This is not a very good hotel. The hotel is very dated and in bad need of a major overhaul. The night check in staff really needs some customer service training. The hotel hallways smell awful and the cleanliness of our room was marginal at best. Trying to find the entrance to this hotel is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bed & Room clean spacious & comfortable. Pool very nice. Laundry & workout area small but met our needs well. Housekeepers friendly & helpful. Huge Breakfast with fabulous choices. Do not judge this place by the unfriendly front desk staff, night staff much more kind than day shift. Friendly Communication skills are not found at the front desk.

Hard to find, no true direct entrance. Pictures show a hot tub, but there isn't one. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Fairly clean. Small bed pillows. The breakfast is typical, food is so-so, but convenient. Stingy on coat hangers in the room (we had 5 hangers). It is in a convenient location… not far from historic St. Charles and the airport.

Always clean. Nice staff. We stay here every year for my daughter's state dance competition.

I post about handicap rooms. This hotel rates as one of the best. Wheelchairs can get around in the room. The room is clean and well maintained.

Clean room and comfy beds, not much more you could ask for. The staff was also very cordial.

We stayed here for a weekend conference. The room was super clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast options were pretty good. My only complaint is the walls were kind of thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me talking. Other than that, it was perfect stay!

I probably would give it a 3.75 based on the fact it wasn't 100% terrific, but I would probably stay there again. The family suite that we stayed in was convenient and as described, but a bit smaller than I expected. Our room had a lot of highway noise, which would make it difficult for a light sleeper.

Clean and quiet. Walking distance to Ameristar! Cheaper than Ameristar, and not as fun. Safe distance from St. Louis. East or otherwise.

Thought we were getting a different room than the one we received. No whirlpool tub, very sad. Pull out couch was highly uncomfortable and dirty. Room was not well cleaned. Breakfast could have used a lot more variety. And please, PLEASE get some curtains that fully close! You're backed up right into an area with tons of light! No one wants light pouring through the window at night with no way of blocking it out!

This hotel was absolutely horrible! We stayed for a wrestling tournament. And the staff was so rude and disrespectful! Anytime we asked a questioned we were snapped at! Our room was never cleaned and we were here for two days. I would recommend spending the extra money staying someone else!

Hotel was up to date and modern. Rooms were clean. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Amber was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. It was very late and she was accommodating.

This is the nicest hotel I've seen in 3 weeks, definately do the Comfort Suites over the Comfort Inn. Its makes the difference.

Truly disgusting. It is standard policy to clean the rooms only once despite how long you stay. Cigarette smoke fills the hallways, very loud doors and truly incompetent staff. One woman was prepared to give me a plunger to clear a clogged toilet myself. I will never stay there again. Beyond pathetic.

Love the staff very nice and helpful! Especially the lady Brittany good luck! She's new but nice and helpful!

Stayed here on my wedding night, and discovered a big brown stain on the bed sheet that was clearly visible. When we notified the front desk at check out, the manager was just around the wall and wouldn't come out and talk to us or apologize. I appreciate that she took $30.00 off the bill, but it would have been nice to see some professionalism. Just take your own sheets, and or stay elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Hotel was in a great location. Clean, comfortable, outstanding customer service. Real nice breakfast buffet. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again in the future.

The couch in the room had dog hair all over it, breakfast in the morning was very mediocre. No orange juice biscuits and Gravy was ice cold. The dog hair was one thing, when you mess with my breakfast that I just cannot except. I gave it three stars because it’s a nice hotel, right in the heart of St. Charles Missouri.

Comfortable bed. Very poor cleaning over the entire hotel. Hair and dirt on bathroom floor. Mirror was not cleaned at all, with who knows how many previous guests. Dust everywhere. Breakfast is pathetic only filled once so you better be early.

Rooms were very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was flat pillows, but I haven't been to a hotel yet that had good pillows.

Staff is all very nice and friendly but screwed up our room reservation. They put us in the wrong room (which was actually a nicer room) but then gave another family keys to our room as they didn't show they had already given it out. We had this problem twice in the one night we stayed here. Incredibly disorganized.

I was very happy with my stay here. I was in the Honeymoon suite and everything was perfect. It was a bit pricey but other than that it was a quite and relaxing stay. The only thing I would mention it that the smoking area is right next to the side entrance door which is not great because I had to walk though a cloud of nasty smoke when bringing up my bags.

Rooms clean. Beds comfy. Shower head nasty. Bathtub doesn't drain that well. Makes me think the bathtubs are not being cleaned. Time to buy shower shoes.

The room in St. Charles (off of I-70 west) was very nice, but our a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and the room got very warm. The two gentlemen working the night shift were very helpful and informative, but the lady working the day shift was not as helpful or friendly.

Good hotel, but under construction so the first floor is quite a mess right now and potentially dangerous to children.

Besides the renovations and construction work, our stay was nice. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room and everything was clean. The continental breakfast was good too.

Great staff. Breakfast was alright. Good selection, but there should be bacon every day. Also, offering cheese slices (to make an egg/cheese/sausage sandwhich) would be nice. Cookies at night by the front desk are delicious. Room was clean. They are currently remodeling the 3rd floor. Heater works really well!

The room definitely had a bed in which I chose to sleep, the receptionist at the desk facilitated my arrival at afformentioned bed, and nobody murdered me in my sleep.

I was there for only a little bit, but I picked my I friend, who moved long ago, from there. I also saw her brother and parents again. It was awesome.

Very clean hotel and the beds were so comfortable that we slept passed breakfast. Very friendly staff too!

My grandparents regularly stay at the st charles location, staff is very friendly, pool is clean. it is always a good experience overall.
