For the price it has, it’s a decent motel. Clean and cool. Front desk friendly too. Parking is free and convenient. Around are some good restaurants. They can do better if they have another large waste busker in the room, and better shower system. Overall, good motel!

Stayed here for about 3 nights and it was great! Everyone in the front office was kind and had amazing customer service. The room was a nice size, room service came every day and asked if I needed anything. It was quiet and I felt very safe, would definitely recommend!

Very nice people and great location. The balcony and room 44 were really cool. Check in was easy, but they are not good about late check out, and that poor girl talks about "Housekeeping" as if they are a foreign company rather than their own employees, I am guessing because learning Spanish so they can speak is too much work, and she doesn't realize how truly quickly a good housekeeper can thouroughly clean a room, especially one that is barely used like mine was. But she was amazing dealing with having my husband call her with the credit card and ID, even though it was her first time ever doing that. Her manager was a bit too belligerent and even threatened me when it took 5 mins to go through however.

The room was really clean and updated. Perfect for our weekend stay! We did request a late checkout though and were told if we became choice privilege members we could get one. We signed up and then were told that because we didn't check in as choice pricelege members we could not receive one. I think that should be super clear up front and that their staff shouldn't be telling people they can and then telling them something different after the fact.

Deb, at the front desk, was EXTREMELY helpful. We were visited Chicago for a short weekend getaway. We wanted to stay an extra night and she made it possible even though the hotel was completely booked. Our room was very clean. On site parking was nice and they let us leave our car for the day even after we had checked out. The pool was very warm also!

This became a Rodeway Inn and was once another independent motel. I remember the property from before it becoming a Rodeway Inn and the place was a complete disaster. Since now becoming a Rodeway Inn they have renovated all the rooms and now offer small breakfast. Property has a small pool available as well. Rooms are all outdoor access. They do have Suites but all they are is just a king room with a whirlpool. There are no luggage carts and no elevator so if you have a second floor room it can be an issue. The staff I did encounter were friendly and polite. The property could still use some additional tweaking but has definitely come a long way since becoming a Rodeway Inn.

Room size are big and location is easy to find. Have a pool and breakfast.

The rooms were large with big comfortable beds. The bathrooms were small but modern and clean. This place is good for a quick overnight stay. It was a bit noisey up to 11pm and again around 9am.

THE only detail The towels are old and worn. The service very good, clean rooms and surroundings. Have desalluno free continental.

The room was a little nice but the night shift lady was so rude and on her phone while we where trying to ask a question an she had the nerve to say hold on an it was only Facebook she was on The office smelled like nuthin but cigarettes I was hoping my room didn’t, and they didn’t mop the bathroom floor because piss drops was still in front of the toilet uggh. We stayed one night and left an went to another hotel for the remaining of our stay in Illinois. NEVER AGAIN … I do not recommend this place at all and parking is horrible.

This place is disgusting and unsanitary! I checked in this past weekend with my 2 kids stood in room 17 and as we were laying in the bed I began to itch my arms and happen to see I got bit by something so I immediately removed my kids from the bed and as I moved the pillow 2 bugs which appeared to be bed bugs came crawling out of the pillow case! I was so disgusted! When I told the lady in the front office I wanted to speak to a manager she assured me they would call me when they got in never received a refund apology or phone call! Mind you I passed the other day & their still renting that room out! Sick irresponsible management! I'm calling the health department!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, when I checked in the room seemed nice until we began to sit around. The blanket was dirty, with muck stains on the inside blanket and the bathroom was dirty with burn marks on the tub (how is this possible when it's a non smoking hotel). We informed hotel management and they couldn't change the sheets so they changed the room. In the second room, it seemed cleaned until we layed down, it was infested with bed bugs my partner and I woke up with several bites in the middle of the night. At this point we were willing to sleep in the car, we informed the night manager and she said she hadn't received any complaints, and offered another room. The third room was dirty as well (the table had crumbs on it, the tissue in the bathroom was very thin, and the shower hadn't been cleaned up) Plus we were still itching so we slept in the car. It was completely unacceptable, and I will never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Hot water jacked with a mediocre excuse about plumbing. The staff watch you eat and you can't get your own waffle mix to make a waffle as if you would steal or mess up.

It is a clean, quiet and safe but they could improve a lot the service, having a closet in the dimensions, the bathroom with cansel or a good rod that does not fall at all times and a small shelf in the shower to put champions, take off and creams for what all this has to go on the floor. To have someone speak Spanish, why for any complaint or suggestion, no one understands Spanish.

It's a nice lil spot with a very nice warm pool real clean.

Needs larger bath towels dats it and dats all… other than that the service is good.

The hotel had bed bugs, and they don't do well the toilet. If your budget is low may be an option. Lacks a bit of maintenance to the facilities. The breakfast included only are cereal, oatmeal and waffles.

My son and his girlfriend are there now for the Rammstein concert. AC is broken. Gaps around the doors. Pool is trashed. And his room reeks of marijuana. Smh.

I researched online for a hotel near the airport with decent reviews that also had a pool for my kids. Of course, the pool is closed for maintenance when we checked in and our room is filthy. Cigarette burns on the blankets, stains on the beds and furniture, a huge hole in the carpet under the sink, and a dirty shower tub as well as the front door doesn't even seal shut. I would rather be in a tent camping in the woods. What a shit hole, not even worth the $80, book elsewhere!

Literally the worst motel I've ever stayed at, and I like a good cheap roadside motel here and there. I checked in at 8AM since I was exhausted, to get some shuteye before driving back to Milwaukee. I should've checked the reviews. When I entered the office the employee seemed entirely surprised that I came in "off the street" without a reservation. He said they had 2 rooms available, one is hourly and the other is for the day/night. How was he surprised at someone coming in …without a reservation when they offer hourly rates? Hourly rates should've been the first red flag. The room was small but ok for the price and last minute booking. Cigarette burns on the comforter, no air conditioning available, with the heater on blast which I turned off immediately. Only 1 small and 1 regular towel, one bar of soap at the sink. Shampoo but no conditioner. The toilet filled itself with water every 5 minutes for no apparent reason, seems they have plumbing problems. But who cares, I'm there to get some sleep. Within 30 minutes of getting to the room (around 9AM) there's a couple in the room above me having insanely loud sex. I'm talking screaming and headboard banging, for upwards of 30 minutes. They then proceeded to bang around the room and talk loudly for another few hours. Then, about 3 different times, an SUV that was parked directly in front of my room decided it was time to demonstrate its insane sound system. My room vibrated and creaked from the noise level.

Good size room. Helpful reception staff. Easy to find location. Nice indoor swimming pool.

I am from Quebec and we spent 3 nights in my small motel, the staff were very nice, the room relatively clean to leave the carpet that covers 3/4 of the room. The toilet not very clean and the room was very cold as it had no heating! I can tell you that we can all hear out via the room and of course in the other room too! Breakfast very cheap but ok, the area also looks peaceful despite the noise of cars in the morning. At least it has a pool for kids and I paid that $70 every night! cheap if it's just to sleep in chicago! The Wi-Fi has work for me fortunately as the TV is very old and the picture not very beautiful.
