no tourist will come here, it's only business travelers and the area is surrounded with business campus suburbs. Let's start with few good things: 1. Design is stylish like all Indigos. 2. Staff has been very polite. 3. Restaurant prices are not very high And now let's quickly move on to bad: 1. The wacky thermostat system that swings from 68 to 80 degrees at night. I set it to 72 and the actual temperature went up to 78. Then when it was set at 73 the actual temperature dropped to 68. Good luck waking up in puddle of sweat only to wake up freezing towards the morning. 2. Wi-fi is of very low quality. I am not talking about Netflix but just to load a website takes forever with several timeouts. I did the testing and the latency is between 2000 to 3000 ms with many packets dropped for those who are interested in this type of stuff. Obviously complaining to front desk has zero results. 3. The restaurant on site was out of smoked salmon all week long. The eggs in the morning are made of powder and you can definitely taste it. In fact I think everything is pre-frozen and then just microwaved. 4. Gym has this weird design with huge windows opening to parking lot right from your side and back as you exercise. No shades whatsoever. Hello creepers! 5. No robe. 6.

Amazing hotel, it is so clean, neat and also comfortable. The workers are very nice and helpful. Every thing in this hotel was great.

We recently stayed at Hotel Indigo for a few days while attending a wedding. The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and inattentive. I asked for extra towels that never came, the room wasn't cleaned during the day and at one point they made me wait 30 minutes to speak to the manager when I requested some disposable plates and knives for the wedding party. They also gave us the wrong room. The hotel room itself was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny which made it difficult to close the door. The hotel was also very loud. I could here the people above me when they walked and I could hear them opening and closing their bathroom door. This hotel was a waste of money given the poor service and uncomfortable room. I will never stay at another Hotel Indigo. I have stayed at much nicer hotels for this price point.

This was a great Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and got a rate on hotwire for 60 bucks a night. The room had great decore and the couch and bed were great. Only downside is no free breakfast and no hot tub in the pool area.
